Об’єкт дослідження – система мотивації персоналу у сфері державного управління на прикладі Снігурівської міської ради.
У роботі розглянуто теоретичні засади мотивації працівників, методи стимулювання та особливості формування ефективної мотиваційної стратегії у державних установах. Проведено аналіз діючої системи мотивації персоналу Снігурівської міської ради, виявлено її основні проблеми та фактори, що впливають на рівень залученості й продуктивності працівників. Запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення мотиваційної системи, зокрема шляхом оптимізації матеріальних і нематеріальних стимулів, розвитку професійних можливостей та покращення організаційного клімату. Також оцінено очікуваний ефект від запропонованих змін.The bachelor's qualification work consists of three sections.
The object of the study is the personnel motivation system in the field of public administration, based on the example of Snigurivka City Council.
The paper examines the theoretical foundations of employee motivation, methods of stimulation, and the peculiarities of developing an effective motivation strategy in public institutions. An analysis of the current personnel motivation system at Snigurivka City Council was conducted, identifying its key challenges and the factors affecting employees' engagement and productivity. Practical recommendations for improving the motivation system were proposed, including optimizing material and non-material incentives, enhancing professional development opportunities, and improving the organizational climate. The expected effect of the proposed changes was also evaluated
Current status, factors and conditions for the development of dual education in Ukraine
Get PDFУ статті досліджено сучасний стан, чинники та умови розвитку дуальної освіти в Україні. Проведено аналіз впровадження дуальної форми здобуття освіти (ДФЗО) у закладах вищої освіти на основі даних пілотного проєкту Міністерства освіти і науки України. Визначено основні тенденції розвитку дуальної освіти, рівень її інтеграції в систему підготовки фахівців, а також вплив зовнішніх факторів, зокрема карантинних обмежень та війни, на реалізацію ДФЗО. Виявлено, що впровадження дуальної освіти є нерівномірним залежно від регіонів та спеціальностей, з переважною концентрацією у технічних та економічних напрямах. Обґрунтовано необхідність розширення співпраці між закладами освіти та роботодавцями, модернізації освітніх програм відповідно до потреб ринку праці, а також вдосконалення правового регулювання дуальної освіти. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо подальшого розвитку ДФЗО в Україні, зокрема через діджиталізацію освітнього процесу, популяризацію дуальної освіти серед підприємств та інтеграцію нових спеціальностей.This article examines the current state, factors, and conditions influencing the development of dual education in Ukraine. The research is based on an analysis of the implementation of the dual form of education in higher education institutions within the framework of a pilot project initiated by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The study highlights the key trends in the development of dual education, the degree of its integration into the system of professional training, and the impact of external factors such as COVID-19 restrictions and the ongoing war on the implementation of DFE.
The findings indicate that the adoption of dual education in Ukraine remains uneven, with significant variations across regions and fields of study. The highest levels of engagement in dual education have been observed in technical and economic disciplines, particularly in fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, finance, and management. In contrast, there is limited integration of DFE into areas such as law, marketing, tourism, and the hospitality industry, which signals the need for broader sectoral expansion.
Despite the proven benefits of dual education, several challenges hinder its full-scale implementation in Ukraine. These include insufficient collaboration between universities and employers, the absence of standardized legal regulations governing dual education programs, and the need for flexible educational models that align with the rapidly changing labor market. Additionally, the war has introduced new difficulties, such as disruptions in employer partnerships, logistical challenges for students, and reduced institutional capacity to maintain dual education initiatives.
To address these issues, the study emphasizes the importance of strengthening partnerships between universities and businesses, revising educational curricula to ensure they align with labor market needs, and enhancing the legal framework supporting dual education. The research suggests that the digitalization of educational processes, including the use of virtual simulations, online internships, and remote monitoring tools, can significantly enhance the effectiveness of dual education. Moreover, increasing public awareness and promoting dual education among new industries and enterprises will facilitate higher graduate employability rates and foster sustainable economic development

The object of the study is the current state of the motivation system at SOCAR Energy Ukraine LLC. The thesis examines the theoretical foundations (types, concepts) of staff motivation in modern conditions. The study analyzes the Company's activities, its personnel composition, and evaluates the current level of staff satisfaction with the motivation system. The following recommendations are proposed: 1. Taking into account international experience, optimize the workload through process audit and digitalization. 2. Develop individual career plans with clear KPIs. 3. Structure the onboarding process with the appointment of mentors. 4. Implement a unified internal communication system. 5. Create professional development programs with an individual training budget and regular salary reviews

Висвітлено важливість адаптації маркетологів до нових цифрових загроз і застосування прозорих підходів для захисту брендів та забезпечення довіри клієнтів. Зроблено висновок про необхідність інтеграції інноваційних технологій у процес управління маркетинговими кампаніями з метою підвищення їхньої ефективності та конкурентоспроможності.The article is devoted to the analysis of the challenges associated with the spread of fake accounts in social networks and their impact on marketing activities. The key risks that arise for businesses due to the growth of the number of fake profiles are considered, including the distortion of analytical data, a decrease in the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, reputational losses and manipulation of public opinion. Particular attention is paid to the use of modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, to detect fake accounts and minimize their impact on marketing strategies. The importance of marketers' adaptation to new digital threats and the use of transparent approaches to protect brands and ensure customer trust is highlighted. The conclusion is made about the need to integrate innovative technologies into the process of managing marketing campaigns in order to increase their effectiveness and competitiveness
