    Building of professional communicative competence in foreign students

    The Turkish students who study at Russian universities continue learning Russian at the main departments. The main difficulty which foreign students face while learning Russian is scientific style. Those who teach Russian as a foreign language admit that foreign students are often unprepared to learn specific vocabulary.     Investigating the factors affecting the development of the humanitarian aid supply chain by popular athletes

    The present study was designed and conducted to investigate the factors affecting the development of the humanitarian aid supply chain by popular athletes. The present study is one of the mixed researches which were done in the form of qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical population of the present study in the qualitative section includes elites and experts in the field of the humanitarian supply chain, sports sociology, sports management, and crisis management. According to the purposeful selection, 13 people were identified as the research sample. In the quantitative part of the present study, in addition to the elites in the field of the humanitarian supply chain, sports sociology, sports management, and crisis management, some experts of the Crisis Management Organization and popular athletes were added to the statistical community. The collection tools of the present study included a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. In the quantitative analysis of the research, the structural equation method with the PLS approach has been used. The results of the present study showed that; 25 micro actives were extracted through interviews, these factors were divided into 5 categories: cultural, managerial, legal, human, and communication-technological factors. The research results showed that; among the factors affecting the development of the humanitarian aid supply chain through popular athletes, managerial factors had the most role and importance (impact = 0.983; T-factor = 427.756). This highlights the importance and necessity of management platforms for the development of the humanitarian aid supply chain through popular athletes

    The Study of James Rosenau's Affiliation Theory with an Emphasis on the Role of Individual and International System Variables in the Analysis of Regionalism in the Second Pahlavi and Islamic Republic of Iran

    Different theoretical approaches can be used to analyze countries' foreign policy and regionalism. The present study intends to study and compare the policy of regionalism of Iran in the second Pahlavi era and the Islamic Republic based on the theoretical approach of James Rosenau, using the variables of decision-making personality, role, government, society and international system variables. Iran's regionalization policy during the Second Pahlavi period was in line with the structure of power in the international system. At the same time, Iran, in this period influenced by the structure of the bipolar system and the Cold War, also sought to gain supremacy and leadership in the region, as the most important person in foreign policy decision-making and in the personality of Mohammad Reza Shah. On this basis, we can say that the two variables of the international system and the decision-making personality were the most important variables influencing the process of foreign policy and regionalism of Iran during this period. In the Islamic Republic, with the formation of ideological elements such as the construction and nature of political power based on the velayat-e faqih and the idea of issuing a revolution, the policy of regionalism was in conflict with the structure of power in the international system and in line with ideological foundations and interests. Accordingly, the two variables of the international system and the decision-making personality were the most important variables influencing the process of foreign policy and regionalization of Iran during this period. The purpose of this paper is to use a descriptive-analytical method, a comparative study and to use the historical data to study the effect of each of these variables on the regionalization process

    Diseño y validez de la Escala de Adicción a Instagram de Bergen (BIAS) en adultos peruanos

    Virtual social networks have had a notable impact on our lives, and over the years it has led to the creation of new virtual socialization platforms such as Instagram, which in our context has taken great interest, especially in adults young people, occupying a large part of their personal, academic, work and social space, often leading to problematic behaviors such as addiction. The objective of this study was to design and validate the Bergen Instagram Addiction Scale (BIAS), based on the short Spanish version of the Bergen Facebook Addiction Scale (BFAS). 200 Peruvian adult Instagram users from 18 to 35 years old participated (M age = 25.9; SD age = 4.29), 63.5% were women. For the design, the terminology was changed from Facebook to Instagram, in the items of the BFAS, later the AFC was carried out to estimate the evidence of factorial validity and AFC-MG for the invariance of the measurement by sex, checking invariance for all the levels (configural, metric, strong and strict). The instruments were applied; the Psychological Well-being Scale (BIEPS-A) and the Life Satisfaction Scale (SWLS), which were related to the BIAS, corroborating the divergence betweenthe constructs, and the convergence of the BIAS was analyzed as it was correlated with the BFAS (r = .520). The reliability of the instrument was estimated with the Alpha (α = .925) and Omega (ω = .931) coefficients. It is concluded that the BIAS has optimal evidence of validity and reliability, demonstrating a one-dimensional structure for measuring addiction to Instagram.Las redes sociales virtuales han ejercido un impacto notable en nuestras vidas, y con el pasar de los años se ha dado lugar a la creación de nuevas plataformas de socialización virtual como Instagram, la cual en nuestro contexto ha tomado gran interés, sobre todo en adultos jóvenes, llegando a ocupar gran parte de su espacio personal, académico, laboral y social, conduciendo en muchas ocasiones a comportamientos problemáticos como la adicción. El objetivo de este estudio fue diseñar y validar la Escala de adicción a Instagram de Bergen (BIAS), basada en la versión breve al español del Bergen Facebook Addiction Scale (BFAS). Participaron 200 adultos peruanos usuarios de Instagram de 18 a 35 años (M edad =25.9; DE edad = 4.29) el 63.5% fueron mujeres. Para el diseño se realizó el cambio de la terminología Facebook por Instagram, en los ítems del BFAS, posteriormente se efectuó el AFC para estimar las evidencias de validez factorial y AFC-MG para la invarianza de la medición por sexo, comprobando invariabilidad para todos los niveles (configural, métrica, fuerte y estricta). Se aplicaron los instrumentos; Escala de Bienestar Psicológico (BIEPS-A) y Escala de Satisfacción con la vida (SWLS) los cuales fueron relacionados con el BIAS corroborando la divergencia entre los constructos, asimismo, se analizó la convergencia del BIAS al ser correlacionado con el BFAS (r=.520). La fiabilidad del instrumento se estimó con los coeficientes Alfa (α=.925) y Omega (ω=.931). Se concluye que el BIAS posee óptimas evidencias de validez y fiabilidad, demostrando una estructura unidimensional para la medición de adicción a Instagram

    Professional Development Of An Educational Psychologist In The System Of Psychological And Counseling Service Of The University

    The priority goal of modernizing the Russian education system is to ensure a high quality of knowledge. The psychological and counseling service is capable of implementing many qualitative changes in the higher education system. The development of the psychological and counseling service is due to its role in the modernization of Russian education, on the one hand, and the growing need for educational psychologists, on the other. The outflow of psychologists from the education system negatively affects the quality of the services and the image of the psychological and counseling service in education and society as a whole. Consequently, the career and personal development of a psychologist in the educational organization of higher education requires special research. The psychological support for an entry-level psychologist is necessary during the period of his/her professional development. The peculiarities of the psychological and counseling service require that a psychologist independently identify the directions and priorities of professional activity and show initiative in organizing the work and assessing its effectiveness. This, as a rule, is difficult for an entry-level educational psychologist. Certain difficulties for an entry-level psychologist are associated with the specifics of professional psychological and counseling activity. The tools of the professional activity of a trained psychologist are the personal and professional qualities, skills and abilities. Therefore, specific requirements are imposed on the personal and professional qualities of a psychologist. At the same time, in the professional environment, there are no unified standards for the personality of a psychologist and criteria for assessing the degree of his/her professionalism. Despite the constant updating of research in the field of psychological support for education, the identification of the necessary conditions for the training of a high-level specialist, the contradiction between the demand of modern society for a well-trained specialist and the insufficient level of readiness of young specialists for productive professional activity is deepening. An educational psychologist beginning to work at a university turns out to be unable to interact in a professional environment and experiences difficulties in establishing contacts with students and their parents

    Adaptive Transformations of News Text in the Media (Through Examples of Turkish, Russian and English Articles)

    Informational texts always contain one or more forms of adaptation. The source material is changed according to the standards of the target culture. Adaptation elements can be easily detected by comparing texts in different languages used to reflect a particular news event. The research material of our article is news reports published on the information platforms BBC Turkçe, BBC Russian and BBC World on February-March 2020. Although there are several definitions of the term «adaptation», we adhere to the opinion of scientists, who disclose it in a broad sense. In this approach, the term «adaptation» refers to methods for adapting the original text (as a fragment for displaying objective and social realities) to the socio-cultural conditions of the implicit audience. The message addresser is a participant in this communication process, therefore he should determine the readiness of the implicit reader to accept/ understand/ interpret information. News adapted version is created basing on the perception capabilities. In the comparison of information texts, we also referred to the term «information cores», which means a single information unit of the incident, disclosed within the framework of the main topic

    Educational migration from the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States to the Russian Federation

    Nowadays educational migration is still one of the most relevant topics for Russian and foreign scientists and understudied topic at the same time. Despite the many published sources including quantitative and qualitative aspects of the process, the set of topics under consideration is quite limited (adaptation of foreign students, brain drain, demographical characteristics of migrants, etc.). The article using scientific principles of systematicity and general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparison, classification, etc.) considers the dynamics of the changes in the amount of foreign students from the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States to the Russian Federation (including which countries they are from), correlation of the process with forming-up Common Education Space in Russia and CIS. The study conducted led to the conclusion that the actions by government agencies of the Russian Federation, higher education institutions and scientific organizations allowed stopping the negative process of foreign students drain, which took place in 1990-s, promoting and increasing the educational migrant influx from the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States from 2000 to 2007. Among the leaders in the number of students studying at Russian universities, in early 1990-s there were Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Belorussia and in 2017 there were Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

    Enfoque por competencias (EC) y Evaluación formativa (EF). Caso: Escuela rural

    This research was carried out with the objective of analyzing and explaining how the competence approach (CE) and formative evaluation (PE) are developed in rural schools. The qualitative approach was used under the case study design using participant observation technique. The results show that in the development of CE and PE, complex interdisciplinary activities were proposed to develop reasoning, creativity and critical thinking through planning, learning management and evaluation processes. However, some students have not achieved improvements in their learning, despite applying different strategies and previously sharing the evaluation criteria. It was concluded that for thedevelopment of CE and PE, in distance education, it is essential to manage activities in an interdisciplinary way, prioritizing some competences because, due to the communication limitations that exist, it was not possible to work all the areas established in the curriculum. For this, all possible means must be used that allow feedback on the process and the final products.La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de analizar y explicar cómo se desarrolla el enfoque por competencias (EC) y la evaluación formativa (EF) en la escuela rural. Se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo bajo el diseño de estudio de casos utilizando técnica la observación participante. Los resultados evidencian que en el desarrollo del EC y EF se propusieron actividades complejas de tipo interdisciplinar para desarrollar razonamiento, creatividad y pensamiento crítico a través de los procesos de planificación, gestión del aprendizaje y evaluación. Sin embargo, algunos estudiantes no han logrado mejoras en sus aprendizajes, a pesar de aplicarse distintas estrategias y compartir previamente los criterios de evaluación. Se concluyó que para el desarrollo del EC y la EF, en la educación a distancia, es imprescindible gestionar actividades de manera interdisciplinaria, priorizando algunas competencias pues, por las limitaciones de comunicación que existen no fue posible trabajar todas las áreas que se establecen en el currículo. Para ello deben emplearse todos los medios posibles que permitan la retroalimentación del proceso y de los productos finales
