Professional Creativity as A Component of The Effective Activity of a Teacher
The article considers the role and influence of professional creativity on the professional activities as an expression of the teacher’s creative abilities. The purpose of the article is a theoretical and empirical study of the influence of professional creativity on the effectiveness of a teacher’s professional activity. Attention is paid to the place and importance of creativity in the activities of a teacher. Based on an analysis of current literary sources, the phenomenon of professional creativity of a teacher is highlighted, a definition of this concept is given, and its structure and components are considered. The research methodology and its algorithm include a complex psychological and pedagogical experiment, diagnosing the stated parameters and statistical analysis of the results based on Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. The study of teachers’ creativity was carried out on the basis of the Institute of Foreign Languages of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education “The Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia” (RUDN) at the Center for Continuing Professional Education. For research purposes, an experimental and a control group were formed. Each group consisted of 35 teachers. The sample was homogeneous by age and gender. The results of the study allow us to conclude that there is a strong relationship between the professional creativity of a teacher and the effectiveness of the professional performance, which is confirmed by the results of statistical processing of the data obtained
Infrastructure of Cultural Leisure in Consumer Society in Student View: Prospects and Problems of Promotion
The formation of the cultural leisure infrastructure structures the modern space in a special way and contributes to the formation of a new leisure sphere of modern society. The cultural leisure industry today is not only and not so much a training field, but a huge segment of the country's leisure market. The purpose of the study is to study the features of the cultural leisure infrastructure and its role in the representation of students. Research methods: as a research method, a questionnaire survey was used as a method of collecting primary information, which allows us to identify various aspects related to students' ideas about the ways and problems associated with spending free time. Research results: the article considers the role of leisure in the consumer society. The features of the development of leisure infrastructure are revealed. The novelty and originality of the study lies in the fact that for the first time the field of leisure is considered in the representation of students. It is revealed that leisure time for students is a criterion for identifying the status of a person, acts, as a social marker of a certain lifestyle, is a sphere of manifestation of different capabilities of an individual. It is determined that leisure is often aimed not so much at enjoying free time, as at filling the consumption of non-working time. For the first time, the reasons for the visiting of students in leisure studios are shown. It is revealed that there is a randomness of choice; the desire to find new meanings; a way of searching for oneself. It is shown that students note the leisure industry as a sector where, for a certain fee, the client buys not only the opportunity to spend time, but also new goals and ways of self-expression. It is determined that today leisure studios are not just a place where classes are held twice a week, but also a well-organized recreational space. Leisure studios are organized in such a way that a person who is engaged in, who is interested in it, feels that he belongs to a certain clan. It is revealed that the leisure industry sells not just services, but mood, and it is the leisure studios organized on this principle that are the most successful in the market of leisure services. From the point of view of students, an important role in the leisure industry is played by the teacher, as a guide to the world of hobbies. It is determined that it is the presence of a teacher that structures training in a special way. Practical significance: The data obtained in this work can be used in marketing research, economic sciences, advertising psychology, as well as for further theoretical development of this issue

The Relationship Between Integrative Self-Knowledge, Mindfulness, Self-Control, and Mental Health Parameters
Background: Self-regulating is a set of processes that controls or alters individuals’ behavior, emotion, and performance. We aimed to evaluate the relation between three components of self-regulating including integrative self-knowledge, mindfulness, self-control, and some variables of mental health and self-conscious emotions. Methods: A total of 233 Iranian university students voluntarily enrolled in the study. Seven questionnaire forms including Integrative Self-Knowledge Scale (ISKS), Attention Awareness Scale (MASS), Short Self Control Scale (SSCS), Costello & Comrey's Anxiety and Depression Scale, Rosenberg Self–Esteem Scale (RSES), Authentic Pride Scale (APS), and other as sham scale (OAS) were distributed to participants. The correlation between self-regulating variables, mental health, and self-conscious emotions were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient test. Results: We found a negative correlation between self-regulating variables, depression, and anxiety. Our data also revealed that self-esteem positively related to integrative self-knowledge, mindfulness, and self-control. Among self-conscious emotions variables, authentic pride had a positive correlation with self-regulating variables whereas feelings of shame appeared a negative relationship with them. Conclusion: Integrative self-knowledge, mindfulness, and self-control as self-regulating components correlated to mental health and self-conscious emotions
Creation of a comfortable psychological climate in university teaching staff
The article is devoted to improving the psychological climate in university teaching staff. The article provides a theoretical analysis of the considered phenomenon, its connection with the phenomenon of communications, and its elaboration in the pedagogical and psychological research. The study highlights the importance of socio-psychological climate in the context of the effectiveness of the activities of teachers and teaching staff in general. The study is aimed at examination of the problem of improvement of psychological climate in university teaching staff. To achieve the goal of the research, the authors developed and carried out an experiment aimed at examination of the ways to improve the psychological climate in university teaching staff with the help of training activity. The authors selected the research methodology and its algorithm, including a complex psychological and pedagogical experiment and tracking the state and dynamics of socio-psychological climate in university teaching staff before and after the formative influence. The research was carried out during one semester at the Institute of Foreign Languages of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. The study involved 40 teachers; the sample was representative in terms of gender and other characteristics. The results of the study allow concluding that training is an effective method of improving the socio-psychological climate in university teaching staff under several significant conditions.
Evidencias psicométricas de Inventario SISCO SV-21 para el estudio del estrés académico en universitarios peruanos
This instrumental research was carried out with the objective of analyzing the psychometric evidences of the SISCO SV-21 inventory in university students of Metropolitan Lima. 560 students from public and private universities participated, of both sexes, between 18 and 50 years old. The fit of the model of three correlated factors was corroborated by a confirmatory factor analysis: CFI = .929, TLI = .920, RMSEA = .083 [.078-.088], SRMR = .061. Likewise, reliability was estimated with the omega coefficient (ꞷ>.80) for the three factors: stressors = .90, symptoms = .89, and coping strategies = .89.Therefore, it is concluded that the SISCO SV-21 Inventory gathers validity and reliability evidence for its use in university students in Lima.Esta investigación instrumental se realizó con el objetivo de analizar las evidencias psicométricas del inventario SISCO SV-21 en universitarios de Lima Metropolitana. Participaron 560 estudiantes de universidades públicas y privadas, de ambos sexos, entre 18 y 50 años. Se corroboró el ajuste del modelo de tres factores correlacionados mediante un análisis factorial confirmatorio: CFI=.929, TLI=.920, RMSEA=.083 [.078-.088], SRMR=.061. Asimismo, la confiabilidad se estimó con el coeficiente omega (ꞷ>.80) para los tres factores: estresores=.90, síntomas=.89, y estrategias de afrontamiento=.89. Por lo tanto, se concluye que el Inventario SISCO SV-21 reúne evidencias de validez y confiabilidad para su uso en universitarios de Lima

Revisión teórica del modelo social de discapacidad
Se presenta un análisis de las bases teóricas del modelo social de discapacidad en perspectiva histórica. Con la finalidad de ofrecer un contexto general de los modelos de discapacidad, se inicia con un recuento de las principales características de los modelos de prescindencia y rehabilitador. Cada uno de los modelos de la discapacidad es revisado en atención a las características principales del modo de producción económica en el que es hegemónico. Se analiza el modelo social a partir de los postulados de Mike Oliver y Colin Barnes, sus principales mentores. Se identifica diferencias entre estos postulados y la interpretación de Agustina Palacios, principal fuente reconocida en el Perú. Se concluye que el modelo social está basado en la crítica a las condiciones de vida propias del capitalismo, por lo que su implementación exige cambios a ese nivel. Luego surgen otros modelos conceptuales de la discapacidad que se proponen como sucedáneos del modelo social; sin embargo, este último aún no ha sido revisado en sus aspectos fundamentales
Distribution and monitoring of power and mechanisms to increase the efficiency of power in Shiite political thought

The present study will have a new approach to all aspects of power in Shiite political thought and the author will try to have a comprehensive look at the jurisprudential principles of this issue based on Quranic arguments, narration, sayings of jurists and rational arguments
Experimental work of forming professional foreign language competence of law students
The article is devoted to the problem of formation of professional foreign language competence of future lawyers in non- linguistic surrounding at the Yaroslavl Mudriy National Law University. With this aim pedagogical experiment was held, which included three stages: axiological, formational, monitoring. Research of the formed professional foreign language competence defined with the help of specially created tests, solution of situations and evaluation of teachers, communications with them. Probability of the results was done by the detailed organization of the experimental, representative choice of students, who participated in the experimental work, differences and similarities of methods of research, according to tests of research. The effectiveness of the system of professional training of future specialists is mostly defined by how consistently it is taken into account. Both students and professors understand the dependence of success of legal activity on the level of formed professional foreign language competence. Professional foreign language competence of future representative of legal profession, prioritize knowledge of foreign professional terminology, knowledge of legal systems of foreign countries. In addition to knowledge, students and professors noted the importance of applying this knowledge in practical international activities to achieve the success in formation of foreign language competence of future lawyers
