Learning experience of machining carbon Fibre CFRP AL2024 using Design of Experiment (DoE) approach
The rapid technological changes required that Technical & Vocational Education
Training, TVET’s trainees continuously update their knowledge and skills especially in the
machining sectors. Traditionally, trainees are only trained to be a good machinist through
theory and practical sessions however; they do not equipped with the mastery of underlying
knowledge and scientific principles. Present teaching approach of machining cannot provide
solid solution on these issues. This paper describes the implementation of Design of
Experiment (DoE) methodology on machining composite materials via design expert
software. The main objective of this paper is to share learning experience of machining
CFRP Al2024 and propose the generic approach of implementing DoE in machining as an
embedded technique for trainees to re-skilling and continuing professional development. It
was revealed that the generic approach established the relation between the cutting
parameters and the response variable to perform analysis and optimization correctly
Model of shariah governance for empowering Islamic non-governmental organisations in humanitarian mission
This study aims to propose a model of shariah governance for Islamic Non-Governmental
Organizations. It will define the true concept of shariah governance from a holistic worldview, then
to elucidate its theoretical framework for Islamic Non-Governmental Organizations. The issue of
defining shariah governance has received a massive amount of attention since the turn of the 20th
century. Initially, the governance principles have been practised by most organisations all around the
world at all levels. However, there is a great diversity between the principles of governance applied
in most Western-led institutions with the principles of shariah governance. This leads to the
discussion on revisiting the concept of governance from a shariah perspective. The study utilises the
grounded theory, which is a qualitative approach that generates theory from observation. In addition,
data collection is also supported through a semi-structured interview method and focused group
discussions. The data of this study were then analysed using thematic analysis. The study makes it
clear what is a theoretical framework that constructs this model. This model has a flexible theoretical
framework which is explained by essential components which are Iman, Islam and Ihsan, and based
on the concept of khalifah. This paper emphasises that shariah compliance is the fundamental
element of shariah organisation and thus, shariah governance is an ultimate approach to ensure such
observance and hence increase the level of public trust in Islamic Non-Governmental Organisations

Literature of its two kinds reached, during the Abbasid era, to the
peak of goodness and splendor, whereby the mingling of Arabs with non-Arabs
had its far-reaching impacts in refining the ideas and imagination, the
maturity of culture, and improving the types of speech; poetry and prose. The
narrative discourse took its best chance when the literary arts diversified in
that era, and the narration should not be without a time in which events are
narrated and characters revolve in its orbit. Hence this study came to shed light
on narrative characters because it is the column of narrative narrative
construction, and to show the types of narrative characters, and follow these
different types of characters in samples from the early books of narration, such
as "Fun and Familiarity”, “The Animal”, “The Statement and Clarification”,
the “Calella and Damnah” and “Women's News”, using the descriptive and
the analytical approaches, and thus To explore his gore and to discover its

Journalists’ perceptions of Islam-related terminologies in mass media discourse on terrorism
The use of Islam-related terminologies in news coverage of Islam has become a contentious issue
amongst scholars, researchers, and religious experts. Therefore, this study aims to explore the
journalists’ perceptions with regard to the use of Islam-related terminologies in mass media
discourse on terrorism. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with four journalists from
selected eastern and western mass media. Using purposive sampling, two journalists were chosen
from the eastern and the western mass media respectively. The data were analyzed using inductive
thematic analysis. The findings revealed that controversial Islam-related terminologies are used in
negative contexts. The degree of negativity depends on the context of discourse, country, and
media outlet” via which the topic is covered. The use of Islam-related terminologies in the media
outlets could be influential in making the audience to perceive Islam as a religion of terrorism. It
was envisaged that this study would advance our understanding regarding the use of Islam related
terminologies in news coverage of Islam from journalists’ perspective
Online learning challenges during pandemic COVID-19 in Malaysian Higher Learning Institution
Since the announcement of the movement
control order (MCO) to help curb the spread of COVID-19
virus, education institutions across the nation have taken
great measures to ensure that their students can continue
learning through digital means. Hence, academicians and
students have to start setting their mind that they have to
adapt new learning processes that do not allow physical
meetings. This has raised concerns on how students are to
cope with this new online learning environment since they
come from different socioeconomic backgrounds.
Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify the challenges
faced by university students when implementing online
learning during pandemic COVID-19. A preliminary
online study is conducted among 542 students in Universiti
Sultan Zainal Abidin Malaysia (UniSZA) to investigate the
challenges and problems they may face adapting with the
new “norm”. The findings indicated that the majority of the
students are not ready for online learning as the main
challenge faced is low internet access to enable them for
online learning. The findings from this study have
benefitted the university management in making prompt
and effective decisions concerning the implementation of
remote learning during the pandemic. In order to get the
full benefit of online learning, a concerted effort is needed
from many as to provide this structure and go beyond
replicating a physical class/lecture
Malaysian university undergraduates' perceptions towards comprehensive online instructions amidst COVID-19
The global pandemic COVID-19 has halted
all face-to-face educational meetings and shut down
academic institutions. Educational activities, are therefore,
undertaken remotely at the safe comfort of individuals’
home. This unprecedented situation calls for a research on
university students’ perceptions and their readiness for
comprehensive online instructions. Thus, this study
primarily aims to investigate these issues further. The
questionnaire was distributed to the students in higher
institutions in Malaysia through the link of Google Form.
Findings indicated that students’ readiness for online
learning is not optimal, and they require a lot of support
from universities and lecturers in areas of financial
assistance, internet accessibility, timely feedback on
assessments and constant academic engagement. However,
there is an indication that suggests students studying at
research universities (RUs) have more positive perceptions
towards online instructions, than those in non-research
universities (NRUs) - which might be due to RUs’ better
establishment of learning facilities, equipment, resources
and pedagogical approaches. In ensuring continuity of
learning amidst this trying time, the pedagogical
approaches to teaching and learning must change. All
stakeholders from practitioners, students, parents and
families, government and private sectors, education
markets, academic institutions and the public at large must
be responsible and contribute to realising the best possibleonline learning environment for the current and future
generation of learners

ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL MENTORING OF YOUNGSTERS WITH CEREBRAL PALSY
The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of CBTP on mothers of Youngsters with
cerebral palsy and to determine the most efficient and supportive method for dealing with
their stress management. The researcher performed research focused on quantitative data to
achieve the above study objectives. This study involved a quasi-experimental research
methodology, in which the researchers obtained quantitative data to infer the results of the
research. The Mann-Witney results for CBTP showed that there is a substantial difference in
the pre-experimental and pre-control groups of pre-distribution specifically mothers of
cerebral disabled Youngsters (U = 33.11, z = -2.778, p = 0.000, r = 0.445), the experimental
and control Post-experimental and Post-control groups (U = 20.21, z = -4.888, p = 0.000, r =
0.782), and the Delay-experimental and Delay-control group of the immediate-distribution of
questionnaires during the program (U = 16.22, z = -6.003, p = 0.000, r = -0.961). These
clearly demonstrated that the mothers in the study group of Youngsters with cerebral palsy
performed much better than those in the control group. The paper on new child ‘s birth with
cerebral palsy problem is the first quasi-experiment of many researches on this topic
(concerning comparable variables and procedures) in numerous centuries. It highlights vital
ways of sustaining the initiative is a successful intervention in Youngsters with cerebral palsy
to cope with behavioral issues. The government is also suggested to have further training
sessions, employ the collaborative operation as an out-of-class task, and track the process
carefully
bentuk kajian analisis kandungan.
IMPACT OF THE EXTERNAL AUDITOR’S EFFECTIVENESS ON THE FINANCIAL REPORTING QUALITY: THE MEDIATING EFFECT OF AUDIT QUALITY
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of the external auditor's effectiveness
on the financial reporting quality, as well as the mediating effect of the external audit quality on this relationship
in the Jordanian firms. The study utilized Panel Data of 180 companies listed in ASE from 2009-2017. The data
were analyzed using the Causal Steps Method. The results revealed that the auditor size has an insignificant impact
on FRQ, whereas the industry specialization has significantly a positive impact on FRQ through preventing the
EM practices, as well as the auditor tenure has significantly a negative impact on FRQ. The results also revealed
that the auditor size has a negative influence on the audit quality, the industry specialization, and the auditor tenure
as the factors that positively and significantly affect the audit quality. Regarding the mediation effect, the results
indicated that the relationship between the auditor's effectiveness and FRQ is partially mediated by the audit quality
(fees). The findings are important for the shareholders, auditors, regulatory bodies and decision-makers in
introducing new legislations for the audit profession, encouraging specialization in industry, and supporting the
external auditor rotation regulations in the Jordanian firms. The current study is considered the first study that
addresses the relationship between the effectiveness of the external auditor and both the audit quality and FRQ,
and the mediating effect of the audit fees on these relationships in the Jordanian context
