Prospects for using effective technologies in personnel management in modern conditions at SOCAR Energy Ukraine

Об’єктом дослідження є організаційна культура ТОВ «SOCAR Energy Ukraine».
У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи (сутність, концепції, механізми формування) організаційної культури підприємства. Проаналізовано діяльність Товариства, оцінено поточний стан організаційної культури Товариства, її вплив на конкурентоспроможність та адаптивність в умовах економічної нестабільності. Запропоновано: 1. Враховуючи закордонний досвід, розроблено підходи до вдосконалення організаційної культури для підвищення продуктивності праці персоналу; 2. Створено методику оцінки її ефективності в умовах невизначеності; 3. Запропоновано систему стратегічних ініціатив з її удосконаленням.The master's qualification work consists of three sections.
The object of the study is the organizational culture of SOCAR Energy Ukraine LLC. The thesis examines the theoretical foundations (essence, concepts, mechanisms of formation) of the organizational culture of the enterprise are considered in the work. The activities of the Company are analyzed, the current state of the Company's organizational culture, its impact on competitiveness and adaptability in the context of economic instability are assessed. It is proposed: 1. Taking into account foreign experience, approaches to improving organizational culture to increase staff productivity are developed; 2. A methodology for assessing its effectiveness under conditions of uncertainty is created; 3. A system of strategic initiatives for its improvement is proposed

Проаналізовано процеси управління професійним розвитком персоналу на ТОВ «КОПІЙКА - ЦЕНТР». Зроблено аналіз та оцінку ефективності процесів найму та адаптації на досліджуваному підприємстві. територіальної громади Одеського регіону. Метою статті є дослідження рекреаційного потенціалу громади та
визначення шляхів підвищення конкурентоспроможності сфери туризму та гостинності Южненської міської
територіальної громади в умовах повоєнного відновлення. Для визначення ресурсного потенціалу, конкурентних переваг
сфери гостинності та туризму громади застосовано методи просторового та статистичного аналізу, синтезу,
узагальнення. На підставі проведеного дослідження територіальних ресурсів встановлено, що передумовою підвищення
конкурентоспроможності сфери гостинності є розробка стратегії соціально-економічного розвитку територіальної
громади та програми розвитку туризму. Запропоновано напрями актуалізації програми розвитку туризму та заходи
підвищення конкурентоспроможності сфери гостинності та туризму громади.The article considers the resource potential of the hospitality and tourism sector of the Yuzhne urban territorial community
of the Odesa region. The purpose of the article is to determine ways to increase the competitiveness of the tourism and hospitality
sector of the Yuzhne urban territorial community in the conditions of post-war recovery. One of the most urgent problems in the
conditions of post-war socio-economic development of coastal territories is the development of long-term plans for the restoration
and development of the potential of the tourism and hospitality sector. It must take into account the principles of state policy in the
field of tourism, the socio-economic interests of the community, local entities of the tourism and hotel business, and ways to ensure
the competitiveness of their services. To determine the resource potential and competitive advantages of the hospitality and tourism
sector, methods of spatial and statistical analysis, synthesis, and generalization were used. Based on the research conducted, it
was established that the prerequisite for increasing the competitiveness of the hospitality and tourism sector is the development of
a strategy for the socio-economic development of the territorial community and a tourism development program. The developed
Strategy for Sustainable Development of the Yuzhne Urban Territorial Community for the period until 2030 in the conditions of
post-war recovery requires updating taking into account the state of the real sector of the community's economy. The development
of the competitiveness of the tourism and hospitality sector requires the involvement of modern tools and technologies of territorial
management, public initiatives, public-private partnerships, and digitalization of services of recreational enterprises. Directions
for updating the tourism development program and measures to increase the competitiveness of the hospitality sector of the Yuzhne
Urban Territorial Community are proposed
