Get PDFIdentity shaping assumes various types of references, discloses the character of connections which join “subject” with something different, with itself, something that “subject” turns to, in order to concretize the way of understanding itself and others. This process does not proceed peaceably, it is interfered by individual impulses as well as unexpected, unforeseeable internal and external occurrences. They penetrate the existence of the subject and demand an explanation, the attitude towards them, and frequently reformulate the whole foregoing individual being. One of the situations, which is of particular importance to the process of self-understanding, is the situation of denial, understood as a loss of relation based on closeness, intimacy. In the pre-war works of Maria Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska loneliness of the subject, resulting from being deserted by a beloved, was very often an object of imagery. Nevertheless, this situation is clearly concretized by a poem called Paris, set in poetic collection of the same title. The picture of the capital of France, pointed out topographic details emphasize an intensive immersion in the experience of loneliness, helplessness, self-concentration. Subjectively characterized perception of the metropolis introduces kaleidoscopic variability, prevalence of the motif of the night, balancing on the edge of visibility, which by emphasizing subjective impression, accents the reaction against the refusal of closeness and, through painful experience, searching for reduction of relations with the outside world.Projekt Operacyjny Polska Cyfrowa POPC.02.03.01-00-0039/1

market and, thus, the professional activity of employees. One of the greatest challenges faced by
the job market comes from demographic changes. One shall, in that context, pay a special attention
to the process of aging of the societies intensifying for many years.
Despite the fact that on the Polish job market there is observed, as far as demand is concerned,
unwillingness to the employment of people ages 50 plus, actions, projects and initiatives to encourage
and to promote their professional activity are more and more frequent. However, to
mobilise the potential of older people to offer a strategic solution to the problem of decreasing
labour force resources, one must enhance the working conditions and adapt them to the health
conditions and the needs of that population as well as provide a better access to training and
lifelong education as well as the diagnostics of the social benefits and taxation systems.Istnieje duża różnorodność zjawisk mających wpływ na funkcjonowanie współczesnego rynku
pracy, a co za tym idzie na aktywność zawodową pracowników. Jedno z największych wyzwań
dotyczących rynku pracy wiąże się ze zmianami demograficznymi. Należałoby w tym kontekście
zwrócić szczególną uwagę na nasilający się od wielu lat proces starzenia się społeczeństw.
Pomimo iż na polskim rynku pracy obserwuje się po stronie popytu niechęć do zatrudniania
osób starszych, to coraz częściej pojawiają się działania, projekty oraz inicjatywy, które mają na
celu zachęcanie i promowanie aktywności zawodowej tych osób. Jednakże mobilizacja potencjału
starszych pracowników, która może stanowić strategiczne rozwiązanie dla problemu kurczących
się zasobów siły roboczej, wymaga poprawy warunków pracy i ich przystosowania do
stanu zdrowia i potrzeb tej populacji, a także lepszego dostępu do szkoleń i edukacji całożyciowej
oraz diagnostyki systemu świadczeń i systemów podatkowych

No full textThrough a dozen or so recent years there has been a noticeable increasing tendency in temporary employment rate. Employment agencies, accounted for their effectiveness, are playing more and more significant role in the improvement of the situation on the job market. The number of employers users who want to use their services, and as a consequence, the number of temporary employees, too. Therefore, the question about the status of employment agencies which provide services in the field of temporary work seems to be quite essential, especially in the interest of temporary employees.
In the conclusion of the above reflections, the author assumes that the sensu largo employer
in temporary employment is an employment agency which provides services in the field of temporary work. This means that such an agency uses rights and performs duties ascribed to an employer in relation to an individual temporary employee bound with it by an employment contract as well as in relation to other entities, e.g. a country, a union organisation, an employer user. However, the status of a sensu stricto employer (in a functional term) should be ascribed to an employer user. Above all he decides about time and organisation of work, way of performance and executes observing labour safety and hygiene regulations. This subordination of a temporary employee to an employer of a user appears ex natura in a sense. This results from the nature of this form of employment, a temporary employee performs temporary work exclusively in favour of an employer user after all
