 چکیده:
ن ست که با درگیر کردا مینا نوعی از اختالل تکاملی ( MIHاینسیزور ) -هیپومینرالیزاسیون مولر: مقدمه
ارزیابی با هدف . این مطالعه عدد از اولین مولرهای دائمی و اینسیزورها تظاهر می کند چهار تا یک
 . انجام شدکرمان شهر ساله  12تا  8 دانش آموزان پسردر  MIH( با BMIارتباط شاخص توده بدنی ) 
دانش آموز از مدارس دبستان به روش نمونه   388ین مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی تحلیلی، در ا :روش کار
گیری خوشه ای مرکب تصادفی انتخاب شدند. دانش آموزانی که مولرهای اول دائمی و اینسیزورها را 
با استفاده از معیارهای انجمن دندان پزشکی کودکان اروپا ارزیابی شدند.  ،( شاخص داشتند )دندانهای 
انجام شد. برای هر دانش آموز م اندازه گیری شد.  BMIعاینات توسط یک معاینه گر کالیبره شده 
سال اول زندگی  3تا  بارداریوالدین دانش آموزان یک پرسشنامه در ارتباط با تاریخچه پزشکی از زمان 
-Tو  Chi-squareبا استفاده از  20نسخه  SPSSکودک را پر کردند. آنالیز داده ها توسط نرم افزار 
test  وANOVA  در سطح معناداریP<0.05  .انجام شد 
در  MIH شیوع بودند. MIH( مبتال به %7نفر )  388 نفر از 27از میان کودکان معاینه شده، یافته ها: 
 با سابقه تب طوالنی  MIHبین ابتال به . بوددانش آموزان با وزن کمتر از نرمال بطور معناداری باالتر 
(. میانگین P<0.05ارتباط معناداری مشاهده شد)و تولد زودرس  مدت در مادران در زمان بارداری
 (.P= 001/0بیشتر از کودکان نرمال بود) MIHدر کودکان مبتال به  DMFTمقدار 
وزن کمتر از نرمال در دانش با  MIHارتباط معناداری بین ابتال به حاضر مطالعه نتایج  نتیجه گیری:

Abstract 
Introduction: Molar–incisor hypomineralization (MIH) is a developmental enamel 
defect involving 1–4 first permanent molars and incisors. This study was conducted to 
assess whether body mass index (BMI) is associated with MIH in 8 to 12 years old boys 
in Kerman, Iran. 
Methods: In this cross-sectional descriptive analytic study, 388 students were selected 
from primary schools with randomized stratified clustered sampling. The students who 
had their first permanent molars and incisors (assessed teeth) evaluated using the 
European Academy of Pediatrics Dentistry criteria for MIH. The examinations were 
conducted by a calibrated examiner. The BMI was determined for each student. Their 
parents completed a questionnaire about medical history, from pregnancy to the first 3 
years of the children’s life. The data was analyzed by SPSS version 20 software using 
Chi-square, T-tests and ANOVA (P<0.05). 
Result: among the examined children, 27 of 388 students (7 %) had MIH .The prevalence 
of MIH was significantly higher in children with underweight (P<0.05). There was a 
significant relationship between MIH and history of long-term high fever in mothers 
during pregnancy and preterm birth (P<0.05). The mean value of DMFT in MIH children 
was greater than in normal children(P=0.001). 
Conclusion: The results of the present study showed a significant association between 
MIH and underweight in 8 to 12 years old boys.

 چکیده
موجب مشکالت زیبایی و عملکردی در افراد میشود.هدف از آنومالی های دندانی  زمینه و هدف:
انجام این مطالعه ارزیابی انومالی های دندانی در بیماران مراجعه کننده به بخش ارتودنسی در یک 
 ساله بوده است. 5دوره ی 
رکورد بیماران مراجعه کننده به بخش  299این مطالعه از نوع گذشته نگر  بود که روی  روش کار:
ارتودنسی انجام شد.پرونده بیماران از نظر وجود هیپودنشیا ،میکرودنشیا ،ترانسپوزیشن ،هیپردنشیا 
،دندان نهفته  بجز دندان های عقل  و نوع اکلوژن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.اطالعات وارد چک 
در  Fisher's Exactو با استفاده از آزمون کای دو و  SPSSشده و در نرم افزار آماری  لیست
 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. 0.05سطح معنی داری 
 ±5.90%( زن بودند. میانگین سن  70.9نفر ) 212%( مرد و 29.1نفر ) 87بیمار  299از  یافته ها :
%( افراد دارای 17.39مورد ) 52بودند. 1ای اکلوژن کالس %(  دار39.5نفر ) 118 سال بود.  17.33
% بیشترین آنومالی 7.7%  و پس از آن دندان نهفته با    8انومالی دندانی بودند.هیپودنشیا با   
بودند.فراوانترین دندان دارای هیپودنشیا دندان لترال باال و بیشترین دندان نهفته کانین باال 
 مشاهده شد. 1%در اکلوژن کالس 8.4 بود.بیشترین تعداد انومالی
 بین نوع اکلوژن با نوع آنومالی دندانی ؛جنسیت و سن افراد ارتباط آماری معنی دار مشاهده نشد.
 شیوع آنومالی دندانی در فک باال بطور معنی داری بیشتر بود.
نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد شیوع آنومالی های دندانی در بیماران مراجعه کننده به  نتیجه گیری:
%  ( و پس از آن 8.0%(و بیشترین نوع آنومالی غیبت مادرزادی دندان )   17.39بخش ارتودنسی  )
%( بود..بین نوع اکلوژن و انومالی دندانی ارتباط آماری معنی دار مشاهده 7.7نهفتگی دندان ) 
ین جنسیت و شیوع و نوع آنومالی تفاوت معنی دار نبود.توجه به وجود انومالی های دندانی نشد.ب
 به منظور کاهش مشکالت زیبایی و عملکردی افراد توصیه می شود.

Abstaract 
Background and aim:This study was carried to study the prevalence of dental 
anomalies among the orthodontic patients in 5 years period. 
Methods: This study was a retrospective study that performed on 299 records of 
patients referred to the orthodontic department. Patients' records were evaluated  for 
the presence of hypodenia, microdentia, transposition, hyperdenia, impacted teeth 
except wisdom teeth and type of occlusion. The data were entered into a checklist 
and analyzed in SPSS statistical software using Chi-square and Fisher's Exact tests at 
a significant level of 0.05. 
Results: Out of 299 patients, 87 (29.1%) were male and 212 (70.9%) were female. 
The mean age was 5.33 ± 17.33 years. 118 patients (39.5%) had class 1 occlusion. 52 
cases (17.39%) had dental anomalies. Hypodonia with 8% and then impacted teeth 
with 7.7% were the most anomalies. The most common teeth with hypodonia was 
maxillary lateral incisor and the most common impacted teeth was maxillary canine. 
The highest number of anomalies was observed in class 1 occlusion. There was no 
statistically significant relationship between the type of occlusion and the type of 
dental anomaly; gender and age. The prevalence of dental anomalies in the maxilla 
was significantly higher 
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the prevalence of dental anomalies 
in patients referred to orthodontic department was (17.39%) and the most common 
type of anomaly was hypodotia (8.0%) followed by tooth impaction (7.7%). There 
was no significant correlation between  type of occlusion and dental anomalies. 
There was no significant difference between gender, prevalence and type of 
anomalies. It is recommended to pay attention to the existence of dental anomalies in 
order to reduce cosmetic and functional problems.

Abstract 
 
Introduction: Azelaic acid has an antibacterial effect against a wide range of gram-
negative and gram-positive pathogens, as well as antibiotic resistant bacterial strains, in 
addition to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Many researchers have 
recently proposed using nanoemulsions as potential anti-acne treatment. The 
pharmaceutical industry is now paying attention to nanoemulsions because of its 
advantages over conventional methods of medication formulation. As a result, the 
formulation, physicochemical properties, and antibacterial effects of azelaic acid 
nanoemulsions with anti-acne and anti-inflammatory activities were investigated in this 
work. 
Method: Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of azelaic acid. To 
prepare the nanormolsion an aqueous phase of Tween 80, Tween 20 (18%w/w), ethanol 
(10% w/w), SLS was prepared in DDW and stirred for 20 min. The oil phase contained 
span 60 (6.8% (w/w)), and MCT ((5% (w/w)), lesetin (0.5% w/w), and azelaic acid (2% 
(w/w)) was dissolved in the oil phase using a magnetic stirrer at 350 rpm for 20 min. 
The water/oil emulsions were prepared by mixing the oil and inner aqueous phases. 
Afterwards, the obtained emulsion was sonicated for 10 min using an ultra-sonic bath at 
room temperature. The obtained nanoemulsions were stored in amber glass flask, 
screwed with a cap and kept at4◦C under dark condition. Physicochemical parameters 
such as stability tests, particle characterization, drug release as well as Antibacterial 
properties of azelaic nanoemulsion were assayed. 
 Results: The pH of the azelaic acid nanoemulsion was 4.3 at room temperature, with 
particle sizes of 892 nm after 24 hours and 786 nm after three months. During 
centrifugation, thaw-freezing, and thermal stability testing, the formulation remained 
stable and single-phase (for three months). After 6 hours, 39.37% of the free morin was 
released The drug was released at a high rate for the first 15 minutes. The formulation 
has a MIC of 1.25 µg/mL against Staphylococcus epidermis. 
Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, the prepared formulation has 
antibacterial activity. So, it can be a suitable candidate for an effective medicinal 
product after the relevant clinical tests used in patients with acne.
