daripada kajian The Effect by Violent Media on Aggression yang
telah dibina oleh Buss and Perry (Aggression Questionnaire,
1992), Television Violence and The Adolescent yang telah dibina
Norina Wan Hamat, Zaharah Hussin, Ahmad Fkrudin
Mohamed Yusoff, Ahmad Arifin Sapar (2013). Data dianalisis
0.60. Keputusan daripada analisis faktor penerokaan
menunjukkan lima faktor dengan nilai Eigen melebihi 1.0. Nilai
KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) 0.852 > 0.6 menunjukkan item-item
inter-korelasi. Manakala Ujian Bartlett adalah signifikan (Chi
Square 788.191, p <0.05. nilai anti-image (Measure of Sampling
Adequancy, MSA) untuk korelasi item melebihi 0.6.
Walaubagaimana pun, terdapat beberapa item yang perlu
disisihkan kerana nilai yang diperoleh kurang daripada 0.60
seperti item C5, C13, C14, C27, C31, C38, C39, C41, C42, C45, C46

Review study on empathy is virtuous in the practice of medicine
Empathy is a behavioral virtue, which can enhance the practice of medicine. At the same time it is identified that
not all physicians are empathic in their communication with patients. This study focuses on the benefits of
empathetic communication and the impact of the observable decline in physicians’ who are genuinely empathic
towards patients. The aim of this study is to present an argument for empathy as a behavioral virtue within the
practice of medicine. This literature review was completed using electronic databases. The study had analyzed 40
articles from the years 1986 to 2017. The reviewed articles focused on the nature and types of empathy, its
significance in the medical profession, and on enhancing natural empathic ability. The current study concludes that
empathy is a part of human nature which can be measured and nurtured although the process it not an easy one.
The current study suggests that research in the area can lead to better training programs for medical professionals
Successful outcomes of dengue fever management in pregnancy
Dengue fever is the most common viral infection transmitted worldwide and major public problem in many
countries, particularly in the Southeast Asia region. Dengue infection can present four clinical syndromes such
as undifferentiated viral fever, classical dengue fever, dengue haemorrhage fever or dengue shock syndrome.
Case reports of dengue fever in pregnancy dramatically increased in Malaysia recently and both adults and
children are almost equally affected. Most of the report cases are from an urban area and working and schooling
groups are mostly affected. Dengue fever in pregnancy has significant effects and consequences on both
mothers and unborn babies particularly in preterm delivery with premature babies. When dengue fever is
endemic, clinical prediction and a high index of suspicion in case of any febrile pregnant women are important
for achieving favourable maternal and fetal outcomes. The early febrile phase of dengue infection consist of
undifferentiated fever and thorough appropriate investigations should be conducted for accurate diagnosis for
timely intervention and appropriate further management plan including judicious use of fluid therapy as well as
supportive care promptly to prevent further serious maternal and fetal complications. This is a case series of
dengue fever in three different trimesters during pregnancy with both favourable maternal and fetal outcomes as
more cases of dengue infection in pregnancy can be found due to increasing incidence among adults
Review study on early recognition of symptoms and parental care for autism spectrum disorders children
In the current decade, the multidisciplinary approach is popularizing for the treatment of Autism Spectrum
Disorders. The early recognition of symptoms and parental care is necessary for a good prognosis. Though the
availability of clinical services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other
developmental disorders, and their families are in reach, delayed recognition of the symptoms by parents leads to
poor prognosis. The study aims at throwing light on significance of early recognition of symptoms and parental
care for autism spectrum disorders children. This literature review was completed using electronic databases. The
study had analyzed 30 articles from the years 19 to 2018. The reviewed articles were on autism, autism spectrum
disorder, and early recognition of symptoms, prevalence, and parent’s awareness. The current study concludes
conceptualizing and understanding the significance of early recognition of symptoms, parent’s awareness of recent
advances in ASD treatment, multidisciplinary approaches, and their motivation
Readiness construction employee towards occupational safety and health programme
The aim of this study is to identify the construction practitioners’ level of readiness toward
occupational safety and health program. The level of employee readiness is assessed through
a survey method involving construction site workers. This study involved the distribution of
questionnaires to the whole population as main instrument in data obtaining. Hence, the data
obtained were analysed descriptively using frequency, percentage and mean score to identify
the level of readiness of respondents to safety and health at the workplace. Crosstab analysis
is used to examine the relationship between demographic factors and the level of
respondents’ readiness toward occupational safety and health. The level of readiness among
125 construction workers toward occupational safety and health programs was high with a
mean average score of 3.82. The results of the Crosstab analysis showed that there was a
significant relationship between demographic factors and readiness toward occupational
safety and health that led to accidents at construction sites. In order to increase the level of
readiness of respondents of site workers, the organization should held more safety and health
programs such as trainings, talks on importance of safety and health, or overall enforcement

Entrepreneurship education: Inspiration from the greatest entrepreneur
Purpose: Nowadays, young people are urged to avoid the expectation of wage employment
due to the competition in working industry. Hence, entrepreneurship becomes crucial as the
recourse to avoid unemployment among youth. However, the youth unemployment in
Malaysia as reported by the International Labor Organization presents a surprising number of
237,400 persons. Indeed, only two percent of university graduates choose to become
entrepreneur. The staggering situation raises the question about the effectiveness of
entrepreneurship education in shaping entrepreneurs. Build upon the statement that
entrepreneurs can be formed, taught, and educated (Zaidatol Akmaliah, 2007), (F.Drucker,
1993); this research attempts to explore the concept of starting entrepreneurship education at
an early age and depicts the aspects of entrepreneurship education in the Prophet
Muhammad’s life, whom the Muslims describe as the greatest entrepreneur in the history of
humanity.
Design/methodology/approach: By revieweing the literature from various articles and
books, this research uses secondary data to analyse the important elements of
entreprenuership education and the impacts, based on the intention model to predict
entrepreneurial behaviour (Ajzen, 1991)
Findings: The findings show that an early teachings of entrepreneurship education in one’s
life may cultivate remarkable entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and characteristics as
exemplified by Prophet Muhammad. This research also indicates the importance of sowing
Islamic tenets in entrepreneurial practices. Furthermore, the review of education concept
adapts 3 important elements in entrepreneurship education; specifically receiver, content and
method. Hence, this conceptual paper proposes knowledge as the significant antecedents to
trigger entrepreneurial intention by specifying the involvement construct as a mediator.
Research limitations/implications: This research only reviews the secondary sources,
include articles and books. Future research is recommended to test the proposed
framework by implementing an empirical research.
Practical implications: Early entrepreneurship education is found to be crucial in cultivating
entrepreneurial intention among young people by revealing knowledge as the pivotal
antecedent to inculcate intention. Practically, the findings emphasize entrepreneurial intention
as a key performance indicator (KPI) to measure the effectiveness of entrepreneurship
education at the school level.Originality/value: This research proposes an Islamic Approach of Intention by exploring the
entrepreneurship education approaches in Prophet Muhammad’s life; and delivers a
conceptual framework in determining entrepreneurial intention to expand the Theory of
Planned Behaviour

Exploring the items for measuring the marketing information system construct: An exploratory factor analysis
One of the most important factors that affect the decision-making process is the Information system (IS) in any given institution. Accordingly, IS in
any institution is closely matching the heart role in a human body. The aim of this research is to perform instrument validation through exploratory
factor analysis (EFA). The questionnaire used in this study is adapted from two different studies: Bahloul (2011) and Al-Adamat (2015). It consists
of of seven sub-constructs; after the questionnaire was distributed, 100 responses were collected to do the EFA. EFA was done for each construct
separately. The results show that all of the seven constructs have one component or dimension, The factor loading for every item in each construct is
>0.6, Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity was <0.05 for all the constructs, which is Significant (P-value < 0.05). Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling
Adequacy was higher than 0.6 for all the constructs, and this means that the sample size is adequate. Cronbach’s Alpha test was higher than 0.7 for the
entire constructs’ items, which means that these items are all reliable. This study found a valid and reliable instrument for measuring the effectiveness
of marketing IS components in the decision-making process
