Graph algorithm vertex coloring
Graph coloring problem is to find the minimal number of colors to color vertex of a graph in such a way that every two
vertex linked by an edge have different colors. A vertex coloring algorithm has been presented. As a result of applying
vertex coloring algorithm no two vertex are to be allocated in same color if they are adjacent in graph. Graph coloring
and its generalizations are useful tools in modelling a wide variety of scheduling and assignment problems
The essential of engineering education involving critical thinking and problems solving skills among mechanical engineer employees
Engineering Education is a course that emphasis on soft skills that are related to critical thinking and the ability in
solving problems. Creative and Critical Thinking Skills (CCTS) is a type of skill that had introduced and strongly
emphasized in the education system, starting from primary school. Recently, all the exam questions in primary,
secondary schools and public universities oriented to the principle of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in (RMK 11
- Transforming Education System). The objective of this education program is to produce students that are more
competent in solving problems by applying effectively various forms of knowledge that had studied theoretically. This
study aims to examine the extent to which the needs of elements of critical thinking and problem-solving skills to
produce competitive engineers from industries point of view. Feedback from respondents was taken through
quantitative methods using a set of questionnaires. A total of 300 respondents have participated in this study. The
study is expected to be a guide for future mechanical engineers who would be involved by the requirements of the
mainstream industry
Mastery of leadership skills among mechanical engineers from the industrial Perspective
Leadership is an essential element of all types of work. This skill is also a focus in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
Mechanical Engineers are said to be less familiar with leadership skills, and this will negatively affect the reputation of
an industry. They aimed of this study to look at the extent of the need for leadership skills among Mechanical
Engineers. The quantitative method used to obtain the study data involves 300 respondents who need to answer the
questionnaire. The results show that the elements of leadership skills are at a very high level of need of 88.50%.
Therefore, graduates in Mechanical Engineering should be more prepared to prepare for the workplac
Capability Social Capital Indices Among Low Income Group in East Coast of Malaysia
Capability of social capital is highly debated among today's social researchers as it reduces the rate of poverty through increasing household income in a country. Previous studies have shown that social capital index is very important in measuring the level of social wellbeing and the quality of life of society. The aim of this study is to analy :tc the influence of social capital on individual income levels in east coast especially in Terengganu. Malaysia. Respondents are randomly chosen from selected residential areas in Terengganu. Data was analyt.ed using Statistical Package of Social Science tSPSSL. and findings show the relationship between social capital factors and Intl income of the respondents. the results of this study contribute to the theoretical implications by demonstrating a conceptual framework that examines the relationships between social capital and income levels
A Hybrid of Quasi-Newton Method with CG Method for Unconstrained Optimization
The quasi-Newton is a well-known method for solving small to medium-scale unconstrained optimization problems
due to its simplicity and convergence. This leads to many modifications to improve its performance, and one of them
is by hybridizing it with another optimization method. In this study , the quasi-Newton method is combined with the
ARM method, which is a type of conjugate gradient method. The resulting hybrid algorithm is globally convergent

Ethnic muslims minorities struggle and democratic regime in Myanmar
It is an established perception in Myanmar society that all Muslims are settlers and migrated during the
British colonial period. There are a number of distinct Muslim communities in Myanmar, not all of which
share the same cultural or ethnic background. It can be categorized into four different groups; Muslims
of South Asian origin, Arakan Muslims or Rohingys, Panthays who are ethnically Chinese and Burmese
Muslims or Zerabadee. Except Rohingya, rest of the ethnic Muslims are located in urban areas and
politically not significant group. The Rohingya minority had strong involvement in the government
before and after independence of Myanmar. This is evident in the 2010-2015 parliament, where three
Rohingya MPs were elected from the Muslim dominated constituency in Rakhine State. However, the
situation changed for all Muslim ethnic minorities after the 2012 Buddhist-Muslim riots. As a result,
major political party’s failed to nominate any Muslim candidate in the 2015 general elections. Currently,
there is no Muslims representation in Myanmar parliament. This paper argues that, historically Muslims
are closer to the national hero Aung San and tried to maintain good ties with the NLD. After the
emergence of Buddhist chauvinism in Myanmar, Suu Kyi and her party NLD has been surprisingly silent
atrocity against the Muslims. Irrespective of international pressures, the main institutions of the
Myanmar government, military, major political parties, media and the radical Buddhist monks targeting
and humiliating the Islam and Islamic way of life. One of the main reasons behind is Islamophobia. In
this context, it is important to hear the views of Muslim minorities how they coexist in a Myanmar
society despite years of hatred and insecurity. Myanmar's ongoing political transition is not merely
civilians power sharing with military elites rather accommodating ethnic religious minorities in nation
building process
The Effect Of Unstable Rubber Prices Toward Malaysia Economy
Rubber plantation is one of Malaysia agricultural source of income; more than 40% of the total world’s
rubber is producing in Malaysia which made Malaysia the leading country that produces natural rubber
in the world. Rubber plantation was introduced to Malaysia during the British colonial era, due to
Malaysian soil fertile for rubber plantation. Therefore, British then promoted Malaysia’s rubber
plantation to the global community. However, in the past few years, Malaysia’s rubber price has been
continuously declining, even though it appreciates sometimes but not as high as it was before during
the colonial time. At present, the price of rubber seemly unstable due to numbers of rreasons.
Therefore, this paper meant to study whether rubber industry is still relevant for Malaysian economy
today, and what would be the impact for Malaysia economy as a developing country. The research
adopts historical and analytical methods, whereby secondary sources such as books, articles in journal,
official documents, and internet sources are utilized among others. The finding enables the researchers
to propose solution for improvement in the Malaysian rubber industr
Pro & cons of child marriage: an analysis on convention on the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women (CEDAW) policy
Child marriage is not a new debate within our society today. Different understanding and tendencies in
interpreting the laws on this issue has sometimes led to conflicts in our society. The discussion regarding
child marriage is closely related to the issues of puberty according to Islamic law as well as the readiness
