Інтеграція університетської лікарні в мережу закладів охорони здоров'я Львівської області
No full textУ роботі проаналізовано основні теоретичні та нормативно-правові основи, практичні аспекти й міжнародний досвід організації та функціонування мережі закладів охорони здоров’я Львівської області, зокрема “Університетської лікарні” — філії Львівського національного медичного університету ім. Данила Галицького. Шляхом проведення експертних інтерв’ю досліджено проблематику, здійснено аналіз основних стейкхолдерів і проведено SWOT-аналіз процесу інтеграції університетської лікарні в мережу закладів охорони здоров’я Львівської області.
На основі отриманих результатів розроблено рекомендації та пропозиції для успішної інтеграції університетської лікарні в мережу закладів охорони здоров’я Львівської області.The paper analyzes the main theoretical and regulatory frameworks, practical aspects, and international experience in the organization and functioning of the network of healthcare institutions in the Lviv region, particularly the “University Hospital” branch of the Lviv National Medical University named after Danylo Halytskyi. By conducting expert interviews, the key issues were examined, an analysis of the main stakeholders was carried out, and a SWOT analysis of the process of integrating the university hospital into the network of healthcare institutions in the Lviv region was conducted.
Based on the results obtained, recommendations and proposals were developed to ensure the successful integration of the university hospital into the network of healthcare institutions in the Lviv region
Implementing Text-to-Speech Synthesis with Voice Cloning for the Ukrainian Language
No full textText-to-Speech (TTS) synthesis plays a crucial role in modern human-computer interaction, powering a wide range of applications from conversational AI and audiobooks to real-time translation tools and assistive technologies for people with visual impairments. Achieving natural and intelligible speech remains complex for morphologically rich and low-resource languages such as Ukrainian, where both data and accurate text preprocessing tools are scarce.
In this work, we propose a pipeline for training a voice cloning TTS model for Ukrainian, spanning audio data preparation, text preprocessing, and model training. As for text preprocessing, our novel sentence-level lexical stress prediction model, trained with synthetically annotated data, improves speech prosody. To support this, we introduce the first open benchmark dataset designed for evaluating lexical stress prediction systems at the sentence level. Experimental results show that the proposed lexical stress prediction model shows results close to dictionary-based methods, outperforming existing neural network solutions. Overall, the improved preprocessing pipeline contributes a 0.87-point enhancement in the Ukrainian voice cloning TTS system’s mean opinion score (MOS).

Соціально-психологічна допомога для жінок в центрах надання допомоги постраждалим від насильства

насильства, розглянуто його види та наслідки. Також охарактеризовано
соціально-психологічні особливості надання допомоги жінкам в центрах
постраждалих від насильства. Визначено особливості діяльності центрів та видів
надання психологічно-соціальної допомоги постраждалим від насильства.
На основі проведеного емпіричного дослідження визначено особливості та види
допомоги в центрах для жінок, які постраждали від насильства, з'ясовано зміст
роботи працівників центрів та їх основні завдання та розроблено рекомендації
щодо ефективності діяльності фахівців, які надають соціально-психологічну
допомогу жінкам, що постраждали від насильства.This bachelor's thesis provides an analysis of the phenomenon of violence,
examining its types and consequences. It also characterizes the socio-psychological
aspects of providing assistance to women in centers for victims of violence. The specific
features of the activities of such centers and the types of socio-psychological support
offered to victims of violence are identified.
Based on empirical research, the thesis outlines the features and forms of assistance
provided in centers for women who have experienced violence, clarifies the scope of
work and key responsibilities of center staff, and offers recommendations to enhance the
effectiveness of professionals delivering socio-psychological support to women affected
by violence
Українські селянські соціалісти в парламенті Польщі (1922-1930)

Республіки, яким була притаманна ідеологія селянського соціалізму
(Українського соціалістичного об’єднання – Селянський союз, Українського
селянсько-робітничого соціалістичного об’єднання – Сельроб та Сельробу-
єдності) залишається недостатньо дослідженою й маловідомою в сучасній
Україні. Однак ці політичні сили, створені на теренах Волині, становили на рівні
з галицькими партіями основу українського політичного життя у Польщі в 1920-
х роках. В історіографії увагу приділяли переважно генезі цих партій та їхній
позапарламентській діяльності. Однак творцями й керівниками Сельсоюзу і
Сельробу виступали саме посли до польського парламенту, які стали на чолі
лівого крила українського національного руху в умовах бездержавності. Тому без
висвітлення їхнього перебування в Сеймі та Сенаті міжвоєнної Польщі

Ethical and Safety LLM Alignment for the Ukrainian Language
No full textThis thesis addresses the critical gap in Large Language Model (LLM) alignment
research by developing a comprehensive benchmark for evaluating alignment in the
Ukrainian language. We focus on expanding alignment techniques beyond English-
centric approaches to ensure ethical and effective deployment of LLMs in linguistically
diverse contexts.
Our research methodology centers on adapting existing English-language align-
ment datasets to Ukrainian. We propose a systematic adaptation methodology that
enables cross-lingual evaluation while preserving the underlying ethical scenarios of
the original datasets. Using these adapted benchmarks, we evaluated the performance
of various multilingual LLMs to assess their alignment capabilities in Ukrainian.
The results reveal notable disparities in alignment capabilities across languages,
with models generally demonstrating weaker performance on Ukrainian compared to
English. However, these differences vary significantly between models, highlighting the
complex nature of cross-lingual alignment. Our work establishes the first benchmark
for evaluating alignment in Ukrainian, providing a crucial resource for measuring how
well alignment techniques transfer to non-English contexts.
This work provides a foundation for addressing the underrepresentation of Ukrainian
and other non-English languages in alignment research. By developing the first
Ukrainian alignment benchmark and demonstrating its utility through comprehensive
model evaluations, we advance understanding of how to develop Artificial Intelligence
(AI) systems that function ethically across diverse linguistic contexts.

Detection and classification of manipulations in the text data of Ukrainian Social Media
No full textIn this research, we aim to detect and classify propaganda techniques in online news texts. We chose a dataset of UNLP2025 Telegram posts, pre-labeled for the contest, with two languages — Ukrainian and Russian. Text examples are labeled with one or more of ten propaganda techniques, such as appeal to fear, glittering generalities, and loaded language.
Each example may include multiple techniques, making the task multi-label in nature. We first approached the classification task using traditional machine learning models trained on custom features. We then performed LLM-based classification and span identification and compared the results of the approaches
