 چکیده:
 زمینه و هدف :
.هدف از انجام این مطالعه در امر مراقبت و درمان خواهد شد  یباعث جلب مشارکت و ماریب یمند تیرضا
ارزیابی وضعیت اقتصادی اجتماعی بر میزان رضایت از خدمات دندانپزشکی در بیماران مراجعه کننده به مراکز 
 بوده است. 1400بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان شهر بابک در سال 
  روش کار:
شهرستان  یدرمان یمراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشت مارانیدر بین مطالعه از نوع مقطعی توصیفی بود که روی ا
شده بودند ،انجام شد.ابزار جمع   که بصورت روش نمونه گیری دومرحله ای انتخاب  1400شهر بابک در سال 
اوری اطالعات پرسشنامه شامل اطالعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه ی استاندارد رضایت از خدمات دندانپزشکی 
و با تستهای تی   SPSSسوال  بوده است.داده ها وارد کامپیوتر شده و در نرم افزار آماری  18شامل 
،ANOVA  تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. 0.05و رگرسیون خطی در سطح معنی داری 
 یافته ها :
( خانم بودند.میانگین سنی افراد  %53.5نفر )  69بیمار شرکت کردند.از این تعداد  129در این مطالعه 
میزان بودند.  دیپلم تحصیالت دارای( %38.8) نفر 50 افراد بیشتر سواد وضعیت نظر از. بود سال 14.63±37.62
مربوط به  حیطه  موجود  رضایت مربوط به حیطه هزینه و بیشترین میزان بود.کمترین میزان %63.22رضایت 
بودن خدمات دندانپزشکی بود.بین وضعیت تاهل با رضایت از هزینه ها ارتباط آماری معنی دار بود.بین 
 متغیرهای دموگرافیک با میزان رضایت کلی ارتباط آماری معنی دار مشاهده نشد.
 نتیجه گیری :
 %63.22مطالعه نشان داد که میزان رضایت از خدمات دندانپزشکی در شهرستان شهر بابک یافته های این 
است.بین متغیرهای دموگرافیک با میزان رضایت ارتباط آماری مشاهده نشد.کمترین رضایت مربوط به حیطه  
وضعیت تاهل با مربوط به  حیطه  موجود بودن خدمات دندانپزشکی بود.بین رضایت  هزینه ها و بیشترین میزان 
 رضایت از هزینه ها ارتباط آماری معنی دار بود.

Introduction:  
Patient satisfaction is one of the important goals of treatment-related organizations and a 
means to increase patient commitment. Satisfaction will attract patients' participation in 
treatment and is a key indicator related to the efficiency of the organization. The purpose of 
this study was to evaluate the  socio-economic factors on  patients’ satisfaction  in dental  
care centers (Shahr Babak 2022) 
Methods: 
 This descriptive-analytical and cross-sectional study was performed on 129  patients referred 
to Shahr-Babak  treatment centers who were selected by two-stage systematic method. Data 
collection tools, questionnaire including demographic information (age, sex, level of 
education, occupation, economic status, oral health assessment, last dental visit and reason 
for referral) and standard questionnaire on dental patients satisfaction including 18 questions 
in the areas of clinical quality, Quality of service , ease and availability of services, pain and 
discomfort during treatment, dentists' responsibility, cost and accessibility. Data were 
analyzed by SPSS21 software using t-test, ANOVA and linear regression at a significant 
level of 0.05. 
Results: 
 In this study, 53.5% were female and the rest were male and most of the respondents 
(38.8%)had a diploma degree. The mean age of the subjects in this study was 37.62 ± 14.63 
years. Satisfaction rate was 63.22%. The lowest level of satisfaction was related to cost and 
the highest level was related to the availability of dental services. There was a statistically 
significant relationship between marital status and satisfaction with costs. There was no 
significant correlation between demographic variables and total satisfaction.  
Conclusion:  
The results of this study showed the patient satisfaction was 63.22% . considering that patient 
satisfaction is an important indicator for assessment of the health care system, further studies 
in different private and public dental centers are recommended.
