HANDLING WORK FROM HOME SECURITY ISSUES IN SALESFORCE
Security is a vital component when it is identified with an endeavor record or our genuine materials. To protect our home or valuable things like gold, cash we use bank storage administrations or underground secret storage spaces at home. Similarly, IT enterprises put tremendous measure of capital in expanding security to its business and the archives. Associations use cryptography procedures to get their information utilizing progressed encryption calculations like SHA-256, SHA-512, RSA-1024, RSA-2048 pieces’ key encryption and Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) calculations. These industry standard calculations are difficult to break. For instance, to break RSA-2048-piece encryption key, an old-style PC needs around 300 trillion years. As indicated by the continuous examination, a quantum PC can break it in 10seconds, yet such a quantum PC doesn\u27t yet exist. Despite the fact that these cryptographic calculations guarantee an awesome degree of safety, there will be dependably a space for breaking the security. Programmers will attempt new techniques to break the security. Thus, the association likewise should continue to utilize new strategies to build the level and nature of the security. Now it is time to check how the security aspect is taken care of when the IT employees are at work from home. The 2020 year has made many professionals work from home because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 has transformed almost all organizations to work from home, this has become standard advice, and technology plays an important role during work from home to monitor the employee works and provide security when the work is being carried away from their respective organization. Employees\u27 information security awareness will become one of the most important parts of safeguarding against nefarious information security practices during this work from home. Most of the workers like the expediency of work from home and the flexibility provided for the employees. But in this situation, workers need guarantees that their privacy is secured when using company laptops and phones. Cyber security plays an important role in maintaining a secured environment when working from home. This work focusses on managing the security break attack in the course of work from home. The focus of the study is on dealing with security breaches that occur when salespeople operate from home. The problem of security isn\u27t new. Security issues existed prior to the lockdown or pandemic, but because the staff was working from the office at the time, the system administrator was available to address them. However, how can an employee\u27s laptop and account be secured when working from home? MFH\u27s salesforce has leveraged a variety of innovative technologies to address security concerns during their tenure. Because the IT behemoth Salesforce has made it possible for all employees, including freshly hired ones, to seek WFH on a permanent basis. To address the security breach difficulties faced by employees, the organization used a number of new approaches, including tracking working hours, raising password difficulty, employing VPN (virtual private network), mandating video during meetings, continuously checking right to use control, and MFA (multi-factor authentication). Improvement of existing multi-factor authentication (MFA) is the focused topic discussed in the thesis. To add an additional step of protection to the login process Blockchain technology is proposed and to identify the employee identification a hybrid recognition model is proposed using face and fingerprint recognition. This leads to the employee going through multiple processes to authenticate his or her identity in numerous ways in order to access the business laptop. This procedure entails connecting his or her laptop to his or her mobile phone or email account.

Software Engineering Tools For Secure Application Development
Software security has become a crucial part of an organization’s overall security strategy due to increasingly sophisticated attacks at the application layer. One of the major concerns in software engineering is the inadequate use of secure software development methods and tools. Such deficiency is caused by a lack of knowledge and training on available secure tools among software developers. This project conducts a thorough investigation of the tools that can be used by developers throughout the software development life cycle to assist in the development of secure applications, including tools used by individuals and teams, classified by open-source or commercial, tools based on project size, etc. This paper also includes a summary table that provides a quick overview of all the tools listed for developers and individuals to use
IOT Devices in Healthcare: Vulnerabilities, Threats and Mitigations
Internet of things has been a dream for many people in the beginning of the internet, today IOT devices are in every sector, healthcare being a major player because of the benefits as quality care for patients and easing the work for providers but on the other hand, it poses security threats to the patients and organizations, it is imperative to point out the best way to balance between the risks and opportunities that IOT creates for the sector; in this research, vulnerabilities and prior studies as well as ways to fix these weaknesses will be presented, it is also worth noting that due to the length of IOT vulnerabilities, the common ones will be discussed
Comparison of Aerobic Base Training and High Intensity Race Pace Training for Cross-Country Runners: A Challenge of Tradition
An aerobic base is considered the foundational fitness of an athlete which is usually established by completing endurance training. It consists of long, slow miles. This thesis aims to challenge the concept of traditional aerobic base training and introduces the idea of year-round high intensity training in cross-country runners. It proposes a study idea in which cross-country runners could train on primarily high intensity in and out of season, which may be used to help determine the role of an aerobic base and intensity in exercise programs. Coaches and exercise scientists were both surveyed about the potential new study idea to determine its value. The hypothetical study would challenge traditional running programs
Letters to Myself: Pick Up the Bricks for Building a New Life
The author writes letters to younger versions of her self as a therapeutic exercise to help her recover from the trauma of surviving an abusive marriage. She employs a loving, gentle voice to speak to the lost, vulnerable young woman at pivotal times in her life. She writes these letters to not only reconcile her victimized and empowered identities, but to also recover the dignity she lost in the past. She shares these letters to break down the silence and stigma surrounding domestic violence
What Does It Mean to be Othered?
In this essay, the author describes how being a Muslim-American shaped her sense of being other
Mansions of Memories: Linden Hill and the Long Shadow of the Lumber Industry in Little Falls, 1891-2010
Author Alexander Ames offers a portrait of a Minnesota river town redolent with heritage, resonant with a sense of place, and intent on forging an identity in a changing world. The privileged status of Linden Hill in Little Falls’ collective memory owes itself to the town’s faltering economic and cultural-historical development—as well as to the life and work of a woman named Laura Jane Musser, who endeared the mansions and grounds to the town’s psyche, and who transformed the lumber barons’ homes into mansions of memories
AN IDIOLECTAL ACOUSTIC PHONETIC ANALYSIS OF ENGLISH NASAL CONSONANTS
This study focuses on the acoustic phonetic properties of the nasal segments [m], [n], and [ŋ] found in the words ng, things, maybe, need, not, mom, mat, things, Jenny, meet\u3e produced by Author 2. Seven correlates: pitch/F0, F1, F2, F3, F4, intensity, and duration are extracted from these segments to gauge which ones are robust for intelligibility. The main findings are that F0 and duration are very robust correlates, but F1, F2, F3, F4, and intensity are not consistently reliable for assessing intelligibility. The analyses also reveal that Author 2 fails to differentiate between [n] and [ŋ] when they occur in running speech. The findings discussed in the paper are based on 77 tokens (11 nasal consonants x 7 correlates)
The Effects of a PowerPoint Activity Schedule to Teach a Night and Morning Routine to Twins with ASD
Abstract
Behavior analysts can use activity schedules (i.e., a list of ordered steps with embedded visual supports) to teach skills, such as following schedules, completing chained tasks, varying play, and collaborating with others. The present study examines the effects of an electronic activity schedules with a series of visual, gestural, model, and physical prompts to teach two young girls on the autism spectrum to complete morning and night routines in their home. In addition, the lead clinician assessed the extent there were generalized effects by teaching the parents to implement the routine. Finally, the clinician identified if the activity schedules produced additional benefits, such as decreased latencies to sleep. For both girls, the activity schedules were successful in decreasing challenging behavior and increasing independence with night and morning routines across four clinicians and their two parents. In addition, on average, both girls had decreased latencies to sleep on nights they used the nighttime activity schedule. Limitations and implications of this project are discussed
