Civil society as a culturological category
Get PDFThe study is devoted to the current problems of studying civil society by means of culturology. The processes of formation of civil society as a culturological category are highlighted; its place and role in social development, as well as various interpretations of this sociocultural phenomenon, are considered. A fairly unambiguous understanding of the prerequisites of citizenship in the context of political culture and the culture of social interaction is proposed. The main problem situations that hinder the development of the civic activity of the population and their overcoming using the possibilities of state cultural policy are highlighted. A significant place in the study is devoted to the potential of civil society as a sociocultural mechanism of the relationship between the state and society, the institutional reality of the “systemic world” and the culture of everyday life, formed mainly in the space of the “lifeworld”.The morphology of civil society as a specific social formation and its cultural potential, which is associated mainly with the implementation of axiological components in social and civic activity in modern society, are analyzed. It also compares the understanding of the civil society in Western countries and the Russian experience of civil life. Further prospects for the study of civil society are outlined in the direction of searching for a synthesis of Russian and foreign experience in the formation and development of civil culture.

The influence of mass media in the professional education of a future social worker is represented - it is an opportunity for an individual to choose the information he wants to receive, and not what is imposed on him from outside, although this is due to certain technical and political difficulties; the use of reliable information flows for vocational education by taking into account the influence of various public organizations, cultural and educational activities. The influence of mass media in the professional training of future social workers has been developed, which includes internal and external factors influencing its components, inflows and outflows. Features of professional education of the future employee are characterized. The role of mass media in the activity of the future social worker is singled out. The role of mass media in the professional education of the future social worker is emphasized.
Diseño y validación de una escala de uso de medios académicos virtuales durante la pandemia COVID-19
Get PDFIt is necessary to evaluate the virtual class environments that have been generated by the COVID-19 pandemic. In view of this, the objective was to design and validate a scale for the use of virtual academic media. The study is of an instrumental type, where the sample was conformed by 582 Peruvian university students. The scale was conformed by 10 items distributed in 2 dimensions. In order to find the validity of the content, it was considered the experts' judgment, for the validity of the construct, the exploratory and confirmatory factorial analysis, and to estimate the reliability, the Cronbach's αThe results indicate that the items received a favorable evaluation (Aiken's V > .70). Goodness-of-fit indices were satisfactory (χ2 = 24,204, df = 13; p = .001; RMR = .058; IFC = .931; TLI = .908; GFI = .957; AGFI = .931 and RMSEA = .071), and the correlation between factor 1 and 2 was significant (p < 0.05) and reliability good (α= .74; 95% CI = .70 -.77). It is concluded that the COVID-19 pandemic virtualacademia scale is a short tool and has evidence of validity and reliability.Es necesario evaluar los entornos de las clases virtuales que se han generado a causa de la pandemia COVID-19, ante ello, el objetivo fue diseñar y validar una escala de uso de medios académicos virtuales. El estudio es de tipo instrumental, donde la muestra estuvo conformada por 582 universitarios peruanos. La escala estuvo conformada por 10 ítems distribuidos en 2 dimensiones. Para hallar la validez de contenido se consideró el juicio de expertos, para la validez de constructo el análisis factorial exploratorio y confirmatorio, y para estimar la confiabilidad el α de Cronbach. Los resultados indican que los ítems recibieron una evaluación favorable (V de Aiken > .70). Los índices de bondad de ajuste fueron satisfactorios (χ2 = 24.204, df = 13; p = .001; RMR = .058; CFI = .931; TLI = .908; GFI = .957; AGFI = .931 y RMSEA = .071), asimismo, la correlación entre el factor 1 y 2 fue significativa (p < 0.05) y la confiabilidad buena (α = .74; IC 95% = .70 – .77). Se concluye que la escala de uso de medios académicos virtuales durante la pandemia COVID-19 es una herramienta breve y cuenta con evidencia de validez y confiabilidad
Genesis of the institute for the compensation of detriment caused by crime
Get PDFThe authors analyze the historical prerequisites for the consolidation of legal provisions governing the conceptual foundations of the legal institution of compensation for detriment caused by crime in Russian legislation. While positively assessing the current regulation of the issues of compensation for detriment caused crime in the current Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation), the authors propose to supplement the norms of the criminal procedure law with the concept of “detriment caused by crime”. In conclusion, the authors formulated the elemental composition of the legal institution of compensation for detriment caused by crime, which includes the object, subjects, procedural order of compensation for detriment, procedural and judicial control, as well as prosecutor's supervision over the activities of the head of the investigative body, head of the inquiry body, head of the inquiry unit, the investigator and the inquiry officer to ensure compensation for detriment caused by criminal offense.
The model of the formation of the individual's spiritual intelligence in the context of the processes of radicalization of modern youth
Get PDFThe purpose of the article is to identify and build a mental model of the formation of the spiritual intelligence of a young individual. The research methodology was a humanistic approach, which made it possible to pay priority attention to the problems of a young individual, his/her search for the meaning of life and the determination of value orientations, as well as the process of modernizing the directions of society's activities and the development of new approaches to the formation of the spiritual intelligence of a young person. The main results of the study were: the identification of relevant factors in the 21st century, the consequences of the negative impact on the spiritual intelligence of an individual with an immature worldview system lead him/her to enter the path of radicalization; the creation of a mental model that reveals the dependence of the transformation of the spiritual intelligence of a young individual, and, consequently, the vector of his/her behaviorism from the influence of external and internal factors, as well as the construction of a mathematical model describing the process of its functioning. The results obtained in the course of the study will provide significant assistance to state authorities and law enforcement agencies in preventing the radicalization of young people in the modern world and will allow building a system of youth policy that is adequate to a democratic society
Comparison of Teacher and School Managers` Assignment Policies Between South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Finland and Turkey
Get PDFIn this study, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Finland and Turkey Countries teachers and school administrators were compared in terms of assignment policies. In this research, a holistic multiple state pattern, which is one of the qualitative research types, was used. The reason for using this method has been examined in accordance with the problem situation of these countries and then compared with each other. The appointment policies of teachers and school administrators should be evaluated along with other processes. South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Finland countries excelled in PISA 2003, 2006, 2009 and 2012 exams. The selection of qualified teachers and school administrators plays an important role in this success of these countries.While choosing candidates for education faculties in these countries, exams measure their teaching skills via central exams. In the process of assigning teachers, central exams are conducted, but institutions again conduct exams that measure their teaching skills. Teaching appeal is a profession in these countries. Because in these countries, teaching has all the features such as respectability, high status, job guarantee and high salary. Teacher salaries in these countries are above the average of OECD countries. In addition, great importance is attached to the in-service training of school administrators and teachers in these countries. The salaries of teachers in Turkey is below the average of OECD countries
Implementation difficulties of tutor support technologies in higher education

The article is based on observations of the included experiment on the implementation of tutor support, which was carried out in the framework of advanced training courses for teachers of PSNIU. During the experiment, conditions that are extremely important for ensuring the effectiveness of the implementation of tutor support technology were identified. Among them: the certainty (firmness) of the tutor's position in the implementation of a specific goal of tutor support; the importance of organizing spatial interaction during the tutorial; the formation of an adequate understanding of the content of the tutor's activity among the participants of the tutorial; recognition of the self-value of the tutor's activity

The Principle of Dominance and the Limitation of Changing the Use of Agricultural and Garden Lands
Get PDFThe purpose of the present study was to investigate the principle of dominance and limitations imposed on changing the use of agricultural and garden lands. The former and latter are considered as important subjects continuously debated and discussed. Changing the use of garden and agricultural lands is a theoretically argued subject and is followed by the principal question of: how in the face of the dominance principle, the legal limitations in changing the use of agricultural and garden lands are justifiable? In terms of the method of study.the present research falls into the category of descriptive-analytic researches, and library studies have been conducted to answer the mentioned question. The results of the present study indicate that illegal change of use of agricultural lands is an obvious instance of conflict between personal and societal rights. Because the owner of an agricultural land, due to his/her personal rights is allowed to use the land in any legitimate and legal way he/she desires; however, the rights of the society and the future humans forbids the owner to use the land in ways that would harm the public/society. Based on the stated content, it is concluded that the ownership right is absolutely preserved for the real owner based on the principle of dominance, but in cases where this right is conflictual with societal rights, the societal rights would be counted prioritized over the former, and therefore it would be necessary to control personal rights. This preference has a clear and obvious instance in the context of changing the use of agricultural and garden lands; and it is rational that the society’s right will be dominant over the rights of the owner of agricultural and garden lands
Investigation of Correlation between Entrepreneurial Strategies and Resistance Economics Policy in Copper Company
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between entrepreneurial strategy and resistance economy policy in Kerman Copper Company. The research is applied and descriptive. The statistical population consisted of 400 experts, supervisors and managers of Shahid Bahonar Copper Company in Kerman. Based on Morgan table, the sample size was 196 people. The standard questionnaire was used for data collection. The validity of the questionnaires was 0.93 and 0.91 respectively and the reliability of the questionnaires was higher than 0.7. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and structural equation modeling test by Amos software. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurial strategy and resistance economy policy in Kerman Copper Company. On this basis, it can be said that the promotion of entrepreneurial strategies will facilitate the implementation of the Resilience Policy
