Water Potential Management and Arrangement of River Estuary Area for the Mitigation of the Climate Change in Bali
The impact of climate change in the form of rising temperatures, rising water levels, water pollution and extreme climate
events are vulnerable to the potential of water resources in various sectors of life. The aim of this research is to build a method for
managing water potential in river estuaries and arrangement the river estuary area for mitigation of the effects of climate change on
water resources in the estuary area, especially in Bali. The method of this research is qualitative research on phenomenology that is
happening. Data is collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data consists of environmental conditions in
river estuaries related to climate change that occur, while secondary data in the form of water potential, water quality and land
changes are obtained from various related instances. The results of the research found that watersheds on Bali Island are potential
watersheds that can be used as raw water sources for both clean water and irrigation water. However, changes in land functions and
climate change can cause some negative impacts on the potential and environmental conditions of estuary water resources such as
floods, droughts, landslides, pollution of water by pollutants and sedimentation. Mitigation actions that must be taken to reduce the
risk for the condition of water resources in river estuaries in Bali due to climate change are managing water potential by managing
water systems, conducting water-saving campaigns, integrated management of water availability and needs, environment-based
management, strengthening institutions in management of water resources, and the need to regulate cropping patterns right in the
river estuary. While in terms of arrangement river estuary area there are several mitigation actions that can be carried out such as
the construction of dikes around the estuary area, the construction of reservoirs, the construction of monitoring posts for river
estuary conditions and the preservation of deforested areas around river estuary

Analysis of Coastline Change in Klungkung Regency
Visual interpretation of remote sensing data is very popular and widely used to detect, extract and monitor changes in shoreline. Commonly used satellite images include: IRS, Landsat TM and ETM +, IKONOS, Quickbird, Worldview2 and Geoeye-1. To find out the changes in coastline and coastal erosion rates in Klungkung regency was carried out by comparing two satellite images, namely SPOT 5 satellite image data in 2009 having a spatial resolution of 10 m and SPOT 6/7 in 2015 which resolution up to 1.5 m with digital on screen extraction method. This research contributes to local government and central government as basic data in making decisions for handling coastal areas. The average shoreline change that occurs in Klungkung regency is 22.15 m, while the average coastal erosion rate in Klungkung regency is 3.16 m/year

Setting Ruang Komunal di Sepanjang Pantai Sanur, Bali
Beach spaces in Bali, for traditional communities are very important and are part of their ritual life cycle. Open space on the beach is very important because it can
accommodate many religious, social, cultural and ritual activities. The many social levels of the community come together to use the area on the beach to carry out various kinds of activities, to produce spaces and areas that are architecturally formulated and their meanings. The communal space setting on the object of research is intended to find out whether communal space already exists or is newly formed after various activities are present. Or the space has never existed, even though there are indeed private spaces that have been acknowledged by users and providers of tourist accommodation that were present later. The method used is descriptive qualitative method by thinking logically, structured and creatively, by mapping activities based on time segments and interviews. Formulate problems by
describing the problem into smaller and more manageable segments, identifying patterns, solving complex problems into small steps, organizing and making a series of steps to provide solutions, and construct data representations through simulation
