هدف: و  از    زمینه  استفاده  روش  دو  در  تخمدان  تحریک  پاسخ  مقایسه  هدف  با  پژوهش  )   FSHاین 
Follicular stimulating hormone ) طوالنی اثر (Elonva ) و رژیم درمانی روتین(FSH  )نوترکیب 
 گردید.  1400در سال ناباروری نجمیه  مرکز  مراجعه کننده به اهدا کنندگان تخمکدر 
اهدا  جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش  بود نوع کوهورت گذشته نگراین پژوهش یک مطالعه از  مواد و روش ها:
بود که از میان این  1400شهر کرمان سال  نجمیه ناباروری کلینیک  مراجعه کننده به  کنندگان تخمک
و گروه   Elonva، آمپول دریافتافراد در گروه شدند. با نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب نفر  40افراد تعداد 
دو در   یکول، تعداد تخمک و  مدت زمان تحریکتعداد فول از نظر مصرف کردند  شاهد )رژیم آنتاگونیست(
 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.  spssنرم افزار و با مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند گروه 
 ( = p 041/0تعداد فولیکول ها )  ، ( = p 007/0) نتایج نشان داد که بین مدت زمان تخمک گذاری  یافته ها:
 بین دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تفاوت آماری معناداری وجود داشت.  (  p 017/0تعداد اووسیت ها ) و
اد فولیکول ها  تعد بر مدت زمان تخمک گذاری و که   Elonvaبا توجه به نتایج استفاده از  گیری:نتیجه 
رابه دلیل تعداد تزریق کمتر و کاهش  Elonvaتاثیر گذار می باشد. می توان استفاده از  تعداد اووسیت ها
 بار روانی و پیگیری کمتر پیشنهاد داد.

Abstract 
Background and aim: The aim of this study was to compare the response of ovarian 
stimulation in two methods of using long-acting FSH (Elonva) and routine treatment regimen 
in egg donors referred to the infertility ward of Najmiyeh in 1400. 
Materials and Methods: This study was historical cohort. The statistical population of this 
study was all egg donors referred to the infertility clinic of Najmiyeh in Kerman in 1400, of 
which 40 were available by available sampling. Were selected. Subjects in the group received 
Elonva ampules and the control group (antagonist regimen). Then the number of follicles, 
number of eggs and fertility of the two groups were recorded and analyzed by software. 
Results: The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the 
duration of ovulation (p = 0.007), the number of follicles (p = 0.041) and the number of oocytes 
(p = 0.017) between the intervention and control groups. 
Conclusion: According to the results of using Elonva, it affects the duration of ovulation and 
the number of follicles, the number of oocytes, the total number of embryos, clinical pregnancy 
and abortion. The use of Elonva can be recommended due to the lower number of injections 
and the reduction of psychological load and less follow-up.
