уваги та пильності, Ісусову молитву та рекомендує їх як засоби для зцілення
людини від розсіяності і відволікання ума, дезінтеграції душевних сил,
фрагментарного сприйняття, повернення до первозданної цілості людського
єства і єднання з Богом. Практики ісихазму є шляхом реалізації переходу від
зовнішнього поверхневого раціонального життя до внутрішнього духовного
життя, що залишається актуальним і для сучасної людини
Enhancing Structure-Guided Depth Map Super-Resolution through Transformer-Based Architectures
No full textVirtual and augmented reality systems depend on depth maps for correct functioning. However, the poor image quality of most depth sensors, combined with the persisting challenge of transmitting high-resolution data, present significant obstacles. Depth super-resolution (DSR) is a promising solution that was created to address these constraints. While direct depth estimation from RGB images is possible, approaches that utilize low-resolution depth maps as a starting point demonstrate significantly higher precision. Structure-guided networks have proven to be an effective state-of-the-art approach with promising results in preserving edge information and geometric consistency during upscaling. Our research enhances the existing structure-guided super-resolution techniques by integrating transformer architectures, which excel at capturing long-range dependencies and global context that conventional convolutional neural networks may overlook. We propose a novel transformer-based architecture with structure guidance that achieves better evaluation metrics and reduces computational demands compared to state-of-the-art structure-guided models.
The main contributions of this work include (1) a transformer-based architecture that improves upon existing structure-guided models while being computationally lighter and (2) adaptation and integration of a modified Spectrum Differencing Module from the SGNet into our transformer framework, demonstrating how structure guidance enhanced through transformer attention mechanisms. Resilience as a Predictor of Impulsive Buying Tendencies Among Digital Platform Users
No full textІмпульсивні покупки в умовах цифрового середовища є однією з
актуальних соціально-психологічних проблем сьогодення, оскільки
зростання онлайн-торгівлі та інтенсивне використання соціальних мереж
створюють додаткові ризики для виникнення неусвідомленої та
непланованої споживчої поведінки. Вивчення психологічних чинників, що
впливають на імпульсивні покупки, дозволяє виявити не лише вразливості,
а й захисні ресурси особистості — зокрема, роль резильєнтності та
самоконтролю. Це відкриває можливість для формування профілактичних
заходів і програм розвитку внутрішньої стійкості, які сприятимуть
відповідальнішому споживанню в цифровому просторі.
У магістерській роботі висвітлено поняття імпульсивних покупок,
резильєнтності, самоконтролю та емоційної регуляції, здійснено огляд
теоретичних підходів та сучасних досліджень у цій сфері. Окрема увага
приділяється специфіці впливу цифрового середовища та стресових
чинників на формування імпульсивної споживчої поведінки.Представлено
результати емпіричного дослідження взаємозв’язку між рівнем
резильєнтності, показниками самоконтролю, емоційної регуляції, стресу та
схильністю до імпульсивних покупок серед користувачів цифрових
платформ.
У дослідженні взяли участь 62 респонденти віком від 18 до 51 років.Impulsive buying in the digital environment has become one of today's
most pressing socio-psychological issues, as the growth of online commerce
and the intensive use of social media create additional risks for unconscious and
unplanned consumer behavior. Studying the psychological factors that influence
impulsive purchases makes it possible to identify not only vulnerabilities, but
also internal protective resources – particularly resilience and self-control. This
perspective creates opportunities for the development of preventive strategies
and programs aimed at fostering psychological resilience, which, in turn,
promote more responsible consumption in the digital space.
This master’s thesis highlights the concepts of impulsive buying,
resilience, self-control, and emotional regulation, providing an overview of
theoretical approaches and recent research in this field. Special attention is
devoted to the specific impact of the digital environment and stress-related
factors on the formation of impulsive consumer behavior. The results of an
empirical study examining the relationships between resilience, self-control,
emotional regulation, perceived stress, and susceptibility to impulsive buying
among users of digital platforms are presented.

Розробка та впровадження реферальної стратегії для підвищення лояльності клієнтів та зниження витрат на залучення нових клієнтів

стратегії для компанії “Shelf” з метою зниження вартості залучення клієнтів
та підвищення лояльності. Проведено глибокий аналіз поточного стану
маркетингових активностей компанії та ефективність кожного його напряму
шляхом порівняння середньої вартості залучення клієнта. Структура
реферальної партнерської програми була розроблена на основі огляду
теоретичнизх засад реферального маркетингу, бренд-адвокації та лояльності
клієнтів, кількісного аналізу відгуків клієнтів та глибинних інтерв’ю з
користувачами. Робота містить практичний кейс першого сертифікованого
партнера серед клієнтів та його результати з стратегічною цінністю для
масштабування компанії.This paper has developed and implemented a referral strategy for Shelf
to reduce the cost of attracting customers and increasing loyalty. A thorough
analysis of the current state of marketing activities of the company and the
efficiency of each of its direction by comparing the average cost of attracting the
client. The structure of the referral partnership program was developed on the basis
of a review of the theoretical principles of referral marketing, brand advocacy and
loyalty of customers, quantitative analysis of customer reviews and deep
interviews with users. The work contains a practical case of the first certified
partner among clients and its results with strategic value to scale the company.

No full textКваліфікаційна робота присвячена визначенню теоретичних засад соціальної роботи з особами-представницями комерційного сексу, дослідженню специфіки роботи соціального працівника з даною категорією осіб у неурядових організаціях та визначення шляхів покращення ефективності роботи соціального працівника із секс-працівницями. Класифіковано поняття комерційного сексу, виявлено причини потрапляння та наслідки перебування жінок у секс-індустрії, окреслено міжнародний і український досвід роботи фахівця із соціальної роботи із секс-працівницями. На основі емпіричного дослідження визначено зміст роботи фахівців в НУО, методи профілактики, що застосовуються, труднощі та виклики під час надання допомоги жінкам секс-бізнесу, регіональне покриття фахових НУО. Надано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення методів роботи фахівців із соціальної роботи та підвищення ефективності діяльності неурядових організацій у цій сфері, а також розроблено протокол роботи соціального працівника з особами-представницями секс-бізнесу.The thesis is devoted to defining the theoretical foundations of social work with commercial sex workers, studying the specifics of a social worker’s performance with this category of people in non-governmental organizations and identifying ways of improving the effectiveness of a social worker’s performance with sex workers. The thesis classifies the concept of commercial sex, identifies the reasons and consequences of women’s involvement in the sex industry, and outlines the international and Ukrainian experience of a social worker working with sex workers. Based on an empirical study, the content of the work of specialists in NGOs, the methods of prevention used, the difficulties and challenges in providing assistance to women in the sex industry, and the regional coverage of professional NGOs are identified. Recommendations for improving the methods of social work and increasing the effectiveness of NGOs in this area are provided, and a protocol of a social worker with sex workers is developed
The dynamics of dubbing development in Ukraine (based on the example of the animated series “The Simpsons”)

аудіовізуального перекладу. Висвітлено різницю та специфіку дублювання,
субтитрування й озвучування як форми перекладу. Представлено історію розвитку
дубляжу в Україні (з 1991 року). Окремо розглянуто анімацію як специфіку
дубляжу та основні стратегії перекладу аудіовізуальних творів. Ключова увага
присвячена аналізу перекладацьких стратегій, які використовували студії
дублювання «Сімпсонів», щоб передати американський колорит та іронічний тон
для української аудиторії. Дослідження актуальне для перекладачів-практиків, які
вивчають розвиток українського аудіовізуального перекладу та культурну
адаптацію.The qualification paper examines the theoretical basis of audiovisual
translation (AVT). It presents differences and specifics of dubbing, subtitling, and voice-
over as forms of AVT. It includes the history of the formation of dubbing in Ukraine
(since 1991). It also focuses on animation as a specific feature of dubbing and the main
strategies for translating AV material. The key focus is on analysing the translation
strategies used by the dubbing studios of “Simpsons”to convey the American culture
and ironic tone to the Ukrainian audience. The study is relevant for practicing
translators who study the evolution of Ukrainian translation and cultural adaptation
