Ornithosymbols of the Kalmyk Language: Thanatological Aspect
Get PDFThis article is devoted to the ethnolinguistic study of the bird symbolism in the culture of Kalmyks and other Mongolian peoples. The work presents the main characteristics of bird symbolism, reflecting the most common images in the conceptions of Kalmyks, however, the main attention is paid to the thanatological aspect, this is due to the special specifics and a number of stereotypes in perception of some bird species. The most widespread thanatological symbol in the Kalmyk language and in the culture of the Mongol peoples dedicated to death is the raven and the owl. The objective of the work is to conduct an ethnolinguistic study of thanatological symbolism of birds in the Kalmyk culture, which is based on folklore and ethnographic material. The methodology of the study has been a complex method, which involves a comprehensive study of the material. The result of the work shows that traditionally, the Mongolian peoples have developed a set of symbols that are the most significant and revered. Signs and superstitions allow us to reconstruct the ethnic picture of the world and have a pronounced ethnocultural specificity, in which the experience of the people and stereotypes of ethnic consciousness are concentrated

The purpose of the study is to conceptualize the socio-philosophical reflection of the crisis of the metaphysical foundations of human existence, which is a global problem of our time, which threatens our civilization, is associated with economic and social development, with many problems, including the problem of COVID-19. The objectives of the research are to identify the problems of the metaphysical dimensions of human existence and find ways that promise to lead to great achievements - to raise living standards, create new economic opportunities, solve anthropological, existential and ontological problems of human being associated with the real de-objectification of human existence, loss of the integrity of self-determination.The scientific novelty of the research is that it presents a solution to new problems of the crisis of the metaphysical foundations of human existence and ways to solve them
Factors That Influence Rural Entrepreneurship: Case-Study Evidence from Torbat-E Heydarie, Kadkan District
Get PDFEntrepreneurship is an important instrument in planning and realizing rural community development. Owing to current problems in societies, focusing on the rural entrepreneurship is of utmost importance. Entrepreneurship by creating new opportunities for employment and income plays an important role in improving socioeconomic conditions of villages. The aim of this study is to assess the factors influencing the development of rural entrepreneurship in a case study of villages in Torbat-e Heydarieh, Kadkan district. The research method was descriptive-analytic, and the data collection method was library and field studies. For data analysis, One-sample t-test with principal component analysis was used. The statistical population of the study was the villagers of Kadkan district of Torbat-e Heydarieh, from which 240 people were asked to complete a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated using the Content and face validity with expert judgement. Reliability of the questionnaire was examined by Cronbach's alpha coefficient which for all studied domains was above 0.75 which indicated that questionnaire was satisfactory. The results indicated that economic factor was the most influential issue in the rural entrepreneurship. The results also showed that rural entrepreneurship provides a good context for creating jobs in agricultural and non-agricultural sectors and it is an important factor for achieving sustainable rural development
Ethno-Aesthetic Communication in the Context of the Formation of Technological Culture of Students in the System of Continuing Education
Get PDFThe relevance of the problem presented in this study is conditioned by the fact that the multifactorial nature of qualities of technological culture of the individual requires a search for paradigms, an identification of the range of approaches aimed at developing not only technological, professional, but also cultural competences of students in multiparadigmatic viewpoint. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the polyparadigmatic approach to the formation of technological culture of students in the system of continuing education based on ethno-aesthetic values. The leading method for the research of this problem is the method of concretization, which allows us to consider the formation of motivational, cognitive, activity (practical) - technologically important personal qualities (Belentsov S. I, Fahrutdinova A. V, 2017). The structure of the polyparadigmatic approach to the formation of technological culture of students in the system of continuing education based on ethno-aesthetic values includes axiological, cultural, socio-cultural, activity-technological, ethnopedagogical, and ethno-aesthetic approaches. The polyparadigmatic approach has an integrative basis, it is based on scientific and ethnic knowledge expressed in the form of concepts, didactics of technological and higher education, ethno-aesthetic didactics, which ensure the continuity of the formation of the components of technological culture of students in the system ‘school – University – additional education’
Historical and Philosophical Prerequisites for the Analysis of Cognition Objectivity in the Social Sciences
Get PDFThe article deals with the analysis of the sociality construction in Hegel’s The Phenomenology of Spirit, which is the prerequisite for the development of current social and humanitarian knowledge. The author introduces the idea that a decisive factor for the formation of the Method of the Humanities and Social Sciences is Hegel’s reconsideration of the idea of the immediacy of social relations as a subject for philosophical consideration. Sociality construction, compared to the uncritical perception of Society as an object that is available for observation as a natural object, provides a consistent and methodically substantiated disclosure of the essential characteristics of social life. In The Phenomenology of Spirit, Hegel describes Sociality forms as necessary steps for the movement of the spirit toward self-cognition. Reasonable development of social relations is based on their sphere of self-consciousness attributes, which unlike the previous formations of the consciousness (die Gestalt and die Gestaltung that in various English translations are form, mode, shape, and figure) reveal that truth is not in the object but in unity with the self. Thus, the most significant discovery of the philosopher is that consciousness “pushes its boundaries” and overcomes imaginary singularity. In addition, “the doubling of consciousness” contributes to the formation of sociality as a sphere in which the spirit is capable of revealing substance concretion. The concept of sociality, which is first described in the chapter on consciousness, is revealed in the subsequent sections. As a result, social relations become the main concept of Hegel’s work. The development of this concept is not only philosophically and systematically significant. As it is presented in this article, social relations substantiate the possibility of overcoming subjective, for example, “evaluative” approaches to the consideration of social life based on the idea of the immediacy of social relations. Moreover, this concept reveals the essential nature of sociality formation and its existence in various forms of spirit. The results of this research can be regarded as verification of the provision that the method of sociality construction presented in The Phenomenology of Spirit provides cognition of social life via rational means and the argumentativeness of social and humanitarian knowledge. Thus, the foundations for the scientific study of human and society can be developed
Psychosemantic Approach as the Basis of Algorithmization of Students' Work with Vocation-Oriented Information
Get PDFThe article substantiates the need to create a technology for algorithmic work with professionally oriented information of a textual nature, based on the principles of the psychosemantic approach, which make it possible to most effectively define and logically form the semantic components of external speech and thinking. The authors of the article apply the original methodological concept of the characteristics of textual information, which is considered as a mechanism of learning and professional communication. Algorithmization of the process of mastering information will speed up the learning process and master a large amount of complex professional information. The algorithms proposed in the described technology have the property of modifiability and can be applied by students in their further studies and professional activities in a wide range of information interaction situations
Características predominantes del aprendizaje organizacional que influyen en el bienestar laboral de los docentes del Perú
Get PDFThe purpose of the research was to identify the predominant dimension of organizational learning that influences the labor well-being of secondary education teachers -Lima (Peru). The research presented the quantitative approach, basic-substantive type, non-experimental design of cross-sectional, correlational-causal. The sample consisted of 200 teachers chosen by simple random probability sampling, to whom the organizational learning and work well-being surveys validated by Cronbach's Alpha (0.945 and 0.858, respectively) were applied. The results were obtained by means of the Nagelkerke R squared model, generating the value of 0.727 that verified that the estimated model was adequate. Likewise, the results of the study were processed by statistical non-parametric logistic regression. It was concluded that organizational learning influenced job well-being; Likewise, it was determined that the disposition to work, availability of resources and recognition in correspondence to the work (organizational learning conditions) influenced the work well-being of teachers.La investigación tuvo como propósito identificar la dimensión predominante del aprendizaje organizacional que influye en el bienestar laboral de los docentes de educación secundaria- Lima (Perú). La investigación presentó el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico- sustantivo, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, correlacional- causal. La muestra estuvo constituida por 200 maestros elegidos por muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple, a quienes se aplicó las encuestas de aprendizaje organizacional y bienestar laboral validadas por Alfa de Cronbach (0,945 y 0,858, respectivamente). Los resultados se obtuvieron por medio del modelo de R cuadrado de Nagelkerke generando el valor de 0,727 que verificó que el modelo estimado fue adecuado. Asimismo, los resultados del estudio fueron procesados por estadístico no paramétrico regresión logística. Se concluyó que el aprendizaje organizacional influyó en el bienestar laboral; asimismo, se determinó que la disposición al trabajo, disponibilidad de recursos y reconocimiento en correspondencia a la labor (condiciones del aprendizaje organizacional) influyeron sobre el bienestar laboral de los docentes

The recklessness, boldness and intimacy that exist in the poems of these two have given a special depth to their verses that give the reader a feeling of tenderness and the peak of servitude, while the loving relationship of God has been the highest type of relationship
Components and Characteristics of the Professional Competency Model among Educational Administrators

In other words, if education is dynamic, active, and vibrant in a country, the country will naturally be a growing and developed country. Professional and effective training of professional and effective managers is one of the basic problems, whose successful and effective implementation in an organization requires a set of competencies, skills, abilities, and special characteristics. Competence is a special tool for workforce planning and management. In this regard, much attention to the competency approach stems from the capabilities of the organization. In other words, a successful and effective organization creates and maintains its competitive advantage by developing individuals’ competencies. On the other hand, the competency approach is of great importance in the development of managers as they can develop and improve their performance by adopting such an approach. Accordingly, the present study aimed to investigate the components and characteristics of the professional competency model among educational administrators. The study findings revealed that the most prominent management dimension encompasses supervision and guidance, knowledge management, evaluation, decision-making, and planning. Personality dimension includes ethics, creativity and innovation, communication skills, and negotiation skills. Technological dimension consists of information literacy, application of new technologies in teaching, the use of information and communication technology, and the ability to work in a virtual environment. Educational-research dimension addresses research orientation, applied scientific research, familiarity with teaching methods and techniques, and incentives for employees to teach effectively. This descriptive-analytical study adopted a library technique
