Assessment of the level of competitiveness of chain hotels in Odessa

Систематизовано відомості про конкурентні переваги певних мережевих готелів. Зроблено оцінку конкурентоспроможності готелів за окремими критеріями. Виявлено проблеми та перспективи розвитку мережевих готелів-конкурентів.The article is devoted to the analysis of the competitive environment in the market of hotel services of national chains of Ukraine located in Odessa. The popularity of individual chain hotels is studied based on the generalization of information from the Google search engine, as well as the portals Booking.com and TripAdvisor. Information on the competitive advantages of certain chain hotels has been systematized. The competitiveness of hotels has been assessed according to certain criteria. Problems and prospects for the development of competing chain hotels have been identified

The object of the research is the personnel management system of the Odesa Branch of the Odesa Regional Employment Center.
The paper examines the theoretical foundations (principles, structure, features) of the functioning of the employment service in Ukraine under current conditions. The activities of the Odesa Branch of the Regional Employment Center, its staffing, as well as the current state of the socio-psychological climate and organizational culture in the team were analyzed. The following proposals are presented: 1. Based on modern academic research, a transformation of the performance evaluation system is proposed. 2. An action algorithm has been developed for improving the onboarding mechanism for new employees. 3. Recommendations are provided to the management regarding changes in the organizational culture. 4. The implementation of the proposed recommendations is substantiated in view of their potential economic and social impact on the organization

Manifestations of post-traumatic growth of internally displaced persons are considered. Ways of actualization of post-traumatic growth are outlined, the implementation of which guarantees the psychological well-being of internally displaced persons
Psychological characteristics of procrastination in adolescence
No full textКваліфікаційну роботу присвячено проблемі прокрастинації. Досліджено психологічні особливості прокрастинації в юнацькому віці. Здійснено аналіз сутності прокрастинації в психоаналітичному, поведінковому, когнітивному, психодинамічному підходах та парадигмі біхевіоризму.
Обґрунтовано прокрастинацію як багатовимірне інтегративне явище схильності особистості до відтермінування справи, добровільне гальмування та функціональне відкладання виконання завдання всупереч його важливості та значущості. Розглянуто психологічні особливості осіб юнацького віку та з’ясовано сутність дилаторної поведінки в юнацькому віці, виокремлено складові компоненти прокрастинації (мотиваційний, когнітивний, емоційний, поведінковий). Виокремлено соціально-психологічні детермінанти дилаторної поведінки юнаків. Визначено типи прокрастинації, розглянуто її основні ознаки (усвідомлене відтермінування виконання справи, ірраціональність, емоційний дискомфорт) та наслідки. Проаналізовано портрет класичного прокрастинатора та специфіку проявів прокрастинації в юнацькому віці.
Подано програму експериментального дослідження прокрастинації майбутніх фахівців технічного спрямування та студентів соціономічного напрямку спеціалізації професійної діяльності. Створено авторську модель профілактики та корекції прокрастинаційної поведінки і тренінгову програму для запобігання прокрастинації, реалізовано та експериментально перевірено їх ефективність. Вірогідність результатів формувального етапу експерименту підтверджено статистичними методами.
This qualification thesis is devoted to the problem of procrastination. The study explores the psychological characteristics of procrastination in adolescence. The essence of procrastination is analyzed within the frameworks of psychoanalytic, behavioral, cognitive, psychodynamic approaches and the paradigm of behaviorism.
Procrastination is substantiated as a multidimensional, integrative phenomenon reflecting a personality’s tendency to postpone tasks — a voluntary delay or functional deferral of task execution despite its importance and urgency. The psychological characteristics of individuals in adolescence are examined, and the nature of dilatory behavior in this age group is clarified. The key components of procrastination are identified: motivational, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral. The socio-psychological determinants of dilatory behavior in adolescents are outlined. Types of procrastination are defined, and its main features (conscious postponement of tasks, irrationality, emotional discomfort) and consequences are considered. The portrait of a typical procrastinator and the specific manifestations of procrastination in adolescence are analyzed.
An experimental research program was developed to study procrastination among future professionals in technical and social-economic specializations. An original model for the prevention and correction of procrastinatory behavior, along with a training program aimed at preventing procrastination, was created and experimentally tested for effectiveness. The validity of the results from the formative stage of the experiment was confirmed using statistical methods

The work deals with the theoretical aspectsе the benefits and risks of implementing CBDC for
monetary policy, financial stability and the banking system, the impact of digital currencies on
transmission channels, international experience in launching CBDCs, as well as the institutional,
legal and technological prerequisites for the introduction of e-hryvnia and the level of digitalization
