    Regenerative medicine and platelet rich platelet plasma therapy in NSSU clinic : clinical experience

    PRP therapy is one of the biologics that uses the tissue repair and anti-inflammatory effects of many growth factors and cytokines by locally injecting platelets obtained by autologous peripheral blood aspiration. We investigated the actual data on regenerative medicine and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy at the Nippon Sport and Science University Clinic. The study subjects were 1120 patients who visited the clinic and underwent PRP therapy from February 2020, when PRP was initiated, to December 2022. PRP was administered intra-articularly in 670 patients (61%) and extra-articularly in 450 patients (39%). The type of PRP was ACP in 1050 patients and PFC-FD in 70 patients. The details of the patients were as follows: 574 males and 546 females, 800 general, 157 university students, 63 professionals, 58 high school students, 21 businessmen, and 21 junior high school students. By the site of PRP injection, the knee joint accounted for 69%, elbow joint 10%, thigh 5.4%, and ankle 5.4%, in that order. By injury type, arthritis and chondritis were common in 59.7%, tendonitis in 11.8%, muscle injury in 7.1%, and ligament injury in 15.2%, in that order. The experience and good results of PRP treatment at our clinic suggest that PRP therapy is a safe and effective treatment method for muscle, ligament, and tendon injuries and intra-articular diseases and that it may allow patients to return to sports earlier than would be possible through natural processes.PRP 療法は,自己末梢血を遠心分離して得られる血小板を局所に投与することで,多数の成長因子やサイトカインによる組織修復作用や抗炎症作用を使用したBiologics の一つである。日本体育大学クリニックにおける再生医療・多血小板血漿(以下PRP)療法の実態についてについて分析を行った。 調査対象は,PRP を開始した2020 年2 月から2022 年12 月までに当院に来院しPRP 療法を行ったのべ1120 名とした。PRP の投与部位は,関節内670 例(61%),関節外450 例(39%)であった。PRP の種類はACP 1050 名,PFC-FD 70 名だった。患者の詳細は,男性574 名と女性546 名,一般800 名,大学生157 名,プロ63 名,高校生58 名,実業団21 名,中学生21 名であった。PRP 投与部位別では,膝関節69%,肘関節10%,大腿部5.4%,足関節5.4%の順で多かった。損傷タイプ別では,関節炎・軟骨炎が59.7%,腱炎11.8%,筋損傷7.1%,靭帯損傷15.2%の順で多かった。学内のみならず学外の患者が多くを占めていた。当院におけるPRP の治療経験と良好な成績から筋肉・靱帯・腱損傷・関節内疾患に対しPRP 療法は安全かつ有効な治療法であり,自然経過より早期スポーツ復帰ができる可能性が示唆された。研究資料departmental bulletin pape

    Considering the use of the standard motion model of driver swing for the instruction of novice and intermediate golfers : in case of one experienced golf instructor

    Most of motion models of driver swing in golf are adopted from those of some skilled or elite golfers and there have been no standard or basic swing motion applicable to novice and intermediate golfers. By assuming that one experienced golf instructor would use the stick pictures of the standard motion model of driver swing (Ae et al., 2021) in his virtual instruction for novice and intermediate golfers, we attempted to describe his remarks, points to note and verbal expressions which he would use in teaching. The findings obtained were as follows. 1) Indicating eight points of movement division for the stick pictures of the standard motion model allowed the instructor to describe his remarks, points to note, feeling of force exertion, and verbal expressions in his teaching of novice and intermediate golfers. 2) Based on the comments of the instructor, the stick pictures of the standard motion model created by Ae et al. (2021) seemed to be appropriate for teaching novice and intermediate golfers as a model or tool, but it would seem to be insufficient for high-skilled or elite golfers. 3) In real instruction even with the stick pictures of the standard motion model of golf swing, instructors should appropriately teach to novice and intermediate golfers some essential factors of golf swing such as feeling of force exertion in grip, a sequence of motion flow from address to follow-through of swing, because the standard motion model cited in this study cannot cover these factors.ゴルフのドライバースイングのモデルの大部分は,熟練ゴルファーか一流ゴルファーによるもので,初・中級者に適用可能なスイング動作の標準的あるいは基礎的なモデルはなかた。ドライバースイングの標準動作モデル(阿江ら,2021)のスティックピクチャーを初・中級者の指導に用いると仮定して,1名の経験豊かな大学ゴルフ指導者から標準動作モデルのスイングに関する見解,指導上の留意点,指導で用いる言語表現などを記述することを試みた。その結果,以下のことがわかった。 1)ドライバースイングの標準動作モデルのスティックピクチャーを8つの動作区分点について示すことによって,標準動作モデルのスイングに関する見解,指導上の留意点,力加減,言語表現などを記述することができた。 2)対象指導者のコメントから,阿江ら(2021)による標準動作モデルのスティックピクチャーは,初・中級者にスイング動作の指導におけるモデルあるいはツールとして利用できるが,上級者や一流ゴルファーの指導には不十分であると考えられた。 3)初・中級者の実際の指導では,標準動作モデルのスティックピクチャーを用いる場合でも,グリップの力加減や力の発揮の感じ,アドレスの取り方からフォロースルーまでの一連の流れのようなゴルフスイングの重要な要素を指導者が適切に指導する必要がある。研究資料departmental bulletin pape

    The effects of difference in swimming ability on muscle hardness after long-distance swimming in the sea

    [Aims] The purpose of this study was examined the effects of difference in swimming ability on muscle hardness after long-distance swimming in the sea. [Methods] 32 subjects (instructor group (n=8), advanced group (group A, n=9), intermittent group (Group B, n=9) and beginner group (Group C, n=6)) participated in this study. All subjects voluntarily gave written informed consent to participate in this study. The research was held from the first half of July in Iwai Beach. We measured the muscle hardness in muscles (trapezius muscle and vastus lateralis muscle in both dominant and non-dominant) at before and after long-distance swimming. The swimming distance, time and water temperature were also measured during long-distance swimming. [Results] The swimming distance of the 3 groups was about 1 km, the time was about 50 minutes, and the water temperature during the long-distance swimming was in the range of 23.7 to 24.5°C. There was the significantly higher in muscle hardness of trapezius muscles in all groups after long-distance swimming (before, average 57.9~61.3, after average 63.3~64.8). The muscle hardness of vastus laterals muscle after long-distance swimming showed the significant increase (before, average 53.9~56.4, after average 58.8~60.4) in group A, B and C. However, that of instructor group was no changed. [Conclusions] Our results suggested that, in the breaststroke of the sea, the muscle hardness of trapezius muscles increased to always keep the head above the surface of the sea water. And, the increase in muscle hardness of vastus lateralis muscles after long-distance swimming may be related to the level of swimming ability.【目的】本研究は,海での遠泳前後における筋硬度への影響(変化)を明らかにし,泳能力の違いが及ぼす影響について検討することを目的とした。【方法】対象は遠泳に参加した補助指導員(8 名)及びグループ毎の実習生24 名(Group A;9 名,Group B;9 名及びGroup C;6 名)である。調査項目は,①遠泳前後における筋硬度,②グループ毎の遠泳距離及び時間,③遠泳当日の環境条件等である。【結果】遠泳時における環境条件は,天候は「晴れ」,WBGT では25.6 ~ 28.8°C,水温は平均23.7 ~24.5°C の範囲であった。Group A,B の遠泳距離は1 km 以上,時間も50 分程度,平均速度は25 m/min前後であった。一方,Group C では,いずれの項目も低値であった。肩部の筋硬度では,遠泳前(平均57.9 ~ 61.3)に比べ遠泳後(平均63.3 ~64.8)において有意な増加(p<0.05)を示していた。脚筋群のそれは,肩部とは異なりGroup A, B 及びC において有意な増加(前, 平均53.9 ~ 56.4,後, 平均58.8 ~60.4)(p<0.05)が認められたものの,補助指導員に有意な変化(増加)は認められなかった。【まとめ】海での「平泳ぎ」は,常に頭を海面上に保ちながら泳ぎ続けるため,肩部の筋硬度は高まると思われる。一方,遠泳後における脚筋群の筋硬度の増加は,泳能力の高低が関与する可能性が示唆された。研究資料departmental bulletin pape

    A study of determinants leading to employment in career outside of specialties in university of childcare training students : focusing on the learning experience in university and childcare training experience in nursery

    Nowadays, childcare and childcare with a declining birthrate has become a social problem for childcare workers. In order to find a way to solve the shortage of childcare workers, research on childcare worker turnover and surveys of potential childcare workers were conducted, and the factors behind the turnover were clarified. Among them, as a means to solve the shortage of childcare workers, it was considered not only to prevent job turnover but also to increase the employment rate of childcare training students. However, among the childcare training students, little research has been done on the actual situation of students who find employment in a career outside of their specialties and the factors that determine the place of employment. In addition, there are no studies on regarding the influence of learning experience in childcare training course on employment decisions. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to clarify the background of consciousness and the factors for deciding where to work, what kind of learning experience in university and childcare training experience in nursery led childcare training students choose a career outside of their specialties. An interview survey was conducted with students who are planning to obtain a kindergarten teacher’s license and a childcare worker qualification at a childcare training course and who are planning to work in a career outside their specialties. As a result, it was found that some students feel that the learning experience in university can be utilized for any employment. It was also revealed that although they felt positive about their childcare training experience in nursery, it became clear they did not choose a career of their specialties.近年,少子化の中にあっても保育ニーズは増えており,保育者不足が大きな社会問題になっている。保育者不足を解消する手立てを模索するために,保育者の離職に関する研究や潜在保育者への調査が進められ,離職の要因は明らかにされてきた。その中で,保育者不足を解消するための手立てには離職を防ぐほかに,保育者養成校の学生の保育職への就職率を上げることが考えられる。しかし,保育者養成校を卒業する学生の中で,保育職に就職をせず一般職に就職する学生の実態や就職先決定要因についてはほとんど研究がなされてこなかった。また,保育者養成校の授業での経験が就職先決定に及ぼす影響についての研究も見当たらない。そこで本研究は,4年制保育者養成校に在籍する保育学生が,授業や実習での経験をどのように捉えて,一般職への就職を決定するのか,その意識の背景や就職先決定の要因を明らかにすることを目的とした。対象は,保育者養成校で幼稚園教諭免許状および保育士資格を取得予定の卒業予定者で,一般職に就職予定の学生へインタビュー調査を実施した。結果,一般職への就職を決めた学生の中には,授業を経験することによってやりたいことが明確となり,保育職以外の分野へ興味を深めることになった学生もいることが分かった。また,実習経験については,経験をポジティブに捉えていたにもかかわらず,保育職への就職に至っていないことも明らかになった。原著論文departmental bulletin pape
