 ر کادر درمان و به خصوص دانشجویان پزشکی در زمینه بالیا و همه گیری هایی نظیزمینه و هدف: 
 COVID-19 رمان شاغل در بیمارستان بر آن شدیم تا مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان آگاهی و آمادگی کادر د
 نسبت به کار داوطلبانه در بالیا انجام دهیم.
انشگاه علوم نفر از افراد کادر درمان و دانشجویان پزشکی د 133مقطعی،  مطالعه این در  ها:مواد و روش
متغیرهای سن، جنس، رشته تحصیلی، مقطع مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.  1400کرمان در سال  پزشکی
تجربه فرد  مدت زمان تجربه کاری فرد در بیمارستان، میزانتحصیلی، سال ورودی، نقش فرد در بیمارستان، 
نسبت به کار  مانمیزان کادر در ، موانع ایجادمیزان خطر فردی کار داوطلبانهدر زمینه کارهای داوطلبانه، 
نسخه  SPSSفزار ا نرم با وهای آمار توصیفی ها از روشداده ثبت شد. بعد از جمع آوری ایداوطلبانه در بال
 استفاده شد.برای تجزیه و تحلیل  20
بیماری در  نفر مهمترین عامل گسترش 105بیشتر افراد مورد بررسی، تماس نزدیک با فرد مبتال  ها:یافته
نفر  43ه اند. %( مهمترین عامل پیشگیری بیماری در نظر گرفت 2/84نفر ) 112اند و واکسیناسیون نظر گرفته

ایران مایل  می توان نتیجه گرفت، بسیاری از دانشجویان پزشکی در با توجه به نتایج مطالعه گیری:نتیجه
ر کردن که سالم داوطلب شوند. در صورت داوطلب شدن اظهار نظ COVID-19بودند در طول همه گیری 
  باشند و توان انجام کار را داشته باشند و پروتکشن های مورد نیاز را داشته باشند.

Abstract 
Background and aim: The medical staff, especially medical students in the field of disasters 
and epidemics such as COVID-19, decided to conduct a study to determine the level of 
awareness and readiness of medical staff working in hospitals to work voluntarily in disasters. 
Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 133 medical staff and medical students 
of Kerman University of Medical Sciences in 1400 were studied. Variables of age, sex, field 
of study, degree, year of admission, role of the person in the hospital, duration of work 
experience in the hospital, level of experience in volunteering, level of personal risk of 
volunteering, barriers to volunteering compared to volunteering Recorded in disasters. After 
data collection, descriptive statistics methods were used for analysis with SPSS software 
version 20. 
Results: Most of the subjects considered close contact with the infected person as the most 
important factor in the spread of the disease and vaccination of 112 people (84.2%) as the most 
important factor in preventing the disease. 43 people to volunteer to comment that they are 
healthy and able to do the job and have the necessary protections. Twenty-three people selected 
to volunteer at the hospital staff support department. 24 people chose to help their neighbors to 
volunteer in the community. To encourage volunteering during the epidemic, 60 people opted 
for access to scarce health care resources. 
Conclusion: According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that many medical 
students in Iran wanted to volunteer during the COVID-19 epidemic. If you volunteer, 
comment that you are healthy and able to do the job and have the necessary protections.
