Postępująca cywilizacja niesie za sobą wiele udogodnień, z których bardzo chętnie korzystamy unikając nawet zwykłego codziennego ruchu. Celem przeprowadzonych badań była próba zebrania i przedstawienia opinii respondentów na nurtujące autorów tematy związane z formą spędzania wolnego czasu, jaką jest Nordic Walking oraz jak często podejmują oni aktywność fizyczną i co jest dla nich priorytetem w utrzymaniu zdrowia.More and more, both in Poland and in the world is said to promote healthy lifestyles and physical activity practiced more for health than competitive sports. Today's life is full of hustle and work-related stress or urge to succeed. The progressive civilization brings a lot of amenities, which are very willing to use even avoiding normal daily traffic. Hydromorphological conditions of the Lower Vistula in the development of navigation and hydropower
Get PDFThe article presents general principles of development of the Lower Vistula (dolna Wisła) channel in the Holocene period, with a particular emphasis on the unintentional human interference in the fluvial processes associated with deforestation and cultivation of cereals and root crops. It also characterises the basic hydraulic engineering works in the form of construction of embankments, adjustment of bed and construction of the barrage Włocławek as factors of deliberate human interference and their impact on changes channel. The article characterises morphological and morphodynamic conditions of the basic bed forms, i.e. sandy and gravel bars and pools determining the possibility of river transport, its development in time and space (depth of navigable route). Perspectives of multi-directional hydraulic development are presented, including the main cascade developments of the Lower Vistula (dolna Wisła). The article presents the opportunities for a comprehensive use of the waterway, which forms route E40 in the section of the Lower Vistula (dolna Wisła), taking into account sustainable development and compensation in the form of restoration of the valley bottom

No full textW rozwoju polskiej bankowości spółdzielczej zaznaczyły się Kasy Oszczędnościowo-Kredytowe (SKOK), które niczym nie różnią się pod względem ekonomicznym od banków spółdzielczych. Pomimo prowadzenia działalności podobnej do działalności bankowej, działalność SKOK-ów nie była jednak nadzorowana przez państwo polskie, które sprawuje kontrolę i nadzór nad działalnością bankową. Dla kas spółdzielczych maksymalizacja dochodów za wszelką cenę nigdy nie była najważniejsza. Zawsze zwracana była uwaga na aspekt społeczny podejmowanych działań, gdzie zysk nie powinien być ważniejszy od ludzi. W świetle nowej ustawy o SKOK, w ich perspektywach funkcjonowania, otwierają się szersze pola działania, w tym możliwości obsługiwania podmiotów z tzw. trzeciego
sektora, zwłaszcza takich jak instytucje. Nowe zasady nadzoru przyczynią się do wzmocnienia stabilności systemu SKOK, ale wymagają umocowania w przepisach wykonawczych. Szereg nowych zapisów w procesie wdrażania nowych regulacji prawnych, może jednak dyskryminować kasy w stosunku do banków.In the development of the Polish cooperative banking system cooperative savings and credit unions (CSCU) stand out even though they are economically indistinguishable from cooperative banks. Despite the fact that CSCUs run the activities similar to ones performed by banks, the activities of CSCUs were not supervised by public authorities that exercise control and supervision over the banking operations. Maximizing profits at any cost has never been of utmost importance to cooperative unions. Just the opposite, social implications of undertaken actions have always been taken into consideration, since people’s interests should never be overshadowed by the pursuit of profit-making. New statutory regulations pertaining to CSCUs provide a wide framework for their activities, including the servicing the entities belonging to the so-called third sector, especially the institutions. The new rules on supervision shall contribute to the strengthening of the stability of the CSCU-system, however they call for being firmed up by adopting some executive regulations. However, many of new executive provisions implementing the statutory regulations may have a discriminatory effect on credit unions by putting banks in an advantageous position

The theoretical goal of the article is to indicate the current analyzes of verbal, non-verbal, social and political communication.
