Classification of Black Sea Harbour Porpoise Acoustic Signals
No full textThe Black Sea harbour porpoise (Phocoena phocoena relicta) is a subspecies of the common harbour porpoise unique to the Black Sea and currently classified as endangered. Getting a better understanding of the subspecies’ behavior is essential for developing more effective conservation strategies. However, currently, there is no automated method to classify the acoustic signals of porpoises into behavioral classes.
To address this issue, in this thesis, we propose a pipeline for detecting and classifying porpoise acoustic signals into behavioral classes of communication and feeding. The pipeline includes training a supervised learning model for classification, data augmentation strategies to mitigate the scarcity of the data, as well as filtering and post-processing steps to enhance the reliability of the classification outcomes.
As a result, the supervised classification part of our pipeline achieved 0.95% accuracy on the test data, showing good performance in classification between the two classes. The final classified distribution, achieved by applying the pipeline to the whole amount of data, resulted in 1.61% of instances identified as foraging class and 0.18% as communication class
Attitudes of Ukrainian Mental Health Professionals Toward Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy

мірою залежить від прийняття його професійною спільнотою. У
представленому крос-секційному розвідувальному дослідженні розглянуто
ставлення українських фахівців сфери психічного здоров'я до психоделічно
асистованої терапії (ПАТ). На основі серії напівструктурованих глибинних
інтерв'ю з 10 спеціалістами різних напрямків виявлено спектр ставлень від
нейтрально-обережного до вираженого позитивного, а також визначено
багаторівневі бар'єри впровадження методу: системні (законодавчі
обмеження, стигма), інституційні (відсутність навчальних програм,
супервізії, належної інфраструктури) та особистісні (упередження, брак
компетентності). Серед сприятливих факторів виділено значну потребу в
ефективних методах лікування психологічних травм в умовах війни,
наявність великої кількості потенційних пацієнтів, міжнародну підтримку
та відносно низьку вартість впровадження. Більшість учасників відзначило
брак знань про ПАТ та потребу в навчанні, проте визнали потенціал методу
для військових, ветеранів і пацієнтів з резистентними розладами.
Результати демонструють необхідність комплексного підходу до
впровадження ПАТ, що включає створення нормативної бази, розвиток
інфраструктури, підготовку фахівців та системну роботу з подолання
стигми. Першочерговою потребою є також розробка етичних стандартів
практики ПАТ, враховуючи випадки порушень у цій сфері.Successful implementation of any treatment method largely depends
on its acceptance by the professional community. This cross-sectional
exploratory study examines the attitudes of Ukrainian mental health
professionals toward psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT). Based on a series of
semi-structured in-depth interviews with 10 specialists from various fields, a
spectrum of attitudes ranging from neutral-cautious to markedly positive was
identified, along with multi-level barriers to implementation: systemic
(legislative restrictions, stigma), institutional (lack of training programs,
supervision, adequate infrastructure), and personal (prejudices, lack of
competence). Among the facilitating factors identified were the significant need
for effective methods of treating psychological trauma in wartime conditions,
the presence of a large number of potential patients, international support, and
the relatively low cost of implementation. Most participants confirmed lack of
knowledge about PAT and need for training, yet recognized the method's
potential for military personnel, veterans, and patients with treatment-resistant
disorder. The results demonstrate the need for a comprehensive approach to PAT
implementation, including the creation of a regulatory framework, infrastructure
development, professional training, and systematic work to overcome stigma. A
primary need is also the development of ethical standards for PAT practice,
considering documented cases of violations in this field

особливості стратегічного менеджменту в релігійних організаціях. Розкрито
історію становлення та проаналізовано поточний стан Ірпінської Біблійної
Церкви, її організаційну спроможність, втілення місії, візії та цінностей. На
основі отриманих даних розроблено концепцію стратегії розвитку,
використовуючи модель піраміди стратегії Д. Ла Піано. Представлено
стратегічні напрямки, цілі, індикатори та завдання для їх реалізації.
Запропоновано рекомендації щодо впровадження, моніторингу та оцінки
стратегії розвитку.
The master's thesis examines the theoretical foundations and specific features
of strategic management in religious organizations. The history of the establishment
and the current state of the Irpin Bible Church, its organizational capacity, mission,
vision, and values implementation are analyzed. Based on the obtained data, a
development strategy concept was created using D. La Piana's strategy pyramid model.
Strategic directions, goals, indicators, and tasks for their implementation are presented.
Recommendations for the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the
development strategy are proposed

професійного удосконалення опікових фахівців України. У роботі проведено
аналіз сучасних проблем опікової медицини, визначено ключові виклики
професійного розвитку медичних працівників, розроблено комплексну
програму на основі проєкту Burn Care Alliance. Програма складається з освітніх
ініціатив, онлайн платформ та мультидисциплінарного підходу. Робота
пропонує рекомендації для подальшого вдосконалення програми та адаптації її
до сучасних викликів.
The master's thesis is devoted to the development and evaluation of a
professional development programme for burn specialists in Ukraine. The work
analyses the current problems of burn medicine, identifies key challenges to the
professional development of healthcare professionals, and develops a comprehensive
programme based on the Burn Care Alliance project. The programme consists of
educational initiatives, online platforms, and a multidisciplinary approach. The paper
offers recommendations for further improving the programme and adapting it to
modern challenges

No full textнедостатня ефективність та значна тривалість терапії
антидепресантами та часті рецидиви депресивних розладів спонукають
дослідників шукати відповідь на суспільний запит на нові інструменти
роботи з депресіями. Психоделічно-асистована терапія з використанням
псилоцибіну (ПАТ_П) вже показує, що може бути дієвою інтервенцією
для терапії депресій. З кожним роком збирається все більше інформації
про ефективність та специфіку терапії з псилоцибіном, покращення
безпеки та нюанси етики такої терапії, адже вона значно відрізняється
від традиційної антидепресантної терапії. У даному магістерському
дослідженні проведено огляд напрацювань останнього десятиліття, щоб
оцінити ефективність застосування ПАТ_П депресивних розладів у
широкій популяції.
В огляд включено 16 досліджень із загальною кількістю 1008
учасників. Проаналізовано напрямки розвитку подальших досліджень в
галузі. За результатами системного огляду застосування ПАТ_П показує
себе ефективною методикою для подолання депресивних розладів,
особливо вторинних та резистентних депресій. Побічні ефекти, при
застосуванні під кваліфікованим наглядом, незначні. Перейняття
досвіду та клінічних протоколів країн, що використовують ПАТ_П
можуть сприяти кращому розвитку терапії депресивних розладів в
Україні та впровадженню новітніх методик.the limited efficacy and prolonged duration of
antidepressant therapy of depresseion, along with frequent relapses, drive
researchers to address the public demand for new therapies to manage
depression. Psychedelic-assisted therapy with psilocybin (PAT_P) has shown
promise as an effective intervention. In recent years, much new data has
emerged on the efficacy, safety, and ethical nuances of psilocybin therapy,
which significantly differs from traditional antidepressant treatments. This
master’s study reviews the past decade’s findings to evaluate the
effectiveness of PAT_P for depressive disorders in a broad population.
This systematic review includes 16 studies with a total of 1,008
participants and analyzes possibilities for future research in the field. The
systematic review indicates that PAT_P is an effective method for addressing
depression, particularly secondary and treatment-resistant depression. Side
effects, when administered under qualified supervision, are minimal.
Adopting the experience and clinical protocols of countries using PAT_P
could enhance the development of depression therapy in Ukraine and
facilitate the implementation of innovative methods

сприятимуть формуванню в учнів вміння критично мислити та аналізувати інформацію, а
також розвиватимуть креативність та творчість, підвищуватимуть мотивацію до навчання і
самоосвіти. Використання даних вправ допоможе виховати молоде покоління, яке вмітиме
працювати в команді, буде духовно зростати та матиме чіткі принципи та позицію щодо

Comparative Analysis and Framework Development of Anonymization Techniques for Large Language Models
No full textLarge language models (LLMs) are becoming valuable tools for automating text-based data workflows. However, organizations operating under data protection laws like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) often cannot adopt these systems due to concerns that input data and model outputs might be stored or reused by third-party providers. This risk limits organizations to using only local LLMs, which are often less efficient.
To address this, we built a modular framework that anonymizes sensitive data before it reaches external models. The internal pipeline includes multiple layers: pattern-based masking, transformer-based named entity recognition (NER), local adversarial models, context-aware masking, secure vector storage, and post-processing. In addition to the framework, we developed an interactive interface that allows the modification and testing of the pipeline configuration before integration.
We propose various pipeline setups and analyze their effectiveness in masking private information, the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) quality, and trade-offs involved in applying masking steps, both in English and Ukrainian languages. Our results show that the fine-tuned general-purpose models can achieve 82% masking accuracy for Ukrainian (using RoBERTa) and 92% for English (using DistilBERT). Context-aware masking significantly improves the quality of generated answers over standard categorical masking — raising the baseline accuracy from 40–50% to nearly 98% in culturally dependent cases.
These findings provide the necessary information to create the best anonymization setup for custom needs. підходи до формування стратегії розвитку неприбуткових організацій та
особливості стратегічного планування в умовах невизначеності. Проаналізовано
зовнішнє середовище, включаючи нормативно-правову базу діяльності НПО в
Україні, основні проблеми та потреби дітей, а також діяльність неприбуткових
організацій, спрямовану на потреби дітей в умовах війни. Досліджено поточний
стан та особливості роботи міжнародного благодійного фонду “Ukraine Children’s
Action Project” (UCAP). На основі проведеного дослідження розроблено
рекомендації щодо стратегії розвитку організації в Україні.
Theoretical and methodological approaches of developing strategies for
non-profit organisations and features of strategic planning under uncertainty have been
explored in the thesis. The external environment, including the legal framework governing
NGOs in Ukraine, the main challenges and needs of children, and non-profit
organizations’ activities addressing children’s needs during wartime, has been analyzed.
The current state and the operational specifics of the international charitable foundation
“Ukraine's Children Action Project” (UCAP) have been examined. Based on the
conducted research, recommendations for the organisation's development strategy in
Ukraine have been developed
