The aim of the study is a systematic analysis of the legal consciousness of young people and the forms of organization of legal education of young people. Insufficient legal literacy of students and unwillingness of the majority of students to participate in the solution of any social problems are revealed. It is shown that students demonstrate political passivity due to frustration and distraction of moral guidelines. Practical significance: The data obtained in this work can be used in legal psychology, jurisprudence, pedagogy, as well as for further theoretical development of this issue

Global world markets are often influenced by various macroeconomic factors that have both a positive and negative impact on their development. Recently, the whole world is experiencing, without exaggeration, a global economic catastrophe associated with the almost lightning-fast spread of a dangerous virus, the country of origin of which was China. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused unprecedented global upheavals that have had a major impact on societies in cities, countries, and regions. Most countries declared a nationwide lockdown in the first weeks of the pandemic, closing their borders to other countries. Moreover, at a time of global acute need for personal protective equipment, ALV and other medical devices and equipment, both air and sea transport were stopped, which separated the producing countries from the consumer countries. With soaring demand and the impact on supply chains, countries that had previously welcomed joint calls to fight the pandemic have entered a trade war in medical equipment. In the commodity market, the price of oil fell, leading to uncertainty about the future of oil-producing countries, as the end point of the pandemic was still unclear. Overall, the pandemic has been a severe test for the global economy. Due to the development of the pandemic, economists expect an unprecedented decline in industrial production and the percentage share of the stock exchange, rising commodity prices, as well as the possibility of reducing the GDP of a number of countries. While national Governments are trying to offset this drop in commodity prices, as well as for households, firms and financial markets, by providing economic assistance to affected groups, it is clear that such measures are not always viable. It is absolutely necessary to study the impact of COVID-19 on the global financial ecosystem in order to develop an effective trade policy. The danger of a pandemic is also exacerbated by the fact that a crisis in economic relations between countries can lead to political consequences that will cause an aggravation of the political situation in the world. The purpose of the work is to consider the development of world markets under the influence of various factors of uncertainty, the decline in production and trade under the influence of measures of national isolation

    Get PDF
This paper problematizes the current state of historical memory and cultural immunity as a cross-development trend in the field of education, noting that sociocultural thought has focused on understanding of historical memory and cultural immunity as parallel processes, and the transformation of the culture of education is described in relation to a new information reality, which gives rise to the dehistorization of the field of education. The author of the paper believes that the adoption of social and resource methodological schemes brings hope to get the answers for the two important aspects: first, cultural space of the educational society in the analysis of the effects of the wearable information technologies, and, in this regard, the degree of influence of historical memory and cultural immunity, second, the aspect that can be described as “specific” in the educational culture of Russian society, in which the “language” of globalization is translated into the culture-historical context of national education

Among the reasons for the development of this group of diseases, researchers determine genetic factors, poor ecology, impaired liver function, etc. In this regard, those suffering from this group of diseases are necessarily provided with qualified medical care, and pharmacy institutions form the necessary range of drugs that can improve the standard of living of patients. For this reason, we consider it necessary to analyze the level of demand for certain drugs used for the treatment of skin diseases in the pharmacy network of Belgorod, as well as factors that allow us to assess certain aspects that affect the formation of the range of these drugs in pharmacies. The purpose of the work was defined as follows: to conduct a study of meeting the demand of the population for groups of medicines intended for the treatment of skin diseases. The conducted analysis shows the following. Drugs intended for the treatment of skin diseases are in high demand (59.09%); 22.73% of drugs are in low demand, the lack of demand was observed in 18.18% of the studied group of drugs. In this paper, recommendations were formulated to optimize the assortment policy of the World of Medicines pharmacy chain in Belgorod. Since it was determined that high demand drugs such as Argosulfan, Belosalic, Avekort, Cinocap, Candiderm, Alorom, Lomaherpan, Metrogyl, Nitrofungin. It is for this reason that it is necessary to increase the volume of their purchases to better meet the demand of the population for these drugs. It was also revealed that it is necessary to reduce the volume of purchases of drugs, the demand for which is reduced. It is drugs such as Daktarin, Adolen, Camadol, Ammifurin, Bramisil, Batrafen, Berestin, Hiporhamin (they came in the results of ABC-analysis to the group C). In addition, the pharmacy should promote this group of drugs to familiarize consumers with them and offer them at a reduced price, so as not to burden the turnover of medicines and not to reduce the effectiveness of the pharmacy. The paper concluded that, according to the study, the demand for medicines used in the treatment of skin diseases is quite high. At the same time, the administration of the pharmacy chain should pay more attention to the analysis of the purchased groups of medicines in this category in order to prevent overloading the pharmacy balance with drugs, the demand for which is reduced, as this negatively affects the effectiveness of the pharmacy organization. In this regard, it is advisable to conduct an ABC analysis of the assortment groups of drugs at least once a quarter, as well as take the necessary measures to promote drugs used in the treatment of skin diseases that are in insufficient demand among the population

As a result, while there was no correlation between physical education and teachers of sport job performance and procedural justice, one of the subtitles of perception of justice, a low level of negative correlation was found between interaction, distributive justice and attitude towards organizational justice total score. Again, no relationship was found between job performance and the total score of vertical and horizontal opposition and organizational opposition which are sub-headings of organizational opposition. This may be due to the fact that administrators do not adequately reward the job performances of physical education and sports teachers due to increasing interest of managers towards teachers who conduct lessons for exams important in terms of students. In addition, it is thought to be caused that physical education and sports teachers do not have any difficulties in expressing themselves due to both their professional competencies and their self-expression and high communication skills that physical education and sports bring them

This research was conducted to determine the recreational activity choices of the students studying at various faculties of the university. The main purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the selection of recreational activity of university students. A total of 156 students, 98 female and 58 male, studying at various faculties in İzmir Universities, participated in the survey. As the data collection tool, “Personal Information Form” and the scale made by Arslan (2010 and 2012) to measure the factors affecting the selection of the recreational activity type were used. The data obtained were analyzed by using the SPSS 23 program. “T-test”, “ANOVA” and “Tukey post hoc” tests were used to obtain statistical results.  “Guidance” sub-dimension mean score values and “general scale” mean score values were higher in women than men (p<0.05). “Personal suitability” and “environment” sub-dimension mean score values of individuals with an income of 1000 TL and below are higher than individuals with higher income (p<0.05). A significant difference was observed only in the mean scores of the “guidance” sub-dimension according to the educational background of the mothers of the individuals (p<0.05). When the mean score values of “personal suitability”, “guidance” sub-dimension and “general scale” were examined, it was concluded that the mean score values of individuals whose fathers are primary and high school graduates were higher than those whose fathers were bachelor and master graduates (p<0.05). Mean scores of “personal suitability”, “environment” sub-dimensions and “general scale” were higher in individuals whose family with an income of 1001 - 2000 TL per month, that is, the lowest income group (p<0.05). When we look at the “guidance”, “environment” sub-dimensions and the general scale, it was concluded that the mean score values of individuals who think that games are a little effective in activities are higher than the mean score values of individuals who think that games in activities are very effective (p<0.05). The opinions of the individuals about "in which faculty the recreation department should be" do not make a difference on the mean score values of the "general scale" and its sub-dimensions. According to the type of recreational activity that individuals do in their leisure time, the mean score values of the “general scale” and its sub-dimensions do not show a significant difference (p>0.05). As a result of the findings, when the factors that affect the selection of the recreational activity type of the students were examined, it was found that the highest factor was “age-appropriateness”. The statement with the lowest mean in the scale is “healthy life programs on TV”. In addition, it was concluded that the most effective factors in individuals' choices on the recreational activities were that the activities were personally suitable for them and the environment was also suitable
