Voivodship Marshal as a Creditor and Enforcement Authority of Monetary Claims
No full textThe amendment of the Act on Protection of Forest and Agricultural Lands of 3 February1995
gave rise to disputes over authority between heads of the district and voivodship
marshals. The reason for these disputes is the absence of precise legal regulations that
would clearly indicate the authority competent to recover any overdue or running debts
and annual fees related to the exclusion of agricultural land from production. The article
discusses problems related to the assignment of tasks of the creditor and the enforcement
authority of claims to the voivodship marshals derived from income related to the exclusion
of agricultural lands from production.W związku ze zmianą ustawy z dnia 3 lutego 1995 r. o ochronie gruntów leśnych
i rolnych 1 stycznia 2011 r. rozpoczęły się spory kompetencyjne pomiędzy starostami
a marszałkami województw w związku z brakiem precyzyjnej regulacji prawnej, która w sposób jednoznaczny wskazywałaby organ właściwy do windykacji zaległych i bieżących
należności i opłat rocznych związanych z wyłączeniem gruntów rolnych z produkcji.
Opracowanie poświęcone jest problemom związanym z powierzeniem marszałkowi

Postgraduate studies as the crowning point of contemporary adults’ education
No full textPostgraduate studies are a form of education which is different from tertiary
and doctoral studies, and which is designed for the candidates who graduated
from college, at the very least. The popularity of this form of studies has been
constantly growing in Poland. In the presented article, a thesis was formed that
these studies are a crowning point of contemporary adult’s education. A postulate
was formulated as well that these studies need constant development – if not in
every profession and specialities that a given country has created in its economics
and social life, then at least in the fields and branches that are fundamental to the
country’s economics and social life.Studia podyplomowe to odmienna niż studia wyższe i studia doktoranckie
forma kształcenia, przeznaczona dla kandydatów posiadających kwalifikacje co
najmniej pierwszego stopnia. Ich popularność w Polsce ciągle wzrasta. W prezentowanym
artykule przyjęto tezę, iż stanowią one ukoronowanie współczesnej
edukacji dorosłych. Sformułowano również postulat, iż studia te należy nadal
intensywnie rozwijać – jeżeli nie we wszystkich zawodach i specjalnościach wykreowanych
w gospodarce i życiu społecznym kraju, to przynajmniej w kluczowych
dla gospodarki i życia społecznego kraju branżach i resortach

Moral panic in the context of the condition of Polish families An introduction to the research of the press reports devoted to divorce
No full textThe article is an attempt to show the emotional layer of press reports devoted to the condition of the Polish
family. On the example of divorce an attempt to look at the increasingly popular “family crisis” construct from
the perspective of moral panic was made. The empirical material consists of the titles of articles that appeared
on the pages of selected journals in 2010-2015. The qualitative and quantitative content analysis has been
made. The study has been embedded in the critical paradigm. The presentation of the results is preceded by
an introduction to the phenomenon of divorce in Poland and an overview of the theoretical heritage of sociology
of emotions, with particular emphasis on the construct of moral panic.Artykuł stanowi próbę ukazania warstwy emocjonalnej doniesień prasowych poświęconych kondycji polskiej
rodziny. Na przykładzie rozwodu podjęto próbę spojrzenia na coraz bardziej popularny w kręgach naukowych
konstrukt „kryzysu rodziny” z perspektywy paniki moralnej. Materiał empiryczny stanowią tytuły artykułów,
które ukazały się na łamach wybranych czasopism w latach 2010-2015. Dokonano jakościowej analizy treści
oraz analizy ilościowej. Badania osadzone zostały w paradygmacie krytycznym. Prezentację wyników poprzedza
wprowadzenie do zjawiska rozwodów w Polsce oraz przegląd teoretycznego dorobku socjologii emocji,

A model of developing refl exivity in early school education teachers-to-be - the principles, core, motives for construction, and lending it a practical dimension
Get PDFThe aim of the article is to present an original model of developing reflexivity in reference to educational events. The Department of Didactics and Studies in the Culture of Education lends the model a practical dimension in working with early school education teachers-to-be during the Reflexive Teacher Workshops course. The inspiration for creating (and sustaining) the model is a carried out under the direction of prof. Ewa Filipiak, Ph.D and is a research project concerning reflection in reference to educational events taken up by early school education teachers. The article indicates three concepts: (1) critical events in teaching by D. Tripp, (2) the reflexive practitioner by D.A. Schön and (3) mindfulness and mindlessness by E.J. Langer, all of which constitute a theoretical background for the model. The paper also presents an adopted understanding of reflexivity and reflection. Moreover, the paper considers the motives for using the model while working with teachers-to-be. Therefore, it discusses the value of being and becoming a reflexive teacher, as well as characteristic features of a reflexive practitioner and their significance for working with students
The students recreational profile - based on chosen parameters of physical fitness on the example of the Kazimierz Wielki University
Get PDFObjective: One of the problems of the young generation of Polish youth affecting in the future on human health, is low physical activity. This also applies to student youth, which, apart from the obligatory PE take only a little part in recreational physical fitness. In the present study we tested physical fitness of students at the Kazimierz Wielki in selected sports sections and try to create a student profile sports recreation on the basis of the results obtained. Material and Methods: The study contained: physical fitness, BMI and body fat, were carried out in the years 2013/2015, for men recreational exercisers basketball, football and judo. The results were compared with a group of non-exercisers recreation. The material was developed using Excel 2007 version of the program. Results: It show the significant differences between the physical fitness of students training in sports sections, and students leading a settled life. It was also demonstrated significant differences in some of the results of physical fitness, BMI, and fat tissue, between students from various forms of physical recreation. Conclusions: The students physical activity performed in a variety of ways improve physical fitness which can be arranged in a characteristic profile of the student recreation. These profile of sports recreation may be appropriate indicator for certain encouraging to physical activity students.Cel: Jednym z problemów młodego pokolenie polskiego społeczeństwa rzutującym w przyszłości na stan zdrowia jest niska aktywnością fizyczną. Dotyczy to również młodzieży studenckiej, która poza obowiązkowym WF-em w niewielkim stopniu podejmuje dodatkowe ćwiczenia fizyczne. W prezentowanych badaniach sprawdzono sprawność fizyczną studentów Uniwersytetu Kazimierza Wielkiego w wybranych sekcjach sportowych i spróbowano stworzyć profil studenckiej rekreacji sportowej w oparciu o uzyskane wyniki. Materiał i metody: Badania sprawności ogólnej, wskaźnika BMI oraz zawartości tkanki tłuszczowej przeprowadzono w latach 2013/2015, na mężczyznach trenujących rekreacyjnie koszykówkę, pikę nożną i judo, a wyniki porównano z grupą osób nie ćwiczących rekreacji ruchowej. Materiał opracowano używając programu Excell wersja 2007. Wyniki: Wykazano istotne różnice pomiędzy sprawnością fizyczną studentów trenujących w sekcjach sportowych, a studentami prowadzącymi osiadły tryb życia. Wykazano również istotne różnice w niektórych wynikach sprawności fizycznej, wskaźnika BMI, oraz ilości tkanki tłuszczowej, pomiędzy studentami ćwiczącymi różne formy rekreacji ruchowej. Wnioski: Aktywność fizyczna studentów realizowana w różny sposób poprawia sprawność fizyczną studentów w różny sposób, który można ułożyć w charakterystyczny profil studenckiej rekreacji ruchowej. Profil rekreacji sportowej może być właściwym wskaźnikiem zachęcającym do podejmowania określonej aktywności fizycznej studentów
Zaniedbane aspekty komunikowania w edukacji szkolnej
Get PDFArtykuł podejmuje rozważania nad komunikowaniem się w środowisku szkolnym w kontekście trzech koncepcji: 1) teorii kształcenia wielostronnego W. Okonia, 2) konstruktywizmu edukacyjnego, 3) rozróżnienia dokonanego przez W.J. Onga na oralność i piśmienność. Teoria wielostronnego kształcenia zaleca równą wagę przykładać do czterech sposobów uczenia się: przez przyswajanie, przez odkrywanie, przez przeżywanie i przez działanie. Tymczasem w edukacji szkolnej zdecydowanie dominuje ten pierwszy, związany z nauczaniem podającym. Konstruktywizm edukacyjny zakłada, że wiedza ma wyrastać z doświadczenia osób uczących się oraz że ma być konstruowana w procesie kształcenia. Tymczasem w edukacji ma miejsce przerost wiedzy „gotowej”, którą skonstruował ktoś inny, nie zaś uczeń. Oralność i piśmienność to inne sposoby komunikowania, których rozróżnienie i jego konsekwencje zazwyczaj nie są w pełni uświadamiane. W edukacji szkolnej nie docenia się wartości żywej mowy, ma zaś miejsce fetyszyzacja piśmienności. Tymczasem takie na przykład zjawisko, jak spotkanie, analizowane m.in. przez J. Bukowskiego, A. Nowickiego czy U. Ostrowską może efektywnie zachodzić głównie w bezpośrednim kontakcie, gdy komunikacja ma charakter oralny. Inne – związane z powyższymi – deficyty występujące powszechnie w praktyce oświatowej, to niedosyt aktywności ucznia, przerost teoretyzowania i niedosyt praktyki, brak uwzględniania w procesie edukacyjnym „świata życia” uczniów
