The thesis explores the essence and importance of logistics in the operations of modern enterprises, particularly focusing on the organization of logistics processes in the field of bulk cargo transshipment, specifically mineral fertilizers.
The economic performance of LLC “TIS – Mindobryva” is analyzed, and the efficiency of its logistics operations is assessed.
Recommendations are developed for optimizing logistics processes, including warehouse automation, improvement of cargo flow management, and integration of digital technologies.

психологічної науки - дослідженню феномену самопрезентації особистості у цифровому просторі, зокрема виявленню її вікових відмінностей. Метою дослідження є теоретичне обґрунтування та емпіричне виявлення психологічних особливостей самопрезентації користувачів різних вікових груп (15-40 років) у соціальних мережах. У роботі здійснено аналіз теоретико-методологічних підходів до вивчення самопрезентації, визначено її психологічну сутність як цілеспрямованої системи стратегій і дій, що інтегрує пізнавальний, оціночний і поведінковий компоненти. Охарактеризовано специфіку самопрезентації в цифровому середовищі, де вона набуває візуально-перформативного характеру та пов’язана з керуванням враженням і залежністю від соціального схвалення (лайків, коментарів). Емпіричне дослідження (за участю 96 осіб) підтвердило, що самооцінка та потреба у схваленні є провідними регуляторами самопрезентаційної активності. Встановлено, що для підлітків типовими є демонстративні та емоційно залежні форми самопрезентації (самопросування, інграціація), тоді як для дорослих характерна автономна, ціннісно-вмотивована самоподача (демонстрація позитивного прикладу). Виявлено позитивний взаємозв’язок міжмвисокою самооцінкою та узгодженістю онлайн-образу з реальним «Я». Магістерська робота має теоретичну й практичну цінність, оскільки її
матеріали можуть бути використані для уточнення структурно-функціональної моделі самопрезентації та для розроблення профілактичних програм щодо підвищення медіаграмотності й самооцінки користувачів соціальних мереж.
The Master's thesis is dedicated to the topical issue of modern psychological
science - the study of the self-presentation phenomenon in the digital space,
specifically focusing on identifying its age-related differences. The purpose of the research is to theoretically substantiate and empirically identify the psychological features of self-presentation among users of different age groups (15-40 years) in social networks. The work analyzes theoretical and methodological approaches to sel presentation and defines its psychological essence as a purposeful system of strategies and actions that integrates cognitive, evaluative, and behavioral components. The specifics of self-presentation in the digital environment are characterized, where it acquires a visual-performative nature and is linked to impression management and dependence on social approval (likes, comments). The empirical study (involving 96 individuals) confirmed that self-esteem and the need for approval are the main regulators of self-presentation activity. It was
established that adolescents typically use demonstrative and emotionally dependent forms of self-presentation (self-promotion, ingratiation), while adults exhibit autonomous, value-driven self-presentation (demonstration of a positive example). A positive correlation was found between high self-esteem and the consistency of the online image with the real “Self”. The impact of information overload on the mental health of an individual under martial law
No full textУ роботі досліджується вплив інтенсивного інформаційного навантаження на психічне здоров’я особистості в умовах воєнного стану. На теоретичному рівні проаналізовано поняття психічного здоров’я, особливості функціонування психіки в умовах стресу та невизначеності, а також психологічні механізми інформаційного впливу, включаючи когнітивне перевантаження, емоційне виснаження та формування дезадаптивних реакцій. Емпіричне дослідження, проведене на вибірці з 30 осіб віком від 20 до 35 років, здійснювалось із використанням психодіагностичних методик DASS-21, CD-RISC-25, шкали Spilberger-Hanin, Perceived Information Overload Scale та авторської анкети. Результати дослідження підтвердили наявність статистично значущого зв’язку між рівнем інформаційного перевантаження та показниками тривожності, стресу і зниження психологічної стійкості. На формувальному етапі було розроблено та апробовано психокорекційну програму, спрямовану на підвищення стійкості до інформаційного стресу, розвиток навичок усвідомленого інформаційного споживання та емоційної саморегуляції. Апробація програми засвідчила зниження рівня тривоги й інформаційного перенасичення та покращення психоемоційного стану учасників.
The study examines the impact of intense information overload on an individual's mental health under conditions of martial law. At the theoretical level, the concepts of mental health, the functioning of the psyche under stress and uncertainty, as well as psychological mechanisms of informational influence – including cognitive overload, emotional exhaustion, and the development of maladaptive responses – are analyzed. The empirical study was conducted on a sample of 30 individuals aged 20 to 35 using the psychodiagnostic methods DASS-21, CD-RISC-25, the Spielberger-Hanin Anxiety Scale, the Perceived Information Overload Scale, and an author-developed questionnaire. The results confirmed a statistically significant relationship between the level of information overload and indicators of anxiety, stress, and reduced psychological resilience. At the formative stage, a psychocorrectional program was developed and tested, aimed at enhancing resilience to informational stress, fostering conscious information consumption, and developing emotional self-regulation skills. The program’s approbation demonstrated a decrease in anxiety and informational overload, as well as an improvement in the participants’ psycho-emotional state

У роботі досліджено теоретичні аспекти перспектив розвитку ресторанного бізнесу та диверсифікації послуг у воєнний період. Аналізується стан господарської діяльності підприємства ресторанного господарства ресторану «Antica Cantina». Пропонуються заходи щодо диверсифікації послуг на підприємстві ресторанного господарства. зростанням кількості психотравмуючих подій, зокрема в умовах воєнного стану в Україні. Теоретико-методологічну основу становлять екзистенційно
гуманістичний, когнітивно-біхевіоральний, трансактний, стресово-копінговий та системний підходи, які у поєднанні дозволяють цілісно зрозуміти, як людина осмислює, переживає та інтегрує травматичний досвід у своє життя. У дослідженні використано методики LEC-5, PCL-5, PTGI, MLQ та «СЖО» Д. О. Леонтьєва. Результати показали, що травматичний досвід знижує рівень осмисленості життя, життєві цілі та відчуття контролю, водночас створюючи потенціал для посттравматичного зростання за наявності внутрішніх ресурсів і соціальної підтримки. На основі отриманих даних розроблено тренінгову програму з профілактики посттравматичного стресового розладу, спрямовану на розвиток емоційної саморегуляції, конструктивного мислення та психологічної стійкості. Отримані результати мають практичне значення для психологів і педагогів, які працюють із молоддю, що пережила травматичні події.
The master’s thesis is devoted to the study of the impact of traumatic experience
on the life-meaning orientations of youth. The relevance of the research is determined by the increasing number of psychologically traumatic events, particularly under the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological framework is based on the existential-humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, transactional, stress-coping, and systemic approaches, which together provide a holistic understanding of how an individual interprets, experiences, and integrates traumatic experiences into their life. The study employed the following methods: LEC-5, PCL-5, PTGI, MLQ, and D. O. Leontiev’s MLO questionnaire. The results revealed that traumatic experiences reduce the level of meaningfulness in life, personal goals, and sense of control, while
simultaneously creating potential for post-traumatic growth in the presence of internal resources and social support. Based on the obtained findings, a training program for the prevention of post-traumatic stress disorder was proposed, aimed at enhancing emotional self-regulation, constructive thinking, and psychological resilience. The results have practical significance for psychologists and educators working with young people who have experienced traumatic events

Обґрунтовано, що цифрові рішення дозволяють інтенсифікувати взаємодію між усіма учасниками освітнього процесу, сприяють розвитку навичок, релевантних сучасному бізнес-середовищу, і є стратегічною умовою для трансформації вищої освіти. Впровадження діджиталізації в дуальну модель забезпечує якісну інтеграцію теорії й практики та підвищує конкурентоспроможність студентів на ринку праці.The theses highlight the role of digitalization as a key factor in the effective implementation of dual education in the context of modern challenges, in particular martial law and dynamic changes in the labor market. The advantages of digital technologies in ensuring flexibility, accessibility, adaptability of the educational process and improving the quality of practical training are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the use of artificial intelligence tools, gamification, LMS systems, VR/AR technologies and blockchain certification. It is substantiated that digital solutions allow for the intensification of interaction between all participants in the educational process, contribute to the development of skills relevant to the modern business environment, and are a strategic condition for the transformation of higher education. Особлива увага приділяється ролі корпоративної соціальної відповідальності як складової сучасних стратегій розвитку. Також розлянуто підходи до оцінки стратегічного розвитку підприємств ресторанного господарства с урахуванням принципів корпоративної соціальної відповідальності.
Проведено оцінку організаційно-економічної діяльності ПІІ «Макдональдз юкрейн ЛТД», здійснено аналіз внутрішнього і зовнішнього середовища підприємства, а також практики впровадження принципів корпоративної соціальної відповідальності в діяльність компанії.
Проаналізовано стратегічні орієнтири діяльності ПІІ «Макдональдз Юкрейн ЛТД» в умовах повоєнної відбудови України.
