This represents an increase of 4.9 per cent compared to the same period of the previous year. The price of barn eggs (M+L) was HUF 78.87 per piece at packaging stations in the same period

A hazai Jonagored alma 480 forint/kilogramm leggyakoribb ára 28 százalékkal, az Idaredé pedig (500 forint/kilogramm) 39 százalékkal emelkedett 2025 3. hetéhez viszonyítva. A citrom nagykeres-kedelmi ára 34 százalékkal 910 forint/kilogrammra nőtt, a lime-é 30 százalékkal alacsonyabb, 1196 forint/kilogramm volt 2026 első három hetében az előző év azonos időszakához képest. A mandarin ára 12 százalékkal 802 forint/kilogrammra csökkent ugyanekkor.

According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in week 3 of 2026, at the Bu-dapest Wholesale Vegetable and Fruit Market the most common price of domestic Red-Scarlett table pota-toes decreased by 13 per cent to HUF 200 per kilogram compared to the same week last year. The most common price of Jonagored apple variety increased by 28 per cent to HUF 480 per kilogram, while the price of Idared apples increased by 39 per cent to HUF 500 per kilogram compared to that in week 3 of 2025. The wholesale price of lemons increased by 34 per cent to HUF 910 per kilogram in the first three weeks of 2026, compared to the same period of the previous year. The wholesale price of lime was HUF 1,196 per kilogram in the first three weeks of 2026, which is 30 per cent lower than in the same period of the previous year. Meanwhile, the price of mandarins decreased by 12 per cent to HUF 802 per kilogram

Full text linkAz AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 189,6 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 decemberében. A zsírtartalom 0,03 százalékpontos javulása, a fehérjetartalom 0,01 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 3 százalékos csökkenése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 2025 decemberében a novemberihez képest 3 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 6 százalékkal mérséklődött.
A nyerstej kiviteli ára 154,63 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 decemberében, az előző havitól 8 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjától 27 százalékkal maradt el. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 2025 decemberében a novemberihez képest 10 százalékkal nőtt, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 21 százalékkal csökkent.

According to the data of the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the average pro-ducer price of raw milk was HUF 189.6 per kilogram in December 2025, it decreased in the last month by 3 per cent, compared to December 2024 by 6 per cent. Concurrently, compared to November 2025, the fat content increased by 0.03 percentage points, but the protein content decreased by 0.01 percentage points and the base price decreased by 3 per cent.
The export price of raw milk was HUF 154.63 per kilogram in December 2025, 8 per cent lower than in the previous month and 27 per cent lower compared to the same month last year. At the same time raw milk exports increased 10 per cent month-on-month, but decreased by 21 per cent year-on-year

Full text linkAz AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon az étkezési búza áfa és szállítási költség nélküli termelői ára 71,9 ezer forint/tonna (–16 százalék az egy évvel korábbihoz képest), a takarmánykukoricáé 73,3 ezer forint/tonna (–3 százalék) volt január második hetében. Ezzel egy időben az ipari napraforgómag termelői ára (magas olajsavtartalmú napraforgómaggal együtt) 185,1 ezer forint/tonna (–14 százalék), a repcemagé 189,9 ezer forint/tonna (–8 százalék) volt.
A fehércukor világpiaci ára 2025 decemberében 364 euró/tonna volt.

According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), the producer price of milling wheat (excluding VAT and transport costs) in Hungary was HUF 71.9 thousand per tonne in the second week of January, representing a 16 per cent decrease compared to the same period of the previous year. The producer price of feed maize was HUF 73.3 thousand per tonne, showing a 3 per cent fall in the same period. At the same time, the producer price of sunflower seed (including high oleic sunflower seed) was HUF 185.1 thousand per tonne (–14 per cent), that of rapeseed was HUF 189.9 thousand per tonne
(–8 per cent).

Full text linkA magyar gazdálkodók egyre nyitottabbak a technológiai fejlesztésekre és a korszerű technikai eszközök alkalmazására. Az egyéni gazdaságok és a társas vállalkozások 163,5 milliárd forint értékben vásároltak új mezőgazdasági gépeket és eszközöket 2025. I–III. negyedévben, ami 21 százalékos növekedés az egy évvel korábbi forgalomhoz képest. Ugyanebben az időszakban alkatrészekre 78,2 milliárd forintot fordítottak, ami 9 százalékkal haladta meg a bázisidőszak szintjét. A géppiacon belül az erőgépek a forgalmazás 46 százalékát tették ki. A teljes értékesítésen belül a traktorok 25, a gabonakombájnok 10 százalékos arányt képviseltek.

Hungarian farmers are becoming more and more open to technological developments and the use of modern technical equipment. Individual farms and corporate enterprises purchased new agricultural machinery for HUF 163,5 billion in the first three quarters of 2025, was 21 per cent more than in the previous year. Full text linkMagyarország vetőmag-szaporító területe 2024-ben a Nemzeti Élelmiszerlánc-biztonsági Hivatal adatai szerint az összes szemlélt terület alapján 110,4 ezer hektárt ért el (zöldség- és virágmagok kivételével), az előző év azonos időszakához mérten 8,4 százalékkal lett kisebb. Ez a terület a hazai szántóterület 2,7 százalékát tette ki. A vetőmag-szaporító terület nagyságát alapul véve hazánk az európai rangsorban a hetedik helyet foglalta el 2024-ben, megelőzve ezzel Romániát. 2024-ben összesen 322,5 ezer tonna vetőmagot fémzároltak, amely 22,1 százalékos csökkenést mutatott az előző évhez képest. Az előállított mennyiség nagyobb mértékben esett vissza, mint a szaporítóterület nagyságának csökkenése. Az Agrárstatisztikai Információs Rendszerben (ASIR) rögzített adatokból számított egységáraknál az őszi gabonafélék esetében 2024-ben is a rozs képviselte a legnagyobb értéket. Ezt követte a durumbúza, a tönkölybúza, az őszi búza és az őszi árpa, míg a sor végén a tritikálé végzett. A tavaszi kalászosok között a következő sorrend alakult ki: első helyen a zab, a másodikon a tavaszi árpa állt, és a tavaszi búza lett az utolsó.

According to data from the National Food Chain Safety Office, Hungary's seed production area reached 110.4 thousand hectares in 2024 (excluding vegetable and flower seeds) based on the total inspected area, which is 8.4 per cent less than in the same period of the previous year. This area accounted for 2.7 per cent of the country's arable land. Based on the size of its seed production area, Hungary ranked seventh in Europe in 2024, ahead of Romania. In 2024, a total of 322.5 thousand tonnes of seed were sealed, representing a 22.1 per cent decrease compared to the previous year. The quantity produced declined to a greater extent than the decrease in the size of the propagation area. Based on the unit prices calculated from the data recorded in the Agricultural Statistics Information System (ASIS), rye represented the highest value among winter cereals in 2024 as well. This was followed by durum wheat, spelt, winter wheat, and winter barley, with triticale at the bottom of the list. Among spring cereals, the order was as follows: oats in first place, spring barley in second place, and spring wheat in last place
