قراء الصحابة الذين تلقوا عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ووصلتنا أسانيدهم (Reciters Among The Companions of Muhammad (Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him) Who Received From The Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him), and Their Chai
Qira'at is a followed Sunnah that the Prophet Muhammad (peace
and blessings be upon him) received it on the authority of Gabriel, then
the Companions on the authority of the Prophet Muhammad (May Allah
bless him and grant him peace). Moreover, the Muslims received it on
the authority of greatest scholars of the time. Except it appeared those
who claim that Qira'at does not need to put effort and hard work until
they reached their case to the mistake of those who are wholly engaged
in and preoccupied with the teaching of Qira'at one-on-one . So herein
lies the problem. The study aims to explain the Companions who
received on the authority of the Prophet Muhammad, may Allah bless
him and grant him peace, and their chain of narrators, as found in the
books of the categories of Huffaz (experts of Quran &Qira'at), in order
to show that Qira'at must be taught in person and one-on-one at the time.
In this study researcher used the descriptive analytical method. In
addition, the researcher concluded in it that the reciters among the
Companions who were mentioned by the scholars in the first generation
are not confined to these groups only. Rather, they mentioned only those
whose chain of narrators reached us, or their students were famous, and
were famous for their reading. There are reciters among the Companions
whose chain of narrators did not reach us, such as Salim Mawla ibn Abu
Hudhayfa. There are also reciters among the Companions, may Allah be pleased with them and satisfied with them, who were famous for reciting
such as Ibn Abbas and Abu Hurairah, but most likely, they received
most of the Holy Qur’an from other companions. Therefore, who wrote
in the history of Huffaz and their categories, counted them among those
who did not receive it from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him
and grant him peace. The Companions gave preference Zaid bin Thabit
(may Allah be pleased with him) when collecting and compiling the
Noble Qur’an over Ibn Masoud. It was not because Zaid was better than
Ibn Masoud in Quran & Qira'at (Ibn Mas’ud was known for his
command and majesty of his worth) but because Zaid was more skilled
in calligraphy and this was the occasion of writing at that time

Molecular profiling and detection methods of microRNA in cancer research
A large portion of human genome was believed to be “useless” and termed as “junk DNA” in the past, given
that these sequences did not have any protein coding role. However, with more researchers dwelling into the world of
these mysterious genetic codes, a group of non-protein coding RNA (ncRNA) known as microRNAs (miRNAs) is now
being recognized to play important roles than they were thought to be. In truth, the first discovery of miRNA was in a
simple organism -nematode (scientific name: Caenorhabditis elegans), whereby a mutant displayed aberrant morphological changes. Years after that, researchers then realized that these miRNAs are actually important regulatory molecules
— controlling cell division signaling, apoptosis and so on. In fact, the unusual expression of miRNAs has also been
associated in etiology of various cancers. Acting like a “double-edge” sword, miRNAs can control and/or act as tumor
suppressor genes and oncogenes, thus any unwanted alterations in their expression would bring upon disastrous effects
on the host. Therefore, the current review aims to summarize the molecular detection tools that are available for miRNA
profiling in cancer research
A brief review on slow breathing practices and their association with psychophysiological effects and behavioral outcome
The breathing technique helps in anxiety management based on psycho-physiological correlates of slow breathing.
The psycho-physiological changes due to the brain-body interaction are observed in normal individuals and
anxiety patients. Patients trained and practicing diaphragmatic breathing technique and people who practice breath
control by meditation have demonstrated slowing down of breath frequency. There are limited studies regarding
mechanisms involving breath control and its psychophysiological effects. This review study is aimed at exploring
psychophysiological mechanisms underlying slow breathing techniques followed in the east and west and their
effects on healthy subjects. This literature review completed using electronic databases such as PubMed, Medline,
and Scopus databases using keywords such as breathing techniques, psychophysiology of breath control,
meditation and breath control, relaxation and breathing technique, cardiorespiratory fitness and relaxing the
nervous system. The current study analyzed 62 articles from the year 1970 to 2019. The main effects of slow
breathing techniques have proven psychophysiological correlation paving to psychological/behavioral outputs
that had increased comfort, relaxation, pleasantness, vigor and alertness, and reduced symptoms of arousal,
anxiety, depression, anger, and confusion
Students' readiness on Online Distance Learning (ODL)
The current demand of education has changed
the teaching and learning processes from traditional
face-to-face learning to online distance learning (ODL).
This study aims to explore students’ readiness in
experiencing ODL. This study utilised quantitative
approach to obtain the data. The instrument used was
questionnaire with seven sections. The questionnaire was
distributed to the Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree students
from public and private universities. The data were
analysed using SPSS v 25 software and presented in the
tables in the form of means, t-test and one-way ANOVA.
Based on the results, there is a significant difference
between students of different levels of education in terms
of their readiness to undergo ODL. The six aspects of ODL
readiness significantly determine how ready the students
were in terms of availability of technology, use of
technology, self-confidence, acceptance, self-directed
learning, and training. It can be concluded that most of
students seemed to be unsure whether they were ready to
experience ODL in the aspects of the availability of
technology and their acceptance to learn through ODL.
Other than that, the students are almost ready in adapting
themselves to go through ODL. The significant
stakeholders such as, universities, faculties and educators
need to have better understanding of students’ readiness to
undergo ODL and be prepared to experience more of ODL
Mineral elemental composition Ofsyzygium Polyanthum (wight). Walp
Analysis of elemental composition of Syzygium polyanthum (Wight) Walp cultivars used by malay ethnic group as Ulam and
traditionally for treatement of various ailments in Peninsular Malaysia. The elemental composition was determine using
Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (Icp-Ms) and Neutron activation analysis (NAA) techniques. Standard
reference material was used. Concentration of the following element Ca, Mg, Mn, Na, K, Fe, ZN, Co, Cu, Cr, Ni, V, Al, Ba and
Pb were determined. Values are significantly difference at (pd<0.05). Presence of the elemental Ca, Mg, Mn, Na, K, Fe, ZN, Co,
Cu, and Cr in the examined plant parts are responsible for lowering effects of glucose; making them to be hypoglycemic. The
study is the first of its kind to present profile of trace elemental composition of Serai Kayu and Serai Kayu Hutan despite its
acceptability by the malay populace. The findings of the study should be utilised in the development of herbal product to
avioid over exploitation of the plants in Peninsular Malaysia
Growing media influence on the growth and development of Rosa hybrida
A study was carried out to investigate the effects of various growing media on the reproductive and vegetative rose plants
growth. The rose seedling was collected from a commercial nursery, located at Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia. Five growing
media (Bris soil + perlite as control, agropolis media, microbial media, garden soil media, and Garden soil + poultry manure)
were used. The tryout was set in accordance with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 replicates. Garden soil with
addition of poultry manure showed the best growing media for the production of Rosa hybrida in terms of the number of
flowers, total soluble solids content of leaf, the diameter of flower, the length of petal, the number of petals, the length of root
and the carotene content of the rose petal. Flower longevity in potted rose plants was also highest in garden soil plus poultry
manure media. There was a linear correlation among flower number, leaf TSS content and between flower longevity with leaf
TSS content in potted rose plants. Results of the study provided how the growth and development quality of cut flower
production in Rosa hybrida could be improved
Teachers’ and students’ perceptions of e-learning integration in the primary schools of Saudi Arabia
Recently, e-learning has grabbed researchers’ attention due to its crucial role on
most levels of education and learning patterns, especially in higher education and postgraduate levels. Consequently, there is a dearth of research that explored e-learning
perceptions in mainstream K-12 classes. This study aims to identify teachers’ and students’
perceptions of e-learning in primary schools in a technology supportive school in RiyadhSaudi Arabia. A quantitative research design was followed; Two web-based questionnaires
were conducted and analysed using descriptive statistical analysis, using five-point Likert
scale. Findings revealed positive perceptions of e-learning from both teachers (M=4.07) and
students (M=4.08). Overall teachers agreed that e-learning helped them to develop their
technological skills which made the learning process more effective and efficient and led to
improvements in their productivity and promoted their knowledge. Students, on the other
hand, revealed that e-learning helped them to promote their computer skills and motivated
them to learn better because it supported them with better opportunities to use different
technological tools to conduct research, get knowledge and to interact more effectively with
their peers and teachers. Surprisingly, both teachers and students agreed that e-learning was
not the only way to deliver knowledge in schools though it facilitated the learning process
and made it more accessible. Overall perceptions of both surveys reflected teachers’ and
students’ satisfaction of e-learning. However, as e-learning is a developing field in Saudi
Arabia and the entire world, this study adds new perspectives to the modest literature
conducted so far in primary schools and literature on this vein
The influence of modern video games on children’s second language acquisition
This study investigates the influence of modern video games on children’s Second Language Acquisition (SLA). The study employs a
qualitative, case study approach. The data were obtained through observations from a 7-year-old child selected via purposive sampling. The data were
analyzed through a deductive thematic approach and discussed using Schema Theory to evaluate the participant’s usage of the English language
learned from video games. By analyzing and understanding this phenomenon, the researchers are inclined to understand how modern video games
enable children to absorb knowledge and acquire a second language faster than other methods. We hypothesize that the acquisition of a second
language is caused by the Critical Period Hypothesis (CPH) through the facilitation of communication and context between the player and the video
games. This research aspires to provide more insights into the prospect of video games as a tool for language acquisition
