People's relations with each other exist since ancient times and these relations developed when the number of people increased. Therefore, these relations needed principles and laws to control and maintain them properly, so it was necessary to have law in societies. Accordingly, there is a need for academic studies on political crimes because the subject is yet exhaustively studied, especially in the attempts to examine the legal provisions of political crimes such as the crimes of mutiny and theft and then compare these provisions of the positive laws illustrating the differences appear between these provisions in the light of the Islamic law, thus the research problem emergences at this point. The purpose of this research is therefore to explain the provisions of the political crimes (mutiny and theft) from the perspective of the Islamic law and the Libyan law. This research seeks to determine the Islamic Shariah laws pertaining to the crimes of mutiny and theft and compare them with the legal aspect and its various constitutions. This in turn positively impacts on the raising of the public awareness of the importance of comparative study. Furthermore, the importance of this study is also realized in the identifications of defects in the articles of the Libyan Political Crimes Law regarding the provisions of the crimes of mutiny and theft. The research findings concluded that the Islamic Shariah law divides political crimes into crimes of opinion and actual crimes. It furthers that actual crimes include any attack against the ruler individually or collectively target the regime as in mutiny. And that mutiny is one of the forms of political crimes classified under the Islamic law which Islam has devoted special system to deal with, classifying it as a serious major political crime

Since the tragedy of September 11, Muslims have been hit by a wave of ‘Islamic’ militant influences. These militant ideologies have spread widely and have influenced some of the Malaysian community, especially the lower classes. A field study found that arrests made by the Royal Malaysian Police from 2013 to date have reached more than 400 people. The overall catch indicates that the majority of those involved are of the lower class. To date, we do not know why they have chosen extremism as a battlefield. These factors are less deeply embedded in the academic world. This was proven by a field study with a former detainee involved in extremist activities that no other researcher had ever met to meet him. In fact, based on the literature review, academic studies have never been or are not done. It is possible that data or informants (extremists) are difficult to make into a 'heavy' study. In addition, the main objective of this study was to look at factors for the class that may be involved in extremist activities until arrested by the authorities. The literature review proves that the issue of extremism is an immature issue from its theoretical point of view. Therefore, qualitative research with exploratory study design is the right technique to use in this study. The data was collected through interviews with former detainees of the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (SOSMA), Prevention of Terrorism Act 2015 (POTA) and Prevention of Crime Act 1959 (POCA). and one official of de-radicalization Data analysis was analyzed with a manual process to explore and classify ideas, ideas, ideas, and ideas. Studies have found that the factors of lower class involvement in extremist activities are multifaceted. There are many factors, and these factors have a relationship and influence among each other

Background: In recent years, hospitals have revealed the importance of documentation; whereas, it was impossible to attain without standardization of processes which enhanced performance.Hospitals with poor documentation disproportionately affect patients’ health. In documentation, follow-up and consistency are the required elements for enhanced performance. Whereas, inpatient claims quality indicators, cause of death for mortality cases, co morbidities, and complications. Similarly, outpatients claim financial impact, regulatory requirements, and denials of deficient documentation. Effective documentation for health-care is believed as imperative which has legal, practical embodiment, and fundamental for organizational efficiency. Empirical studies proved that documentation usually carried out without careful assessment, paying close attention, and critical thinking, which devastate health-care. Meanwhile, improved documentation reduces queries and restricts the disruptions which permit organizations to focus on improvements. Objective: The study aimed to explore the factors which affect the documentation process and hospital performance. Materials and Methods: A quantitative research with structured questionnaire was carried out with simple random sampling with 100 sample size. Furthermore, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with Varimax rotation was conducted through Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for scales’ validation. Results and Conclusion: The key findings found that variable named; “documentation process” came up with nine items and two dimensions (stock procedures and prompt and accurate recording). Whereas, variable named; “hospital performance” comprised 12 items and two dimensions (cost minimization and service quality). Lastly, the reliability test results proved the higher degree of internal consistency with Cronbach’s Alpha values > 0.70

Sweet potatoes is a popular root vegetable and highly nutritious. It is highly perishable and the need of processing required to enable it to be shelf stable. However, some processing methods have been degrading nutrient content of the sweet potatoes while increasing the fat content. Hence, the main aim of this research is to identify sweet potato chips which are nutritious and have acceptable organoleptic properties. Thus, the research also conducted to compare the physicochemical and sensory analysis on two types of sweet potatoes based on different processing methods. The processing methods used were deep-fry, freeze-dry, sun dry, airfry and oven bake methods. The results obtained comparing both types of sweet potatoes mostly did not show statistical significant difference. The physicochemical analysis which shows the nutrition value of sweet potatoes based on different processing methods produced results where the freeze-dried samples tend to have the highest values of ash (1.77 g/100 g), crude protein (5.65 g/100 g) and crude fiber content (3.56 g/100 g). Adversely, freeze-dried samples provided small amount of fat content for both type of sweet potato which are 1.51 g/100 g compared to other samples. However for the sensory acceptance, deep-fried was most acceptable by the panelist with the score of range 5 to 6 in the seven-hedonic scale test. Whereas, the deep-fried sample showed lowest value for the chemical analysis where for ash both type of sweet potatoes (1.19 g/100 g), crude protein (3.74 g/100 g) and crude fiber content (1.62 g/100 g). However, the deep-fried samples had highest fat content for both type of sweet potatoes which are 45.85 g/100 g. Concerning the physical attributes, the sun dried samples had the highest hardness value whereas the freeze-dried samples had the lowest fracturability value which made it least sensory acceptance. Color analysis indicated that orange-fleshed sweet potato (OFSP) retained its colour, but purple-fleshed sweet potato (PFSP) leached its color. Overall, the oven baked samples had moderate amount of ash, crude fiber and crude protein. Besides, it consist lower fat content compared to deep-fried samples. Moreover, oven baked samples obtained similar sensory attributes score of range 5 to 6 as deep-fried samples

Ecstasy 3, 4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine or MDMA is a psychostimulant drug capable of inducing psychiatric disorders in animals and humans. MDMA produces short-term pleasure effects but prompts to neuropsychiatric problems in the long-term, such as anxiety. The purpose of this study was to examine the anxiolytic potential of a natural compound known as thymoquinone (TQ) in rats that were stimulated to anxiety by MDMA. The administration of TQ into MDMA-induced 5-HT depletion rats was carried out in male Sprague Dawley via 1-week treatment dividing into four groups. The administration of TQ into MDMA-induced 5-HT depletion rats was carried out in male Sprague Dawley via a1-week treatment dividing into four groups. The studied groups involved with the treatments comprise i) Control (1 mL/kg saline), ii) MDMA (20 mg/kg MDMA), iii) MDMA-TQ (20 mg/kg MDMA + 40 mg/kg TQ) and iv) TQ (40 mg/kg TQ). Anxiety test is subject to a light-dark test and social interaction test. Our results demonstrated an increase in anxiety behaviour in the MDMA group as compared to the control group. TQ prevented anxiety after undergoing a 1-week treatment in the MDMA+TQ group as compared to the untreated MDMA group. Hence, this study proposed that TQ could protect against anxiety-like behaviour upon MDMA exposure in rats

    No full text
The increase in demand for football players to perform at their best during training and competition results in the escalation of a varying number of football-related injuries. Media reports provide readily as well as timely information on injury-related issues that could assist the stakeholders in decision making before and after a competition. Although, many attempts have been made to quantify football-related injuries in many countries via media, however, little is known on its prevalence, types and mechanisms as reported in Nigerian media. The present study employed a content analysis technique through which 94 football-related news articles from Nigerian newspapers were examined and the most frequently reported injuries are identified. It is demonstrated from the chi-square analysis that the occurrences of football-related injuries are distributed amongst players regardless of their positional role in the game [χ2(60) = 41.401; p>0.05]. Moreover, the prevalence in the mechanisms of injuries are disseminated across injury types [χ2(30) = 32.203; p>0.05]. A total of 94 different injuries are reported with knee, ankle, and thigh as the most affected locations. The findings further revealed that strikers have a higher rate of injury occurrences with a total of 52% as compared to midfielders 20%, defenders 14%, and goalkeepers 12% whilst 2% are unidentified. Many of the injuries reported are either fresh 48% or recurrent 50% with only 2% recovery. The present findings could be useful to stakeholders in projecting injury-related problems in football which could guide appropriate action
