According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the producer price of slaughter chicken (live weight) was HUF 411.0 per kilogram in the first five weeks of 2024 in Hungary, which is 19.4 per cent lower than it was in the same weeks of the previous year. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a belföldön termelt és belföldön értékesített földrajzi jelzés nélküli, valamint az oltalom alatt álló földrajzi jelzéssel ellátott borok értékesítési ára 19 százalékkal csaknem 30,3 ezer forintra emelkedett hektoliterenként 2024. január–március között az előző év azonos időszakához viszonyítva.

According to the data of AKI PÁIR in week 15, domestic new potatoes were included in the selection of the Budapest Wholesale Market at the most usual price of HUF 1,200 per kilogram, which decreased by about 11 per cent compared to the price of the same week in 2023. The most usual price of the domestic Idared apple HUF 350 and that of Starking apple HUF 400 per kilogram, increased by 17 and 5 per cent respectively compared to those a year ago. The price of imported onion ’yellow’ (–22 per cent), imported aubergine (–19 per cent), imported tomato (–18 per cent), imported sweet pepper ’yellow’ (–13 per cent) was lower but imported potato and imported zucchini (+2 per cent), imported onion ’red’ (+13 per cent) was higher in the first 15 weeks of 2024 than it was in the same period of the previous year. Get PDF2024 I–III. hónapjaiban az egy évvel korábbi azonos időszakban forgalmazott volumenhez képest 73 százalékkal több műtrágya került a gazdákhoz. A termékkörön belül mészammon-salétromból (MAS) fogyott a legtöbb a megfigyelt időszakban, az egy évvel korábbi azonos időszakhoz mérten pedig megduplázódott a termék iránti kereslet. A tárgyidőszaki értékesítés 67 százalékát ez a termék adta. Minden megfigyelt termék esetében nőtt a forgalom 2024 első három hónapjában 2023 első negyedévéhez képest, a szuperfoszfát kivételével. A MAP értékesített volumene a tízszeresére nőtt, az NPK 15-15-15-é pedig a duplája lett. A növényvédő szerek esetében a 2024. I–III. havi adatok alapján a megfigyelt termékekből 20 százalékkal kevesebbet vásároltak a gazdák, mint egy évvel korábban ugyanebben az időszakban. A gombaölők értékesített volumene 5 százalékkal nőtt, míg a gyomirtóké 6, illetve a rovarölőké 28 százalékkal esett vissza 2023 első negyedévéhez mérten. A gombaölők közül Falcon Pro-ból adták el a legtöbbet a tárgyidőszakban, a rovarölőknél Force 1,5 G-ből, míg a gyomirtóknál Fozát 480-ból. Ez a három termék tette ki az összes értékesítés 71 százalékát 2024 első negyedévében. Az egyéni gazdaságok és a társas vállalkozások 288,4 milliárd forint értékben vásároltak új mezőgazdasági gépeket és eszközöket a tárgyidőszakban, ez 25 százalékkal maradt el az egy évvel korábbi forgalomtól. Ugyanekkor alkatrészekre 85,7 milliárd forintot fordítottak, ami 6 százalékkal haladta meg a bázisévi eladásokat.

In the first three months of 2024, farmers received 73 per cent more fertiliser than in the same period a year earlier. Within this product group, sales of calcium ammonium nitrate (MAS) were the highest in the period observed, with demand doubling compared to the same period a year earlier. This product accounted for 67 per cent of sales in the period. For all products observed, turnover increased in the period under review compared to the first quarter of 2023, except for superphosphate. The volume of MAP sold increased tenfold and NPK 15-15-15 doubled. In the case of pesticides, based on the data for months I-III of 2024, farmers bought 20 per cent less of the products observed than in the same period a year earlier. Sales volumes of fungicides increased by 5 per cent, while herbicides and insecticides fell by 6 per cent and 28 per cent respectively compared to the first quarter of 2023. Falcon Pro was the best-selling fungicide in the period, Force 1.5 G was the best-selling insecticide and Fozát 480 was the best-selling herbicide. These three products accounted for 71 per cent of total sales in the period. In the period under review, individual farms and joint ventures purchased 288.4 billion HUF worth of new agricultural machinery and equipment, down 25 per cent from a year earlier. A full-fat (extrudált) szóját (30–40 százalék nyersfehérje-, 17–23 százalék nyerszsír- és legfeljebb 12 százalék víztartalmú) 222,2 ezer forint/tonna áfa és szállítási költség nélküli áron értékesítették június első hetében. A fehércukor világpiaci átlagára 2024 áprilisában 560 euró/tonna volt, 2 százalékkal maradt el a
márciusitól.

According to the data of AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of milling wheat (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 72.4 thousand per tonne (+12 per cent compared to a year earlier), of feed wheat was HUF 70.7 thousand per tonne (+16 per cent), of feed maize was HUF 71 thousand per tonne (+4 per cent) in the second week of June. At the same time, the producer price of sunflower seed (with high oleic sunflower seed) was HUF 148.3 thousand per tonne (+12 per cent), of rapeseed was HUF 169.1 thousand per tonne (+12 per cent). According to the time series data of domestic fish farming, the operating lake area, has increased by around 1.4 per cent compared to 2017, by 363 hectares in five years (thanks to an increase in the data reporting population). The total gross fish production of pond farms and intensive farms in 2023 was 7.9 per cent higher than in 2007, 22.6 per cent higher than in 2010 and 7.3 per cent higher than in 2015.
The total number of employees in the sector in 2023 was 3.6 per cent higher than in 2007, and 13.7 per cent higher than in 2010, however, it was 14.4 per cent lower than in 2015

According to the data of AKI PÁIR at the Budapest Wholesale Market the average price of the two sizes (40-70 mm and 70 mm+) of domestically grown yellow onion fell by more than 40 per cent to HUF 230 and HUF 250 per kilogram in comparison with those in week 27 of last year. The most usual weekly price of HUF 900 per kilogram of apricots decreased by 22 per cent since last year. The producer price of sour cherries was HUF 769 per kilogram in the 23-26th weeks of 2024, which is 29 per cent lower than it was in the same period of the previous year. Dísznövénytermesztés 2023. év
Get PDFA szakstatisztikában feldolgozott adatok alapján Magyarországon 2023-ban 1656 hektár volt a dísznövénytermesztésre használt összes terület, ebből szabadföldi 1570, fedett, fűthető 71, fedett, fűtetlen 16 hektár. A dísznövénytermesztésre használt összes terület 93 százalékán faiskolai tevékenységet folytattak, 2,6 százalékán vágott virág, vágott zöld, míg 4,3 százalékán cserepes és hagymás dísznövénytermesztés történt. A díszkertészetek 16,3 százaléka kizárólag vágott virággal, 14,1 százaléka csak cserepes, kiültetésre szánt balkon- vagy hagymás növényekkel foglalkozott 2023-ban. A dísznövénykertészetekben foglalkoztatottak létszáma 2162 fő volt, ebből 1308 főt teljes munkaidőben, 311 főt pedig rész-munkaidőben alkalmaztak dísznövénytermesztési feladatokra. A dísznövénytermesztés nettó árbevétele 2023-ban 17,3 milliárd forintot tett ki, melyből a faiskolai növénytermesztés árbevétele 10 milliárd, a vágott virág és vágott zöld termékek árbevétele 1,9 milliárd, a cserepes, kiültetésre szánt és hagymás növényeké pedig 5,4 milliárd forint volt.
A hazai dísznövényexport továbbra is az EU–tagországokba irányult, 2023-ban a legfontosabb exportpiacnak Szlovákia számított 292 millió forint értékű kivitellel, ezenkívül Romániába 245, Németországba pedig 95 millió forint értékben exportáltunk dísznövényeket. Az importvolumen 61 százaléka Hollandiából érkezett.

According to the data processed in the professional statistics, the total area used for ornamental horti-culture in Hungary in 2023 was 1656 hectares, of which 1570 hectares were open field, 71 hectares were covered and heated, and 16 hectares were covered and unheated. Of the total area used for ornamental horticulture, 93 per cent was under nursery activity, 2.6 per cent for cut flowers and cut greens and 4.3 per cent for potted and bulbous ornamental horticulture. In 2023, 16.3 per cent of the ornamental nurse-ries were exclusively engaged in cut flowers and 14.1 per cent only in potted, transplanted or bulbous plants. The number of persons employed in ornamental horticulture was 2162, of whom 1308 were em-ployed full-time and 311 part-time. In 2023, the net turnover of ornamental horticulture amounted to HUF 17.3 billion, of which nursery production accounted for HUF 10 billion, cut flowers and greenery for HUF 1.9 billion and potted plants, plants for planting and bulbs for HUF 5.4 billion.
Domestic ornamental plant exports continued to be directed to EU member states, with Slovakia being the most important export market in 2023, with exports worth HUF 292 million, Romania HUF 245 million and Germany HUF 95 million. 61 per cent of import volume came from the Netherlands
