Statistical analysis of macroeconomic indicators of Ukraine

країн-реципієнтів і країн-донорів робочої сили. Оцінено вплив міграційних процесів на економічне
зростання, соціальну інтеграцію, структуру зайнятості та державну політику. Проведено аналіз
інструментів регулювання міжнародної міграції та запропоновано стратегічні напрями її
удосконалення.
Запропоновано рекомендації щодо адаптації міграційної політики до викликів глобалізації та
прогнозів демографічного розвитку. Особливу увагу приділено українському контексту — вивчено
специфіку трудової міграції з України, міграційних ризиків і потенціалу повернення людського
капіталу.

науковопедагогічних працівників (НПП) у сфері вищої освіти.
Встановлено, що мотивація праці є міждисциплінарним феноменом,
який вивчається у межах психології, педагогіки, економіки та менеджменту.
Доведено, що мотивація праці у сфері вищої освіти є багаторівневою
динамічною категорією, яка охоплює педагогічні, психологічні та економічні аспекти й має суттєве значення для розвитку соціальноповедінкових наук. У результаті аналізу встановлено, що сучасна система мотивації праці НПП представлена поєднанням матеріальних, нематеріальних і комбінованих інструментів. Серед ключових обмежень її реалізації виокремлено нестабільність фінансування, ресурсні обмеження в умовах воєнного стану, а також недостатній рівень впровадження гнучких управлінських практик.The dissertation provides theoretical and methodological generalisation and

Традиційні підходи до підприємницької освіти переважно зосереджені на формуванні економічних компетенцій, залишаючи поза увагою тілесно-психологічну складову, яка безпосередньо впливає на ефективність прийняття рішень, стресостійкість, адаптивність та інноваційне мислення. Запропонована система ґрунтується на холістичному баченні підприємця як цілісної особистості, де тіло, психіка та інтелект функціонують як єдина взаємопов'язана система. Розроблена методологія інтегрує принципи східних бойових мистецтв і сучасної
нейрофізіології з економічними стратегіями та бізнес-практиками, створюючи унікальну модель "Бізнес-До". Така інтеграція реалізується через спеціально розроблені бізнес-ката – комплексні вправи, що поєднують фізичні рухи з
моделюванням підприємницьких сценаріїв, дозволяючи формувати ефективні патерни поведінки на рівні тілесної пам'яті.
Центральне місце в системі займають практики усвідомленого дихання, сомато-когнітивної інтеграції, енергетичного менеджменту та сенсорної інтеграції. Теоретичний фундамент дослідження складають філософія персоналізму,
концепція духовних вправ П'єра Адо, екзистенціальна психологія К. Ясперса та логотерапія В. Франкла, які надають глибинні філософські обґрунтування психофізичному підходу до розвитку підприємницьких здібностей. Практична
реалізація системи відбувається через чітку градацію рівнів майстерності (від білого до чорного поясу), що відповідає різним стадіям становлення підприємця – від початкового освоєння базових навичок до формування цілісних бізнес
екосистем. Особливу увагу приділено формуванню річного циклу тренування з урахуванням природних психофізичних ритмів та сезонних особливостей організму. Представлена аналітична таблиця демонструє співвідношення економічних, психологічних та психофізичних аспектів тренування за ключовими компетенціями – від стратегічного мислення та ризик-менеджменту до лідерства та автентичності. Запропонована система має значний трансформаційний потенціал
для сучасної бізнес-освіти, створюючи нову парадигму підприємництва, яка є не лише економічно ефективною, але й екологічно сталою, соціально відповідальною та орієнтованою на цілісний розвиток особистості. Впровадження даної
методології сприятиме формуванню нового покоління підприємців, здатних поєднувати економічну ефективність із психофізичною гармонією та соціальною відповідальністю.
The article presents an integral system for developing entrepreneurial abilities that unites economic and psychophysical aspects of entrepreneur development. Traditional approaches to entrepreneurial education predominantly focus on the formation of
economic competencies, leaving aside the bodily-psychological component that directly influences decision-making effectiveness, stress resistance, adaptability, and innovative thinking. The proposed system is based on a holistic vision of the entrepreneur as an
integrated personality where body, psyche, and intellect function as a unified interconnected system. The developed methodology integrates principles of Eastern martial arts and modern neurophysiology with economic strategies and business practices, creating a unique "Business-Do" model. This integration is implemented through specially designed business kata - comprehensive exercises that combine physical movements with entrepreneurial scenario modeling, allowing the formation of effective behavioral patterns at the level of bodily memory. Central to the system are practices of mindful breathing, somato-cognitive integration, energy management, and sensory integration. The theoretical foundation of the research consists of the philosophy of personalism, Pierre Hadot's concept of spiritual exercises, Karl Jaspers' existential psychology, and Viktor Frankl's logotherapy, which provide profound philosophical justifications for the psychophysical approach to entrepreneurial abilities development. The practical implementation of the system occurs through a clear gradation of mastery levels (from white to black belt), corresponding to
different stages of entrepreneur formation - from initial mastery of basic skills to the creation of holistic business ecosystems. Special attention is paid to the formation of an annual training cycle, taking into account natural psychophysical rhythms and seasonal
characteristics of the organism. The presented analytical table demonstrates the correlation between economic, psychological, and psychophysical aspects of training across key competencies - from strategic thinking and risk management to leadership and authenticity. The proposed system has significant transformative potential for modern business education, creating a new paradigm of entrepreneurship that is not only economically efficient but also environmentally sustainable, socially responsible, and oriented toward the holistic development of the individual. Implementation of this methodology will contribute to the formation of a new generation of entrepreneurs capable of combining economic efficiency with psychophysical harmony and social responsibility
Practical recommendations for parents on reducing anxiety levels in children and adolescents
No full textУ виступі ми окреслили як сімейне оточення, зокрема батьки, впливають на розвиток депресії їх дитей, оскільки багато ключових факторів ризику депресії та тривожних розладів у молодих людей пов’язані з сім’єю (наприклад, подружні конфлікти) або можуть бути виявлені батьками на ранній стадії. Наголосили, що деякі з цих факторів знаходяться під контролем або впливом батьків і їх потенційно можна змінити. Батьки також є хорошою основою профілактики, оскільки вони можуть володіти передбаченням, яке допомагає їм оцінити цінність профілактики та раннього втручання, а також внутрішньою мотивацією вживати профілактичних дій. Також ми виділили окремі рекомендації батькам щодо допомогти дітям долати тривогу.
In the speech we outlined how the family environment, in particular parents, influences the development of depression in their children, since many key risk factors for depression and anxiety disorders in young people are related to the family (for example, marital conflict) or can be identified by parents at an early stage. We emphasized that some of these factors are under the control or influence of parents and can potentially be changed. Parents are also a good basis for prevention, as they may have the foresight to help them appreciate the value of prevention and early intervention, as well as the intrinsic motivation to take preventive actions. We also highlighted specific recommendations for parents to help children overcome anxiety

The thesis examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of municipal grant activity,
clarifies key concepts, and provides a typology of international donors with a focus on the specifics of their
support for territorial communities in Ukraine. It analyses the grant activity of the Odesa city community,
the institutional role of the Municipal Institution «Grant Office “Odesa 5T”», and the structure and
indicators of the grant portfolio in 2024–2025. Scenarios and strategic priorities for the development of grant activity in the
Odesa community for 2025–2027 are proposed, along with practical recommendations for enhancing
cooperation with international donors in the post-war recovery period

An important condition for the successful use of art therapy techniques is the systematic nature of classes, professional support and an individual approach to each child. Розглянуто еволюцію теорії до сучасних динамічних та адаптивних стратегій, що включають Agile-методології та цифрові технології. Підкреслюється роль стратегічного управління як механізму виживання та розвитку бізнесу. Обґрунтовано важливість галузевих факторів при формуванні ефективної стратегії, яка базується на аналізі внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища. Запропоновано модель формування стратегії з урахуванням галузевої приналежності.
Сформовано стратегію аграрного підприємства СФГ «Колос». Проаналізовано його фінансовий стан та виявлено відновлення фінансової ефективності у 2024 році. Досліджено внутрішнє (SNW-аналіз) та зовнішнє (ESFAS-аналіз) середовище аграрної галузі в Україні, визначено перспективні напрямки. Виявлено тенденцію до впровадження GPS-навігації як конкурентної переваги. Обґрунтовано економічну ефективність GPS-навігаторів через розрахунок скорочення витрат.Thesis consists of two chapters. The paper considers strategic management as a multidimensional process of forming, implementing and adjusting the enterprise strategy. Its essence lies in the human dimension, customer orientation, creating competitive advantages and flexibility. The evolution of the theory to modern dynamic and adaptive strategies, including Agile methodologies and digital technologies, is considered. The role of strategic management as a mechanism for survival and business development is emphasized. The importance of industry factors in forming an effective strategy based on the analysis of the internal and external environment is substantiated. A model for forming a strategy taking into account industry affiliation is proposed.
The strategy of an agricultural enterprise is formed using the example of the Kolos Agricultural Farm. Its financial condition is analyzed and the restoration of financial efficiency in 2024 is identified. The internal (SNW analysis) and external (ESFAS analysis) environment of the agricultural industry in Ukraine is studied, promising directions are identified. A trend towards the implementation of GPS navigation as a competitive advantage is identified. The economic efficiency of GPS navigators is substantiated through the calculation of cost reduction
