know CSR activity using ISO 26000 standard, and to evaluate ISO 26000 reporting and disclosure in PT Bank
Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk using GRI 4.0 standard. The object of this research was PT Bank Rakyat
Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Research used qualitative method with primary data from interview with Divisi
Sekretariat Perusahaan KP BRI and annual report dan sustainability report analysis, while secondary data was
literature study related with the research. BRI is a BUMN bank that has exclusive program. It is Program
Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL). The guidance of PKBL is Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN No.PER-
20/MBU/2012 about Program Kemitraan BUMN dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan. At the
end, the companys vision and mission supports the CSR company’s activity. BRI has complied with the ISO

No full textThe intensity of celebrity worship is increasingly occurring in Indonesia. Celebrity worship is any form
of behavior or feelings that arise from inner to worship an idol figure as a gratification, entertainment, or to fill
in the emptiness. Celebrity worship is divided into entertainment social, intense personal, and borderline
pathological. Celebrity worship can be done by anyone and its intensity decreases with age. However, some
media reports that celebrity worship is found in early adulthood. Thus the purpose of this study was to describe
behavior of celebrity worship in early adulthood aged 20-30-year-old in Jakarta. The research design is
quantitative descriptive method. Subjects in this study amounted to 250 people who live in Jakarta. It is found
that 34% (85 people) into the Entertainment Social levels, 34.8% (87 people) into the level Intense Personal,
and 31.2% (78 people) into the Borderline Pathological levels. It shows that celebrity worships still exist in

businesses. Computerized information system is also needed by training courses like Demi Music Center. Demi
Music Center realizes that computerized academic information system will help to optimize their business
process. The purpose of this research is to analyze the operational business processes and academic
administration at the DMC to determine deficiencies and problems occurred, then to provide a draft proposal of
the new system in the DMC.. The method used is the method of analysis and design. Data collection methods
used in this study was a survey, interviews, and literature. Outcome of this research is a design of academic
information system based on desktop application. System can generate report easily and manage the data.

No full textImplementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an investment that does not appear in an
organization. Indonesia State-Owned Enterprise, in particular manufacturing sector that have the leeway and
autonomy to do ERP investments in supporting the achievement of its vision and mission. The World Economic
Forum, put Indonesia on a ranking of 82 among the countries in the world in ICT utilization. This research
aimed to test how big the investment that has been implanted in the area of information technology in the
manufacturing sector, State-Owned Enterprises and the extent of the investment for the competitiveness of the
company as well as its contribution to the wind of change on the manufactures business in Indonesia. This
research was conducted to explore the performance of ERP implementation project. ERP implementation
success rates seen from aspect of project management, determination of critical elements of urgency and
contextual factors. The result is that all independent variables influence significantly to the success of the
implementation of ERP of SOE’s manufactures. The greatest contribution to the success of such in sequence is
an element of urgency determination of critical factors, a contextual factors, and management of the project
