No full textLa empresa farmacéutica, en lo que respecta a la publicidad, no es distinta de cualquier otra empresa de productos de consumo. La protección de la salud explica el intervencionismo que se da en este campo, a fin de reforzar la dimensión informativa de la publicidad de los medicamentos, reduciendo la dimensión persuasiva pero sin descartarla totalmente. Este objetivo se explica en la regulación taxativa, sin tener en cuenta los diferentes grupos de destinatarios o las distintas estrategias comunicativas. Hay que destacar la aparición de la industria farmacéutica por medio de la autorregulación, en aras de un entorno favorable para la publicidad.Enpresa farmazeutikoa, publizitateari dagokionez, ez da ezberdina kontsumo produktuetako beste enpresekin konparaturik. Osasunaren babesak gai honetan dagoen esku-hartzea azaltzen du, sendagaien publizitatearen dimensio informatzailea sendotzeko asmoarekin, dimentsio sinestarazlea murriztuz, erabat baztertu gabe. Helburu hau, erregulazio taxatiboan aditzera ematen da, hartzaile taldea edo komunikazio-estrategia ezberdinak kontuan hartu gabe. Autoerregulazioaren bitartez industria farmazeutikoaren agerpena azpimarratu behar da, publizitatearentzat ingurune mesedegarri baten onurarako.L'entreprise pharmaceutique n'est pas différente, en matière de publicité, à toute autre entreprise fabricant des produits de consommation. La protection de la santé explique l'interventionnisme existant dans ce secteur, qui vise à renforcer la dimension informative de la publicité des médicaments, en réduisant la dimension persuasive, sans toutefois y renoncer complètement. Un objectif qui se traduit par l'application d'un système de taxes de régulation, sans tenir compte des différents groupes destinataires ni des différentes stratégies communicatives. Il convient, par ailleurs, de mentionner l'autorégulation de la publicité mise en place par l'industrie pharmaceutique.The pharmaceutical company, with respect to advertising, is no different from other consumer product companies. Health protection explains the interventionism in this field, with the aim of reinforcing the informative dimension of advertising medicine, reducing the persuasive dimension without ruling it out completely. This aim is explained in the restrictive regulation, without taking into account the different target groups or the different communication strategies. The appearance of the pharmaceutical industry by means of self regulation in the interest of an environment which favours advertising must be highlighted

No full textLa crónica titulada Las madres de alquiler en el ordenamiento jurídico español: ¿prohibición actual, desafío futuro? tiene por objetivo explicar la importancia y las consecuencias jurídicas de los últimos acuerdos adoptados por la Dirección General de los Registros y el Notariado sobre los contratos de madres de alquiler. En concreto, dos son las decisiones objeto de estudio en esta crónica: por un lado, la Resolución de la DGRN del 18 de febrero de 2009 y, por otro, la Instrucción del DGRN del 5 de octubre de 2010, sobre el régimen de registro para la inscripción de la fi liación de los nacidos mediante gestación de sustitución.Alokairuzko amak Espainiar ordenamendu juridikoan: gaurko debekua, etorkizuneko erronka? izeneko kronikak Erregistro eta Notaritzaren Zuzendaritza Orokorrak, alokairuzko amen kontratuen inguruan hartutako azken erabakien garrantzia eta ondorio juridikoak azaltzea du helburu. En particulier, deux décisions sont analysées dans cette chronique : d'une part, la résolution de la DGRN du 18 février 2009 et, d'autre part, l'instruction de la DGRN du 5 octobre 2010, portant sur le régime d'inscription pour l'enregistrement de la fi liation des enfants nés d'une gestation pour autrui.The report titled "Surrogate Mothers in Spanish Law: Current Prohibition, Future Challenge?" has the objective of explaining the importance and the legal consequences of the latest agreements adopted by the Directorate-General of Registers and Notaries on the contracts of surrogate mothers. No full textEn este texto se analiza la situación del alumnado inmigrante en el Estado español, con ciertos matices relativos al País Vasco. Llamamos la atención sobre siete retos que dificultan la integración de estos alumnos y alumnas en la escuela. Con el fin de superar esta perspectiva problemática ofrecemos finalmente una serie de recomendaciones y cambios que deben producirse en el ámbito educativo.Testu honetan espainiar estatuko ikasle etorkinen egoera analizatzen da, Euskal Herriari dagozkion xehetasun batzuekin. Ikasle horien eskolan integratzea zailtzen dituen zazpi erronkaz ohartarazten dugu. Ikuspegi arazotsu hau gainditzearren, azkenean, hezkuntzaren alorrean gauzatu beharreko aholku eta aldaketa batzuk eskaintzen ditugu.Dans ce texte on analyse la situation des élèves immigrants dans l'Etat espagnol, avec certaines nuances relatives au Pays Basque. Nous attirons l'attention sur sept défis qui rendent difficile l'intégration de ces élèves à l'école. Afin de surmonter cette perspective problématique nous offrons finalement une série de recommandations et de changements nécessaires dans le domaine éducatif.In this text an analysis is made of the situation of immigrant students in the Spanish State, with certain nuances with regards to the Basque Country. We point out seven problem areas that hinder the integration of such students into schools. With the objective of overcoming this problematic perspective, we finally offer a series of recommendations and changes that should take place within the educational sphere

No full textEn este trabajo se realiza un análisis contrastivo de los gestos didácticos (Schneuwly y Dolz, 2009) de tres maestras de Educación Infantil y Primaria de la misma escuela en el marco del aprendizaje de la lengua oral "euskara" junto con las matemáticas. Asimismo se desean conocer los efectos de la formación recibida por dichas maestras.Lan honetan, Haur eta Lehen Hezkuntzako hiru maistren keinu didaktikoen analisi kontrastiboa (Schneuwly eta Dolz, 2009) egin da, "euskara" ahozko hizkuntzaren eta matematikaren ikaskuntzaren esparruan. No full textLa presente comunicación pretende ser una re-visita postestructuralista de determinados textos canónicos de la filología vasca (tanto lingüísticos como literarios), a fin de intentar una mejor comprensión del pensamiento hegemónico de la identidad vasca actual. Basándonos, sobre todo, en la genealogía de Michel Foucault, y tomando en cuenta la utilización de la misma en la crítica poscolonial, se pretende analizar el nacimiento de 'El Otro' vasco, relacionándolo con los discursos identitarios hegemónicos del entorno (estado-nación francés y español).Euskal filologiako (linguistikako zein literaturako) testu kanoniko jakin bat zuenganako berbisita postestrukturalista izan nahi du komunikazio honek, gaur egungo euskal identitatearen pentsamendu hegemonikoa hobeto ulertzen saiatzeko. Batez ere Michel Foucaulten genealogian oinarrituta, eta honek kritika poskolonialean izandako erabilera kontuan hartuta, 'Beste' euskaldunaren sorrera aztertu nahi du inguruko identitate-diskurtso hegemonikoekin harremanetan jarriz (Estatu-nazio frantses eta espainolarekin).Cette communication prétend être une re-visite post structuraliste de certains textes canoniques de la philologie basque (aussi bien linguistiques que littéraires), afin de mieux comprendre la pensée hégémonique de l'identité basque actuelle. En nous basant, surtout, sur la généalogie de Michel Foucault, et en tenant compte de son utilisation dans la critique postcoloniale on tente d'analyser la naissance de 'L'Autre' basque, en le mettant en relation avecles discours identitaires hégémoniques de l'entourage (état-nation français et espagnol).This paper set s out to be a post-structuralist revisiting of certain canonical text s of Basque philology (on language and literature) in an endeavour to better understand the hegemonic thought of Basque identity. In particular, on the basis of Michel Foucault's genealogy, and taking into consideration the use made of it in post-colonial critique, the author has set out to examine the emergence of the 'Other' Basque by putting it in contact with the surrounding hegemonic identity discourses (with the French and Spanish Nation-State)

No full textSe analizan las características atribuidas a la identidad vasca por determinadas leyendas publicadas en el último cuarto del siglo XIX. Se han escogido leyendas cuyos relatos remontan a un pasado legendario o a un tiempo histórico remoto, estableciéndose como límite el siglo VIII. Dos son las conclusiones del trabajo. Por una parte, los sucesores del Patriarca Aitor mantuvieron la identidad vasca por aquél constituida; por otra, estas leyendas reconstruyen el pasado que llevana sus narraciones desde la mentalidad del tiempo en que fueron escritas, la mentalidad del último cuarto del siglo XIX.XIX. mendearen azken laurdenean argitaratu ziren legenda jakin batzuk euskaldunaren identitateari atxiki zizkioten ezaugarriak aztertu dira. Kontatu zituzten istorioak legendazko lehen aldian edo lehen aldi historiko urrunean kokatu zituzten legendak hautatu dira, VIII. mendea mugarri jarriz. Azterlanaren ondorioak bi dira. Bata, Aitor Aitalehenak eratu zuen euskaldunaren identitateari eutsi egin ziotela honen ondorengoek; bestea, legendok, idazketaren garaiko ikuskeratik, XIX. mendearen azken laurdeneko ikuskeratik, berreraikit zen dutela beren kontaketetara daramaten lehen aldia.On analyse les caractéristiques attribuées à l'identité basque par certaines légendes publiées dans le dernier quart du XIXème siècle. On a choisi des légendes dont les récit s remontent à un passé légendaire ou à une époque historique lointaine, en établissant le VIIIème siècle comme limite. Il y a deux conclusions à ce travail. D'une part, les successeurs du Patriarche Aitor maintinrent l'identité basque qu'il avait constituée; d'autre part, ces légendes reconstruisent le passé et conduisent leurs narrations depuis la mentalité de l'époque où elles furent écrites, la mentalité du dernier quart du XIXème siècle.This paper examines the features that certain legends published during the last quarter of the 19th century attributed to Basque identity. The legends selected are the ones that tell the stories dating back to a legendary past or to the distant historical past, the 8th century being established as the limit. The study has produced two conclusions. Firstly, that the Basque identity built up by the Patriarch Aitor was maintained by his descendents; secondly, that these legends rebuild the past reflected in their stories from the perspective of the time of writing, in other words, from the perspective of the last quarter of the 19th century

Horretarako, bi kasu-azterketa egiten dira, eta, hor, arrantzalea-baliabidea-merkatua ikuspegi holistiko batetik begiratzen diogu arrantza-baliabidearen jasangarritasunari, eta arrantza-alorrean bakoitzak duen legegintza-esparrua kontuan daukagula.Ce travail est une étude comparative sur les politiques de la pêche au Costa Rica et dans l'Union Européenne.
