Peculiarities of religious and secular views on upbringing and moral development
This article analyzes two approaches to the educational process: postsecular, based
on John Dewey’s educational project, and religious, based on Sergei Rachinsky’s
peasant school project, which was based on the principle of Christian love. The
need to analyze these approaches stems from the global challenges that call for a rethinking
of the philosophical foundations of contemporary education, which until
recently was understood as a “marketplace of educational services”, where all pedagogical
approaches and practices are in demand, while the achievements of educational creativity are losing their most important and essential element — human
personality development. The secularization tendency leads to haphazardness and
randomness in organizing both the educational process and the implementation of
pedagogical training, because the processes are in fact dependent on momentary
and transient historical, political, cultural, and other circumstances. As a result, an
important property of contemporary science is pointed out, which determines the
one-sidedness of any purely secular approach to educational problems. This quality
is manifested in the fact that contemporary science urgently needs such an integrated
discipline as theology, which would unify the diverse achievements of secular
science on the basis of traditional values. The article was prepared with the support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research,
project no. 21-011-44224 “Factors of formation of socio-cultural identity of students in the conditions
of poly-confessionality: Theological and psychological-pedagogical approaches”
Digital transformation of the investigation process as an objective reality
The article examines the implementation of one of the main trends of the IV information revolution,
the digital transformation of society, in law enforcement. By comparing the categories
of “digitalization” and “digital transformation”, the conclusion is justified that digitalisation of
investigation is only an element, a condition of digital transformation. The approach of various
authors to the need for digitalisation and the essence of digitalisation are analysed. The
independent importance of the category “digital transformation of the investigation process”
is justified. It is stated that an “ideological” basis of the digital transformation of the investigation
process should be a unified private theory, and the theory of electronic digital forensics
developed by the author is offered. The analysis of the influence of digital transformation on
crime prediction is marked by the growing importance of Big Data analysis. The impact of
digital transformation on forensic thinking and algorithmic investigation is analysed. It is
stated that new concepts developing within the framework of digital transformation contribute
to development of program specific aides to inductive-deductive activity of an investigator,
as well as prognostic methods of investigation. Considering the concept of cyber-investigator
and appreciating the idea of robotization of some aspects of investigative activity we come to a
conclusion that until full-scale development of artificial intelligence, at least equal to human, it
will be only an auxiliary tool or “remote hands” of human investigator. As a result of the study,
the main tasks of law enforcers, scientists and the main vectors of development of the digital
transformation are identified

The verification of regional capital mobility in the Russian Federation: A spatial econometric approach
In many cases the perfect capital mobility hypothesis is used by default. Therefore, if we follow
this idea there should not be any connection between internal savings and investments in a country
or at least this connection must be not significant. But some of empirical research demonstrate
opposite results. In economic literature this concept is well-known as the “Feldstein — Horioka
Puzzle”. Considering the relative lack of studies concerning this theme on the regional level, it
seems quite perspective to research the hypothesis from the mesoeconomical point of view. So,
the central aim of this article is the verification of regional capital mobility in the Russian Federation,
following the logics of the Feldstein — Horioka Puzzle. The main peculiarity of the paper
is based on the application a spatial econometric approach. The authors use SLX (spatial lag of X
model) and SDM (spatial Durbin model) models to achieve the aim. As the result it was found out
that there is almost perfect capital mobility situation on the regional level in the Russian Federation.
Hereby the Feldstein — Horioka Puzzle was rejected. Along with it several significant direct
and indirect effects were established (for instance, reinforced interaction between geographical
neighbors-region, absent of capital flow from some regions and other). The results can be used for
the consideration of relatively more efficient regional government policy
Leo Tolstoy’s Christian anarchism: Towards a political theology
The article specifies the characteristics of Christian Anarchism as applied to the religious
teaching of Lev Tolstoy. An attempt is made to overcome the political stereotype of his perception as an anarchist, but to consider it’s in the context of Political Theology. The article
calls into question the legitimacy of considering his religious teachings in the unambiguous
political discourse of Anarchism. If the concept of Christian Anarchism is a special kind of
theoretical and ideological oxymoron of “religious politics”, then Tolstoy’s teaching is considered
as a manifestation of his subjectivism, aimed at simultaneously overcoming the personal,
animal element in man and reaching an impersonal universal spiritual principle, without any
external restrictions. Freedom, as the most important category of his worldview, is presented
rather in the form of religious monarchism — submission to the Divine will and life according
to Christ, and not in the form of radical Anarchism. Political Theology is considered as a
conscious non-participation of individual in politics — that is, refusal to stay in state structures
such as courts, army, police, etc., — is the religious-subjective, peaceful destruction of
the system, according to Tolstoy. On this path, he went much further than his Enlightenment
teachers with their theories of social contracts, creating a model of not struggle, not reconciliation,
not an agreement, but retirement from the state in the form of non-participation in its
violence and atrocities. But all this is worth doing — not rebelling anarchically, not for the
sake of oneself or social justice, but completely obeying the Divine will, which is a religious
modification of the Kantian ethical imperative in Tolstoy’s teachings. Chertkov has named this
teaching as model of theocratic monarchism. This article was supported by a grant from the Russian Science Foundation no. 19-18-00100,

Dynamics of Three Coupled Generators of Quasi-periodic Oscillations
The dynamics of three coupled generators capable of demonstrating autonomous quasi-periodic oscillations is studied. The complex structure of the Lyapunov charts of the system is discussed, which reveals invariant tori of different dimensions, quasi-periodic bifurcations of tori, and Arnold’s resonant web based on tori of different dimensions. Cases of different types of tuning of individual generators (periodic oscillations, quasi-periodic oscillations) are considered. A detailed numerical bifurcation analysis of the equilibrium state and limit cycles, which form a complex picture of dynamic regimes, is carried out.Common features and differences compared to the case of three coupled van der Pol oscillators are discussed. This work was supported by the Russian Science
