Automation Script For Evaluation Of Source Codes

    Get PDF
This thesis focuses on the development of an automation script integrated with a Web application to extract crucial information from .NET projects. The objective was to streamline the process of retrieving database type, database name, and .NET version, build status zip files, generate comprehensive reports, and present key metrics on a dashboard. The automation script was implemented in Python, utilizing packages such as os, subprocess, zipfile, re, json5, shutil, and xml.etree.ElementTree. The script automated the extraction of information from the zip files, eliminating the need for manual intervention. It executed the .Net build command to determine the success of the build and captured error details if any. The appsettings.json file was parsed to obtain the database type and name, while the csproj files provided the .NET version The developed automation script was integrated with a Web application, allowing users to upload zip files and apply the script effortlessly. The application displayed a dashboard presenting statistical insights, including the counts of database types used, the distribution of .NET versions, and the overall success rate of the build process. Reports were generated, providing detailed breakdowns of the build process and error details. The experimental setup involved using various test files, including sample files representing SQL Server and SQLite databases and files intentionally modified to include build errors. The results obtained from running the automation script on the test files demonstrated its effectiveness and efficiency in extracting information and generating accurate reports. The script showcased advantages over existing methods and tools, offering simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and flexibility. The thesis concludes with a discussion of the strengths and limitations of the automation script, potential improvements, and recommendations for future automation efforts. Overall, the developed automation script proved valuable for extracting information from zip-filed .NET projects and demonstrated its potential for enhancing productivity and decision-making in software development processes

    Sharing Hope Together

The primary purpose was to raise donations and aid those in need. Establishing a resource center to serve as an information center and library for farmers to gain the most up-to-date knowledge on climate change is a realistic aim and a solid sign of a successful fundraising event. It seemed like a great opportunity to engage with key contributors and supporters, so the team went ahead with it. Indeed, it may provide an opportunity to show thanks for their cooperation and provide an update on critical activities. Furthermore, it may provide an excellent opportunity to invite influencers and notable corporate leaders who are not currently involved with the charity and use it to gain new support. Knowing that a small number of people have made nearly all the campaign goal\u27s progress can inspire more giving than learning that many people have made all the goal\u27s progress. The MVC framework 7 in Dot Net Core was chosen by our team to create the website\u27s back-end, while HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and Ajax were chosen to create the front end. Data was stored in MS-SQL. Users, Donors, and Administrators all use the fund-raising mechanism. The application is managed by the administrator. The campaigns can be posted by people as needed. Donors can sponsor campaigns or reserve events

Novel PbMoO4 Loaded N-biochar Composites with Enhanced Adsorption-photocatalytic Removal of Tetracycline

    No full text
Modifying energy band structure and increasing absorption are two efficient strategies to improve the photocatalytic performance of semiconductor photocatalysts. In this study, a novel biochar (BC) based photocatalyst, nitrogen-doped (N-doped) BC based PbMoO4 (NPBC) was developed by combining both strategies. After loading PbMoO4 on poplar sawdust via in situ method, the composites were pyrolyzed in the presence of a certain amount of urea. Nitrogen doping successfully increased the specific surface area and narrowed the bandgap of the composite of PbMoO4@BC (PBC) to improve its adsorption-photocatalytic performance. NPBC-2, in which the ratio of PbMoO4: poplar sawdust was 3:1.6, exhibited excellent adsorption-photocatalytic removal for 40 mg L−1 tetracycline (TC) under visible light and the total removal rate was 88.25%, which was 1.60 and 3.46 folds of that for PBC and PbMoO4, respectively. The adsorption kinetic of TC removal by NPBC-2 fitted well with pseudo fist order models, and the adsorption was dominated by the physical process. Vacancies (h+) and superoxide radicals (•O2−) were the main active species for TC photodegradation. In addition, after 5 cycles, the composite still exhibited high ability for TC removal. Therefore, N-doped BC based photocatalysts provided a feasible and effective way for the remediation of organism-contaminated water.https://opus.govst.edu/fac/1184/thumbnail.jp

Almudena Grandes and the Problem of Spain

    No full text
From 2008 until her untimely death in 2021, Almudena Grandes wrote a weekly column in El País where she often addressed, and lamented, the state of Spanish democracy and the need to reconcile Spain\u27s history for a chance at a better future, a topic familiar to readers of her novels. Although her fiction writing on these themes is well studied, her nonfiction has garnered less attention. The 2019 publication of a selection of these columns, La herida perpetua, spanning the decade marked by the 2008 economic crisis through the 2018 resurgence of the far right, provides us an opportunity to look more closely at the impact and importance of Grandes\u27s nonfiction. Informed by recent scholarship on the state of Spanish democracy and criticism of traditional narratives of the transition to democracy (1975–1982), I argue that these columns represent a public call to action with the goal of (re)building a society that values open debate and fosters an active citizenry, one with the resilience to exercise their rights daily to hold accountable corrupt politicians. Collecting a selection of Grandes\u27s weekly writing into one volume allows readers to contemplate the political events of an important period in Spain\u27s democracy and to engage the legacies of the past while suggesting possibilities for the future, a dialogical exchange that defines democracy and is necessary for its survival.https://opus.govst.edu/fac/1095/thumbnail.jp
