Designing a Strategy for Business Scaling and Operational Optimization in the Context of an Architectural and Engineering Company

працює на ринках України та США, надаючи аутсорсингові та
аутстафінгові послуги. Метою дослідження є аналіз поточного стану
компанії, виявлення ключових проблем її діяльності та розробка
рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності бізнес-процесів компанії.
Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю адаптації компанії до викликів
внутрішнього ринку, зокрема перспектив відбудови, а також можливостями
розширення на міжнародному рівні.
Для досягнення мети використано комплексний підхід, що включає
аналіз ринку архітектурно-інженерних послуг, SWOT-аналіз, розробку
алгоритмів бізнес-процесів, впровадження цифрових технологій (CRM-
систем Trello та ClickUp), а також оцінку ефективності запропонованих
рішень через ключові показники (KPI). Дослідження охоплює теоретичні
основи масштабування, аналіз діяльності компанії "МАСТ", оптимізацію її
операційних процесів та формування стратегії розвитку.
Основні результати роботи включають: оцінку ринкових
можливостей в Україні та США, виявлення сильних і слабких сторін
компанії "МАСТ", розробку алгоритмів для HR, а також стратегію
масштабування, спрямовану на збільшення портфеля замовлень і
підвищення експертизи працівників. Практична значущість дослідження
полягає в наданні конкретних рекомендацій для компанії архітектурно-
інженерних компанії, які можуть бути застосовані для покращення
операційної ефективності, залучення нових клієнтів і забезпечення
фінансової стабільності.This master's thesis is dedicated to the development of a scaling strategy and optimization of business processes for the architectural and engineering company "MAST", which operates in the markets of Ukraine and the USA, providing outsourcing and outstaffing services. The aim of the research is to analyze the current state of the company, identify key operational challenges, and develop recommendations to improve the efficiency of its business processes.
The relevance of the topic is driven by the need for the company to adapt to the challenges of the domestic market, particularly the prospects of post-war reconstruction, as well as opportunities for international expansion.
To achieve the goal, a comprehensive approach was used, including:
analysis of the architectural and engineering services market,
SWOT analysis,
development of business process algorithms,
implementation of digital technologies (CRM systems such as Trello and ClickUp),
and evaluation of the effectiveness of proposed solutions using key performance indicators (KPIs).
The research covers theoretical foundations of scaling, analysis of "MAST" company operations, optimization of its operational processes, and the formation of a development strategy

Peculiarities of coping strategies among individuals with Christian values seeking psychological help

Робота складається з трьох розділів, кожен із яких має від трьох до семи
підрозділів. Список літератури містить 31 джерел. Робота налічує 47
сторінки.
Дослідження присвячене аналізу зв’язків та впливів між християнськими
цінностями, локусом контролю та вибором копінг-стратегій у людей, які
звертаються по психологічну допомогу. Особливу увагу приділено
ставленню до християнства як чиннику, що впливає на вибір копінгів.
Метою роботи є виявлення особливостей копінг-поведінки в контексті
ціннісної орієнтації на християнство.
Об’єкт дослідження – християнські цінності у системі психологічного
благополуччя .
Предмет дослідження – особливості копінг стратегій людей з
християнськими цінностями що звертаються по психологічну допомогу.
Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз наукових джерел, емпіричне
дослідження за допомогою психологічних шкал та опитувальників.
Висновок: Позитивне ставлення до християнства має вплив на вибір більш
адаптивних стратегій подолання, локус контролю має звʼязок з деякими
уникаючими стратегіями.The topic of the master’s thesis is “Features of Coping Strategies in People with
Christian Values Seeking Psychological Help”. The work consists of three
chapters, each of which includes three to seven subchapters. The reference list
includes 31 sources. The total volume of the work is 47 pages.
The research is dedicated to analyzing the relationships and influences between
Christian values, locus of control, and the choice of coping strategies among
individuals seeking psychological help. Special attention is paid to the attitude
toward Christianity as a factor influencing coping strategy selection.
The aim of the study is to identify the features of coping behavior in the context
of a value orientation toward Christianity.
The object of the study is Christian values in the system of psychological well-
being.
The subject of the study is the features of coping strategies among people with
Christian values seeking psychological help.
Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific literature; empirical research
using psychological scales and questionnaires.
Conclusion: A positive attitude toward Christianity influences the preference for
more adaptive coping strategies; locus of control is associated with certain
avoidant strategies

No full textThe global outsourcing industry is undergoing a significant transformation. Once a fast-growing and lucrative sector, outsourcing has become increasingly competitive and saturated, especially for small and mid-sized companies. At the same time, macroeconomic pressures, including persistently high interest rates, are discouraging businesses from making new technology investments. This environment has led to a noticeable slowdown in the demand for generic IT services.
The actuality of this research is highlighted by current trends. In Ukraine, the export of IT services declined by 14% in 2024 as compared to 2022. Before 2022 the average annual growth was 18% [10]. This downward trend continues, threatening the sustainability of many outsourcing companies. The rapid rise of the Asian IT services market is aggravating the issue even more by introducing aggressive pricing making it even more difficult for small IT outsourcing vendors to compete on equal terms.
In this challenging environment, domain-agnostic companies are especially vulnerable. Lacking differentiation, they often struggle to retain clients, incur premium pricing, or develop deep technical expertise in a particular vertical. Consequently, there is a growing need for such companies to pivot toward industry specialization.Глобальна індустрія аутсорсингу переживає значну трансформацію. Колись швидкозростаючий і прибутковий сектор, аутсорсинг стає дедалі більш конкурентним і насиченим, особливо для малих і середніх компаній. Водночас макроекономічний тиск, зокрема стабільно високі процентні ставки, стримує бізнес від інвестування в нові технології. Така ситуація призвела до помітного уповільнення попиту на загальні ІТ-послуги.
Актуальність цього дослідження підкреслюється сучасними тенденціями. В Україні експорт ІТ-послуг у 2024 році знизився на 14% порівняно з 2022 роком. До 2022 року середньорічне зростання становило 18%. Ця негативна тенденція триває, ставлячи під загрозу стабільність багатьох аутсорсингових компаній. Швидке зростання азійського ринку ІТ-послуг ще більше загострює проблему, пропонуючи агресивне ціноутворення, що ускладнює конкуренцію для малих постачальників ІТ-аутсорсингу на рівних умовах.
У таких складних умовах особливо вразливими є компанії, які не мають галузевої спеціалізації. Через відсутність диференціації їм важко утримувати клієнтів, встановлювати преміальні ціни або розвивати глибоку технічну експертизу в певній галузі. Відтак зростає потреба таких компаній у переході до галузевої спеціалізації

Косова та Хорватії висвітлено практики урядового реагування на випадки

не має чіткої концептуалізації у сучасній психології. Водночас низький рівень
сексуальної обізнаності в суспільстві та відсутність системної сексуальної
освіти створюють бар’єри для формування здорової сексуальності. Це
зумовлює потребу в дослідженні ролі сексуального інтелекту як потенційного
чинника впливу на якість інтимного життя.
Мета: встановити наявність чи відсутності взаємозв’язку між сексуальним
інтелектом та сексуальним благополуччям партнерів у довгострокових
стосунках та його особливості.
Об'єкт дослідження: сексуальне благополуччя партнерів у довгострокових
стосунках.
Предмет дослідження: сексуальний інтелект.
Дизайн та методологія: крос-секційне дослідження проводилось серед
дорослого населення України з використанням шкал Sexual Intelligence Score,
The Natsal Sexual Wellbeing Measure та PSS-10.
Результати: вибірка складалася з 46 респондентів. Попри те що
кореляційний аналіз не виявив статистичного значущого зв’язку між
явищами, що досліджувалися, регресійний аналіз встановив, що сексуальний
інтелект має вплив на сексуальне благополуччя (R2=0,307). Зокрема, рівень
стресу має негативний вплив на сексуальне благополуччя. Гіпотеза про
негативний вплив тривалості стосунків на сексуальне благополуччя не
справдилася.
Висновки та практичне значення: встановлений нами зв’язок відкриває
нові перспективи для подальшого дослідження сексуального інтелекту,
зокрема щодо апробації відповідного опитувальника. Усвідомлення таємного
сексуального «Я» та здатність об’єднуватися з іншими як ключові
компоненти сексуального інтелекту виявилися такими, що мають найвищі
статистично значущі зв’язки з сексуальним благополуччям. Це дозволяє нам
більш цілеспрямовано формувати практичні підходи до підвищення якості
партнерських стосунків.Relevance: Sexual well-being remains a phenomenon that lacks clear
conceptualization in contemporary psychology. At the same time, the low level of
sexual awareness in society and the absence of systematic sex education create
barriers to the development of healthy sexuality. This highlights the need to explore
the role of sexual intelligence as a potential factor influencing the quality of
intimate life.
Aim: To determine whether a relationship exists between sexual intelligence and
the sexual well-being of partners in long-term relationships, and to explore the
nature of this connection.
Object of research: The sexual well-being of partners in long-term relationships.
Subject of research: Sexual intelligence.
Design and methodology: A cross-sectional study was conducted among the adult
population of Ukraine using the Sexual Intelligence Score, the Natsal Sexual
Wellbeing Measure, and the PSS-10 scale.
Results: The sample consisted of 46 participants. While the correlation analysis did
not reveal a statistically significant relationship between the studied phenomena,
regression analysis showed that sexual intelligence does influence sexual well-
being (R2 = 0.307). In particular, stress levels were found to negatively affect
sexual well-being. The hypothesis regarding a negative impact of relationship
duration on sexual well-being was not confirmed.
Conclusions and practical significance: The identified connection opens new
avenues for further exploration of sexual intelligence, particularly in the context of
validating the corresponding questionnaire. Awareness of one’s secret sexual self
and the ability to connect with others, as core components of sexual intelligence,
showed the strongest statistically significant relationships with sexual well-being.
This allows for more targeted development of practical approaches to enhancing
the quality of romantic relationships
Реформування інституту місцевих державних адміністрацій в Україні в контексті євроінтеграції
No full textУ магістерській роботі було здійснено комплексний аналіз теоретичних, правових та організаційних засад функціонування інституту місцевих державних адміністрацій в Україні в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів. Було досліджено еволюцію підходів до розуміння сутності публічної влади, розкрито особливості взаємодії державних і муніципальних інституцій, проаналізовано вплив європейських стандартів та кращих практик на реформування системи місцевого врядування в Україні.
У роботі визначено ключові проблеми чинної моделі місцевих державних адміністрацій. На основі аналізу європейського досвіду сформульовано практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення української моделі функціонування МДА. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для подальшого розвитку законодавчої бази, стратегічного планування реформ у сфері публічного управління та підвищення ефективності місцевих державних адміністрацій в Україні відповідно до європейських стандартів.In the master's thesis, a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical, legal and organizational foundations of the functioning of the institution of local state administrations in Ukraine in the context of European integration processes was carried out. The evolution of approaches to understanding the essence of public authority was studied, the peculiarities of interaction between state and municipal institutions were revealed, and the impact of European standards and best practices on reforming the local government system in Ukraine was analyzed.
The paper identifies the key problems of the current model of local state administrations. Based on the analysis of the European experience, practical recommendations for improving the Ukrainian model of local state administration are formulated. The results of the study can be used for further development of the legislative framework, strategic planning of reforms in the field of public administration and improving the efficiency of local state administrations in Ukraine in accordance with European standards

Написання цієї робити стало можливим завдяки навчання на програмі “Інновації та підприємництво” в UCU Business School. Протягом дворічного навчання на програмі я отримав багато практичних знань, які щоденно застосовую в бізнесі. Більша частина результатів мого навчання є описано в цій роботі на прикладі одного проєкту. Звісно, це проєкт не є єдиним продуктом, над яким я працюю, проте на цьому прикладі я хочу показати всі етапи становлення продукту та в кінцевому результаті отримати дорожню карту для подальшого розвитку цього продукту та створення нових.
Ми з командою створили рисові чіпси ТМ Pikolo - продукт, який поєднує сучасні вимоги до здорових снеків із технологічними та маркетинговими рішеннями, що відповідають реаліям українського та міжнародного ринків. Усе почалося з ідеї, яку я побачив на виставці ISM у Німеччині. Але справжня робота почалась після - тестування гіпотез, адаптація рецептур, створення MVP, дизайн упаковки, вихід на ринок, пошук партнерів і побудова фінансової моделі. Цей шлях став основою дослідження, яке має не лише академічну, а й практичну цінність.This thesis is the result of my personal journey in launching a new product within the family business LLC “Khlib-Trade.” Writing this paper became possible thanks to my studies in the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” program at UCU Business School. Over the two years of study, I gained a wealth of practical knowledge that I apply daily in business. Most of the outcomes of my learning are reflected in this thesis through the example of a single project. Of course, this is not the only product I’m working on, but through this case, I aim to showcase all stages of product development and ultimately create a roadmap for further growth of this product and the launch of new ones.
Together with my team, we created rice chips under the TM Pikolo — a product that combines modern demands for healthy snacks with technological and marketing solutions tailored to the realities of both the Ukrainian and international markets. It all started with an idea I saw at the ISM exhibition in Germany. But the real work began afterward — testing hypotheses, adapting the recipe, creating an MVP, designing packaging, entering the market, finding partners, and building a financial model. This journey became the foundation of the research, which holds not only academic but also practical value
