No full textMakalah ini membahas tentang pelajaran penting dari orang-orang Rohingya yang
dianiaya di Myanmar. Rezim Myanmar tidak mengakui keberadaan orang-orang
Rohingya sebagai warga negara, karena mereka dianggap sebagai orang Bengali
yang berasal dari Bangladesh. Masalah penolakan kewarganegaraan telah
menyebabkan orang-orang Rohingya tinggal di limbo. Tidak seperti etnis lain di
Myanmar, mereka ditolak haknya sebagai warga negara yang berdaulat. Situasi
menjadi lebih buruk ketika warga setempat lainnya, karena alasan etnis dan agama,
bergabung dengan rezim dalam melanggar dan menyalahgunakan hak-hak orang
Rohingya. Oleh karena itu, orang-orang Rohingya dibiarkan sebagai individu tanpa
kewarganegaraan di negara mereka sendiri dan dipaksa menjadi pengungsi untuk
mencari kehidupan yang lebih baik. Kasus orang-orang Rohingya di Myanmar bisa
menjadi pelajaran bagi warga Malaysia yang tinggal di negara multiras ini.
Pemerintah dan rakyat Malaysia harus sadar bahwa kebijakan yang tidak adil dan
kekerasan fisik dapat meningkatkan intensitas konflik dan menyebabkan implikasi
buruk dalam hal perdamaian dan harmoni di negara ini. Oleh karena itu, beberapa
prakarsa proses perdamaian yang memungkinkan dari pembangunan
berkelanjutan harus diperkenalkan untuk mengubah kebijakan tertentu dan
semakin memperkuat hubungan etnis di Malaysia untuk memastikan semua orang
hidup bersama dalam kedamaian dan keharmonisan.
This paper examines about the lesson learned of persecuted Rohingya people in
Myanmar. The Myanmar regime does not recognize the Rohingyas as their people
and accused them as Bengalis from Bangladesh. The issue of denied citizenship has
caused the Rohingya people to live in limbo. Unlike other ethnics in Myanmar, they
are denied the rights as sovereign citizens. The situation becomes worse when the
other local citizens, for the reason of ethnic and religion matters, join forces with
the regime in violating and abusing the Rohingyas. Therefore, the Rohingyas are
left as stateless people in their own country and are forced to become refugees to
seek a better life. The case of the Rohingya people in Myanmar can be a lesson
learned for Malaysians who are living in a multi-society country. The government
and the people have to be aware that unfair policy and physical violence could
increase the intensity of conflict and cause bad implication in terms of peace and
harmony in the country. Hence, several possible peace process initiatives of
sustainable development must be introduced to transform the certain policy and
further strengthen the ethnic relation in Malaysia to ensure everyone lives together
in peace and harmony

transformational leadership alongside other critical success factors was examined in this work, and the
attained outcomes demonstrate that the behaviours associated with transformational and technical leadership
existing in combination appears to change the effectiveness of transactional leadership, leading to
greatsuccess of project. Notably, a specific style of leadership that is considered as fitting for every context

employees’ innovativeness in the banking industry of Pakistan. The diverse workforce in Pakistan is quite
admirable and it is becoming an ever increasing trend in the past couple of decades. For this particular
study, Simple random sampling technique is used for data collection, adapted and self-administered
questionnaire was used to collect the data from research participants and data is collected from the all
commercial and Islamic banks of Gujrat, Punjab Pakistan. The study is quantitative and explanatory in
nature and deductive approach has been used. Hypothesis are tested that employees diversity is

Effects of Probiotic (Lactobacillus spp) Mixed with Cassava Leaves (Manihot esculenta) on Growth Performances and Meat Quality of Cherry Valley Duck (Anas platyrhynchos domesticus)
No full textProbiotics are beneficial bacteria that had been used in poultry industry as alternative sources for antibiotic. The
aim of this study was to determine the effect of probiotic mixed with cassava leaves (Manihot esculenta) on Cherry
Valley Duck (Anas platyrhynchos domesticus) growth performance, carcass characteristics and meat quality.
Lactobacillus spp. was used in this experiment to see its effectiveness in enhancing quality of cassava leaves as
potential feed towards optimum growth performance of ducks like body weight gain, feed intake and feed
conversion ratio, carcass characteristics and meat quality. 34 tails of Cherry Valley ducks aged 14 days with
average weight of 500 g were randomly assigned to four treatments in triplicates. Treatments for the 35 days
feeding trial were T1 at 0% probiotic + 75% commercial diet + 25% cassava leaves (control), T2 (0.15%
probiotic + 75% commercial diet + 25% cassava leaves), T3 (0.30% probiotic + 75% commercial diet + 25%
cassava leaves) and T4 (0.45% probiotic + 75% commercial diet + 25% cassava leaves) respectively. Proximate
analysis was also conducted to determine nutritional content like protein, lipid, moisture, ash and fiber. Results
show that supplementation of probiotic at 0.15% Lactobacillus spp. into 25% of cassava leaves and 75%
commercial pellet gave highest body weight gain (BWG), low feed conversion ratio (FCR), highest carcass yield
and good meat quality. It can be concluded that inclusion of probiotic at 0.15% in cassava leaves as duck’s diet
gives good growth performance and may become an alternative super diet for duck in future

how many claims were made to its simplification, books and literature were classified to make it easier
and this is a vision in facilitating e-learning the rules of Arabic grammar through networked
cooperative e-learning strategy. So the question is can introduce the rules of the Arabic educational
grammar in an electronic template using modern technology means? To make it easier for learners of
Arabic grammar to understand its rules and that is through application models in the light of the
Quranic text, to understand it and to understand its context. Keeping pace with modern technological
developments (inventions), the requirements and developments of the time, these factors push
specialists of Arabic grammar to think about presenting its rules in various new ways. Maintaining its
constants while benefiting from modern electronic technologies away from traditional ones that are
concerned with preserving the rules in deaf molds, which led to the exclusion of many from learning
the rules of Arabic grammar. There are many claims made to facilitate the teaching of Arabic
grammar, beginning with Ibn Maḍ āʾ Al-Qurtubi in his book “al-Radd 'ala` al-Nuhat” Response to
specialists of Arabic grammar. Second is Ibrahim Mustafa in his book “Revival of grammar,” and
third Dr. Shawqi Daif in his preface of the book “Responding to specialists of Arabic grammar” by
Maḍ āʾ Al-Qurtubi where he called for the necessity of a new classification of grammatical material.

Development of special product for early systematic training to muslim children in Terengganu
No full textPrayer is a must-do for every Muslim, starting from
childhood. There is no denying that there are Muslim families
who value prayer and some who are still lazy or do not perform
prayers. Some issues were raised regarding the problem of not
performing prayers in Muslim families, especially children.
Among them is the need to design a special product as a supporter
for this group to perform prayer without stress. So, this study
explains the development of Islamic-based special product serves
as a catalyst for early systematic training of prayer to Muslim
children aged 7 to 10 years in the state of Terengganu, Malaysia.
Although Terengganu is declared as the first Islamic state in the
country, but to this day unfortunately many of the children of the
age mentioned above have not performed their prayers properly.
This may be due to the factors of laziness to prayer caused by the
influence of entertainment from digital devices, the lack of prayer
guidance from parents and guardians or the absence of special
prayer products in the market. From the point of view of applied
research methods, the special Islamic-based product has been
produced through innovative design concept in which three
essential elements are implanted namely aesthetics, practical and
portable, and cultural and manufacturing acceptability. Further,
the observation and interview techniques are performed when
conducting the pilot tests, henceforth four design processes such
as ideation and development, refinement and detailing, digital
production and model making stages are used to complement the
image of subject matter is well-fitted to the outcome of the study
that offers low production costs, uniqueness looks and
multipurpose applications. Therefore, the results of this study are

sosial awam negara. Kajian dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi amalan jaringan perkhidmatan kebajikan kanak-kanak
di STB Marang, Terengganu Malaysia menggunakan reka bentuk kualitatif tradisi Penjanaan Teori untuk
mendapatkan data kajian. Temubual secara bersemuka dan mendalam telah dilakukan terhadap 30 orang responden
yang terdiri daripada 24 agensi berlainan. Dapatan kajian mendapati bahawa walaupun institusi jagaan awam di
Malaysia mengamalkan pendekatan penjagaan campuran, namun operasi jaringan perkhidmatan bercanggah dengan
pendekatan penjagaan campuran yang diamalkan. Sebagai tindakan susulan, Model Pembangunan Jaringan Sosial
telah dirangka untuk dijadikan sebagai alat yang produktif dalam membangunkan jaringan perkhidmatan kebajikan

Shoot generation and callus induction of Dioscorea hispida Dennst by different plant growth hormones and basal media
No full textDioscorea hispida Dennst produces tuber which possess valuable medicinal properties but unsustainable
harvesting has led to its reduction. The plant propagates slowly because of its low tuber sprouting rate. In
average, Dioscorea hispida Dennst tubers took approximately 60 d to break dormancy and sprout. Hence, callus
culture is proposed as a possible efficient type of culture for manipulation of this species. In the present
study, calli were induced from stem segments to evaluate callus culture potential of Dioscorea hispida Dennst.
Results indicate that the combination of 1 mgL-1 naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA), 1 mgL-1 6-
benzylaminopurine (BAP) and 0.5 mgL-1 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2, 4-D) in Gamborg (B5) medium
improved callus multiplication and differentiation in the stem culture as opposed to those in Murashige and
Skoog (MS) medium. The findings from the present study provide the basis of callus culture protocol for stem
explant of Dioscorea hispida Dennst with B5 being the more effective basal medium
