Philosophical aspect of installment trading in Islamic Rules
Get PDFIn this article, I would like to stop at one of the common types of trade called “Installment trading”, which is permitted in Islam, if the necessary conditions required in the Shari'ah will be fulfilled. At the same time, installment trading in Islam (Installment sale) is only one of many types of sale and purchase. Now this type of trade is very common in the world. Individuals and various industrial enterprises, firms, etc. use installment trading. Instalment selling is often used in Islamic financing. One of the types of installment trading is As-Salam, when payment for goods is made long before it was purchased, and which is known according to Arab sources long before Islam arose, used in Islam more than a thousand years ago. It should be noted that trade in Islam is permitted and this is because all the messengers of Allah were sent to change what God prohibited, but with regard to trade, there was no prohibition. In particular, the proof of that is the trade deals of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)
Technology Use Attitudes of Teachers in the Field of Special Education
Get PDFInformation and communication technologies are extremely effective in the education of children with autism, that is, in special education, just as they are a part of our lives and affect all areas of our lives. This study was made to determine the attitudes of the teachers in the field of special education towards these technologies. 124 teachers among the teachers in the field of special education working in İzmir province participated in the study voluntarily. In the study, “Personal Information Form” and “Information and Communication Technologies Attitude Scale” developed by Günbatar (2014) to determine the level of information and communication technologies use of teachers in the field of special education were used. The data obtained were evaluated in the SPSS 23 package program. In analyzing the data, ANOVA and t-test were used for the general scale among the “Mann Whitney U” and “Kruskal Wallis 1 Way ANOVA” tests. In addition, in cases where significant differences exist, the scales at which the differences occur were determined by using “Dunn’s Nonparametric Comparison” for subscales and “Tukey Post Hoc” test for general scale. As a result of the findings obtained, there is a significant difference as the age of teachers changes and according to that they have special students do sports, sports are effective on special students according to their gender, there is no significant difference according to the persistence of the knowledge that special students want to be taught while playing games, and according to their status of finding technological opportunities sufficient. As a result, we can say that as teachers’ attitudes towards technology are positive, students with or without disabilities can learn information in a short time
On The Question of Studying Phraseological Units with Adjectives in the Classroom in Russian
Get PDFThe study of phraseological units by foreign students at the stage of their professional education is an important means of enriching students ' speech, mastering the lexical norms of the Russian language. As you know, phraseological units can contain different parts of speech, but phraseological units with adjectives have the greatest expressiveness. This research is devoted to the linguodidactic problem of developing tasks for the use of phraseological units in the speech of foreign students. To successfully achieve the research goal, we used the continuous sampling method, the analysis method, the exercise method, and the observation method. Our task was to select phraseological units with adjectives and ask Chinese students to complete tasks. Some students do not know the meaning of phraseological units and the terms of their use. At the level of professional linguistic education, students should have a good command of this material. Unfortunately, due to the complexity of the material, the form of expression, and the specifics of historical and cultural features reflected in phraseology, many students were unable to correctly determine the meaning and conditions for using the proposed phraseology. We developed a system of exercises that helped students master phraseological units with adjectives, taking into account their functioning in artistic and colloquial speech. The results of our research are of interest to teachers of Russian as a foreign language and can be used in the practice of teaching foreign languages

Students should acquire a certain set of knowledge and skills and gain practical experience in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard through the study of professional modules. The professional modules are subdivided into interdisciplinary courses. In practice, the challenges in the educational process of secondary vocational education are in the development of general competencies. General competencies include the ability to apply acquired knowledge, skills and practical experience in solving general problems in a wide field of activity. Professional competency is the ability to apply the knowledge, skills and experience gained in solving professional problems in particular activities. The competency-based approach corresponds to the demands of society and employers for specialists capable to apply knowledge in practice, to independently set tasks and solve them in specific situations. Based on the foregoing, the technology for the development of critical thinking is able to satisfy the needs of teachers and students in the conditions of a competency-based approach. The development of thinking skills and abilities of students in the educational process is necessary not only during vocational training or in professional activity, but also in everyday life. This is especially important in the unstable economic and political situation in the Russian Federation and the world at the present time, when it is necessary to quickly, sometimes even radically reorganize their career under the prevailing circumstances. A specific feature of the educational process of secondary vocational education is not only a competency-based approach to learning, but also a modular approach implemented through professional modules. Professional modules and interdisciplinary courses included in them are defined by the FSES SPE, however, in some cases, the variability of the content of the module is allowed, i.e. the educational institution independently decides which interdisciplinary courses to include in the module
Evaluation of the Relationship between Personality and Conservatism of Investors in the Stock Exchange (Case Study: Insurance Companies)
Get PDFThe purpose of this research to "investigate the relationship between personality and conservatism of investors of insurance companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange." The present study was applied research in terms of purpose, which has employed a descriptive and correlational method. The statistical population of this research included all people who buy and sell shares of insurance companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. According to Cochran's formula, the sample size was determined as much as 384 people collected by a simple random sampling method. The research instruments were the Conservative Questionnaire based on the Gribel and Leighton (1999) and McCrae and Costa (1985) five-factor personality questionnaire. The questionnaire’s validity was confirmed by 20 experts, and the reliability of all three questionnaires was acceptable for all three questionnaires due to Cronbach's alpha above 0.79. The data analysis was conducted using the Pearson correlation test and regression analysis. The results indicated a significant relationship between the investors’ personality and their conservatism in the Tehran Stock Exchange. There was also a significant relationship between all personality components except for extraversion with the investor’s conservatism in the Tehran Stock Exchange

The present article is a descriptive-analytical one and uses the library method to investigate the mentioned question. The results of the study indicate that wisdom, Genesis, Step, Judgment, and magnitude, the vision of God at the resurrection is one of the most important theological components of Ahmad Jam. The results of this study indicate that the influence of theological issues in Ahmad Jam's thought is so much that his works without knowledge of his theological views will be incomplete

Investigation of Social Intelligence Features of Athletes in Different Branches in Terms of Various Variables
Get PDFThe population of this study, which was carried out to evaluate the different variables of social intelligence levels of athletes in different branches, included the athletes who participated in group competitions of the sports federations of badminton, basketball, wrestling, hockey, karate, judo, softball, water polo, and table tennis in Turkey, and the sample group consisted of a total of 387 active athletes, 219 females and 168 males with an average age of 15,05 ± 2,06; who participated in competitions and voluntarily accepted to participate in the study. In addition to the demographic form, the Tromso Social Intelligence Scale developed by Silvera et al. (2001) and validity and reliability in Turkish made by Doğan and Çetin (2009) was used to collect data in the study. As a result, while there were no significant differences in the social intelligence levels of the athletes in terms of the gender variable, it was found that they had significant differences according to the sports branch, education level, duration of sportsmanship, and the education level of parents. In this study, it was determined that the athletes got a moderate score from the Tromso Social Intelligence Scale
The Psychometric Properties of Mindfulness Inventory in Sport and Examination of Its Measurement Invariance
Get PDFThis study aimed to examine the psychometric properties and measurement invariance by testing the validity and reliability of the Turkish form of the "mindfulness inventory in sport, which was developed by Thienot et al. in 2014. Three different data sets were used in the study. Participants for the first data set consisted of 190 athletes (meanage=21,37 ± 2,74), 93 women, and 97 men. The second data set consists of 258 athletes (meanage=21,49 ± 2,76), 128 women and 130 men. Mindfulness Inventory in Sports is a 15-item measurement tool with three sub-dimensions (awareness, non-judgmental, refocusing), the first consists of 5 items, the second 5 items, and the third 5 items. Conscious Awareness Inventory in Sports has been developed to measure the conscious awareness levels of athletes. To examine the psychometric properties of the inventory, the first data set obtained with the participation of 190 athletes was used for reliability and EFA in the context of the construct validity study. The second data set obtained with the participation of 258 athletes was used in the CFA and multi-group confirmatory factor analysis process. The test-retest analysis was conducted with 40 athletes who were included in the research process independently from these two groups. Data analysis was done with SPSS and AMOS package programs. When the AFA results were examined, it was observed that there was no change in the original structure developed by Thienot et al. In the item analysis, it was concluded that all items were above .30, and the representation power of the inventory was sufficient. Besides, Cronbach's alpha internal consistency and test-retest methods were used to demonstrate the inventory's reliability.
