    Get PDF
With a particular rise since the turn of the millennium, cyber-security become one of the most important security sector in contemporary security politics.  Despite this, the convergence of cyberspace and security has mostly been analyzed within the context of technical areas and had been neglected in the political realm and international relations academia. The article argues that in line with developments in the domestic and international arena, the AKP government shifted towards the securitization of cyberspace. Secondly the article argues that there seems to be two waves of securitization and desecuritization within the case. The first wave starts from 2006 through the end of 2017 whereby cyber securitization took place within the subunit level and very much connected to political and societal sectors. This first wave particularly heightened after the 2016 attempted coup and the eventual collapse of the peace process with the PKK. The second wave came in the 2018 onwards and instead of securitization, there is a desecuritizationn of cyber attacks took place mostly at the unit level. In both waves, the desecuritization and securitization is constructed within the national security discourse. However in the first wave, a threat to national security is constructed and hypersecuritized particularly in relation to developments at the societal level. In the second wave, the emphasis is put on the strength of national security therefore the threats and cyber-attacks at the unit level that are originated from other states is downplayed in order to construct a national pride and strength.  The main goal of this article therefore is to fill the gap in the Copenhagen school related to cyber security sector.  The second aim is to fill the gap specifically in Turkey’s response to events in cyberspace and construction of a cybersecurity discourse and cultur

In the present article, the function of colors in Beyghami DarabNameh has been investigated by descriptive-analytical method. The most frequent colors in this prose work are black and red; the main reason for this frequency is the epic content and the occurrence of successive wars. A common function seen in all colors is the descriptive aspect. In addition, the description of the biological and psychological conditions of the characters, the induction of inner emotions and objectification of abstract concepts has been done with the help of colors. In general, the colors used in DarabNameh are non-symbolic, explicit and direct, and lack multiple layers of meaning, which indicates the realistic and objectivist attitude of the author. The most important weakness of Beyghami in the field of storytelling, which is revealed by analyzing the pragmatics of colors, is the imbalance in its application in the narrative process

The story of Moses in Quran is one of the most extensive stories and his cane is capable of turning to a mythical symbol. Thus, this essay studies the mythocentric approach of it in four Persian exegeses

The educational process has to manage the demand to meet all modern requirements for educational activities, which cannot be realized without proper formation of information and communication competence of teachers. The aim of this study is to identify the modern condition of formation and practice of information and communication competence of teachers in the paradigm of Ukrainian educational realities. Our task is to compare them with the practice of leading European countries and predicted directions of education-2030 with a focus on improving digital competencies of a teacher as an organizer of educational activities. A prominent place in the process of increasing the information and communication competence of teachers is occupied by the appropriate conditions for creating an information and communication environment for the formation of the future teacher of higher education institution. The methods of collection, analysis and systematization, data generalization concerning the modern condition of development of competencies in the usage of information and computer technologies by Ukrainian teachers and the whole world were used in the process of the study. An assessment of the readiness of Ukrainian teachers to provide online education has been made in the context of a world coronavirus pandemic. According to world experts, the pandemic has made radical and irreversible changes in modern ideas about learning, the role of teachers in the educational process, the set of competencies of teachers in the XXI century

Software GeoGebra en la mejora de capacidades resolutivas de problemas de figuras geométricas bidimensionales en universitarios

    Get PDF
The objective was to evaluate the effect of the application of the GeoGebra software on the problem-solving skills of two-dimensional geometric figures in a sample of 53 university students distributed in two groups (control -experimental) evaluated in two moments: before and after the intervention. . Parametric tests were used to compare independent and related pairs and nonparametric tests were used to compare between classification levels. The results showed that the post-test experimental group was the one that presented the best performance, demonstrating that the use of GeoGebra software improved the solving skills of this type of mathematical problems, promoting collaborative work, social-student integration and improvement of the classroom climate. It is recommended to extend the use of this tool with other applications that help the teaching-learning process.

The Concrete Notion of the Ready-To-Hand Equipment: A Dialectical View on the Existential Analytic

The article explores one of the aspects of Heidegger's existential analytic – everyday dealings with ready-to-hand equipment (tools). The author’s aim is to analyze the phenomenon of equipment in a broader perspective to widen the borders of everyday being-in-the-world characterized by routine nonthematic dealings with things that distract man from his true being. The author claims that in everyday use man discovers only functionality of equipment which cannot be considered its genuine grasp. The actual knowledge of things is accessible mainly to their creators for whom they are not ready-to-hand tools but the aim of their thematic investigative thought. The concrete notion of a thing is developed by those who know the origin and formation of things. Accordingly, Dasein’s everyday concern for the world is not the primary mode of being-in-the-world. The primary one is the master's non-daily creative work in his being-in-the-world which allows him/her to discover true being of things
