The role of the Tatar educational elite in the formation of national socio-political thought at the turn of the XIX-XX centuries (modern research aspects)
At the end of the 20th century, changes took place in the world that forced politicians and scientists to rethink many seemingly established postulates about the laws of social life and about the ways of development of human civilization. The modern development of the social movement among the Tatars of Russia, and especially the national processes in Tatarstan largely repeat the trends in the development of the nation in the pre-Soviet period. The main role in the social movement of nations is played by the activities of the elite aimed at creating political, educational and cultural institutions. The turning point in the history of the Tatar people should be considered the end of the 19th - the beginning of the 20th century. The Tatar ideology was created during the period of rapid development of bourgeois socio-economic relations (especially noticeable among the Tatars of the Volga-Ural region) and the rise of national culture. However, until recently, the sources and works of authors of different times have not been fully studied, although they contain data on the processes of formation of the Tatar social factor and the Tatar nation itself in the context of the development of the Russian community

The economic potential of the brics countries as a challenge to modern world realities
Today, the governments of various countries, regardless of the level of economic growth of the state, strive to initiate macroeconomic policies aimed at achieving better economic indicators in order to increase the level of business activity and, finally, to ensure a better quality of life for people. In this regard, the policy of the BRICS countries is very indicative. The author analyzes the importance of the BRICS group as representatives of developing countries in the world economy. The article points out that the financial crisis did not have a strong impact on the BRICS group, and its economic performance was much better than that of developed countries. The main factors that led to the economic expansion of the group were the increased influence in a number of markets, as well as the huge scale of resources, including labor. For example, Brazil and Russia rely mainly on huge mineral reserves and speculation in international markets. China has the advantage of cheap labor and resources at low prices. India also relies on cheap labor. Last but not least, all the BRICS countries, except Brazil, demonstrate very high rates of investment. The purpose of the work is to consider the economic potential of the BRICS countries as a challenge to modern economic realities

The Exercise Vibration Wave Principle in Physical Rehabilitation of Children with Musculoskeletal System Disorders
The article describes the methodical and methodological possibilities of the vibration-wave principle of physical exercises in the context of its use in the physical rehabilitation of children with musculoskeletal disorders both in the conditions of the hall for movement therapy and in the aquatic environment using the example of hydrokinesis therapy. The analysis of the well-known healing properties of vibration on the human body, which can be used in the physical rehabilitation of children with musculoskeletal system disorders, is given. The known possibilities of acoustic wave effects on the musculo-fascial and skeletal systems of people are analyzed. The unique possibilities of applying the phenomena of vibration and waves not only on land but also in an aquatic environment, in conditions of hydrokinesis therapy in a pool are considered. The properties of a longitudinal elastic (acoustic) wave and its effect on the musculoskeletal system of children are characterized. The authors proposed a new concept in physical rehabilitation - "correctional acoustic internal field" on land and "correctional hydroacoustic external field" (in water). The methodological aspects of the varieties of using these fields in an autoactive (independent, conscious) version and in an imperative (forced, directing from the outside) version are considered
Advantages and Disadvantages of Distance Learning in Universities
Distance learning has always been of interest to researchers and scientists since its inception. In the current environment of the modern world, this type of training is becoming increasingly popular despite the large number of its opponents. Of course, it can not be called absolutely perfect, because it requires the availability of impeccable technical equipment of educational institutions, uninterrupted Internet, a perfectly working portal and an appropriate platform for such training. The Article is devoted to the description of the advantages and disadvantages of learning in higher education. In the context of modern realities, distance learning is spreading faster and faster in all areas of our life, in particular in the educational process. However, it cannot completely replace traditional learning. There is no doubt that distance learning has a number of advantages, but in view of the lack of uninterrupted Internet outside of large cities, and sometimes its complete absence, there are many problems regarding the organization of this type of training. It should also be noted that distance learning requires a lot of self-discipline of a person and the ability to independently study a particular subject. Therefore, before making a decision to completely replace traditional distance learning, it is necessary to weigh all the pros and cons, remembering that distance learning cannot be perfect enough and that it cannot be a worthy replacement for traditional learning
Introspectiveness of Higher Education Students: Study and Development
The change in strategic guidelines in Russian education is associated with a revision of the goals of teaching and upbringing. However, the emphasis of reforms has shifted towards the formation of the required professional competences at this stage in the development of the education system of the Russian Federation. We think that it is possible to achieve the set goal of higher education through the development of the introspectiveness as a quality of the personality of students. The formation of the introspectiveness in a future specialist will have an effect on the successful mastery, expansion and transformation of social experience, as well as the internal plan of action. Thus, demonstrating the formed introspectiveness as a personality trait, the student is able to organize his educational activities independently, activities to cognize the surrounding reality and his inner world, as well as self-determine in various life situations, including the development of general cultural and professional competences. In this regard, the emphasis in the issue of developing the introspectiveness of students is made on specifying the conditions that must be created at a higher education institution for the manifestation and formation of this personality quality. The purpose of the article is to study the level of the introspectiveness of university students and develop psychological and pedagogical conditions that develop this personality quality. The leading techniques for the study of this problem were the following: Q-sort Technique; the technique for diagnostics of an individual measure of the introspectiveness degree. At the stage of the ascertaining experiment, the levels of the introspectiveness of university students were revealed. The results of the ascertaining experiment convincingly demonstrated the need to organize special work to develop the introspectiveness of students. The authors substantiated that the success of developing students’ introspectiveness is ensured by the created psychological and pedagogical conditions. A model of developing the introspectiveness as a personality quality of a future professional has been developed and tested. The results of this study create opportunities for further development of the problem in the context of the organization of lectures in the learning process for students of different courses and types of specialization. The article is intended for psychologists, tutors, education managers
«The Life of Varlaam Khutynsky» As A Source on the History of Childhood
The urgency of this problem is conditioned by the need to expand the research field of such a new, promising and actively developing trend in modern historical science as childhood history. The presence of serious gaps in the study of the history of childhood in Ancient Russia is largely due to the limited data and paucity of information about childhood in the texts of that time. All the more important is the analysis of such a source as "The Life of Varlaam Khutynsky" - a work of ancient Russian hagiographic literature, reflecting the ideas of adults about children and childhood, about the relationship between children and parents, about intergenerational behavioral practices and the ways of their description. The author notes the need for a thorough analysis of hagiographic works that recreate the image of an "ideal" childhood in the Old Russian Orthodox tradition, which is significant for the development of society views and has long been widely demanded in educational and upbringing practices. On the basis of new methodological approaches in the study of hagiography, the article studies the informative potential of "The Life of Varlaam Khutynsky" as a source on the history of childhood. The authors strive to highlight implicit information suitable for reconstructing the daily practices of interaction between children, adolescents, youth and adults. They come to the conclusion that the discourse of the relationship "father - son", constructed in the text of the work, was aimed at strengthening the belief in the holiness of Varlaam within the princely environment. It is proved that the Life of Varlaam Khutynsky had a significant educational potential and was aimed at the younger generation with the aim of not only spreading the veneration of the saint, but also instilling an image of a positive hero corresponding to the ideals of that time
