The infrastructural and functional features of the main seaports of the Odessa region (Odesa,
Chornomorsk, Pivdennyi) are characterized, the dynamics and structure of transport and logistics flows in

No full textUkraine’s domestic bond yields have spiked amid the extraordinary conditions following the 2022 full-scale Russian invasion, raising questions about the key drivers of these yields and the efficiency of the key policy transmission mechanism. As the Ukrainian capital market is almost entirely comprised of government debt securities, this study examines the determinants of Ukrainian hryvnia-denominated sovereign and a small share of corporate bond yield-tomaturity (YTM) using an extensive panel of approximately 160,000 observations across 278 bonds from 2022 to 2025. We estimate two panel regression models to analyze the monetary policy transmission to bond yields in the Ukrainian market under duress, investigating the impact of changes in key macroeconomic determinants, including the UAH/USD official foreign exchange rate and the monthly year-on-year inflation rate. The first model is a pooled panel without issuer-fixed effects; the second introduces issuer-fixed effects and orthogonalized independent variables to address severe multicollinearity. Our results indicate that the Central Bank’s policy rate, exchange rate movements, inflation, and credit risk (proxied by Fitch ratings) have a significant impact on bond yields. Notably, once issuer-specific effects are controlled for, the term structure of yields appears inverted – shorter-term bonds carry higher yields than longer maturities, reflecting heightened near-term risk in the post-invasion period. These findings align with prior evidence that domestic interest rates, inflation, and fiscal and credit factors are pivotal for bond yields, confirming that monetary policy retains a powerful influence over market yields even in an extreme crisis. Policy implications include the importance of credible monetary tightening to anchor yields, alongside maintaining exchange rate stability and creditworthiness to reduce risk premiums. We conclude that Ukraine’s wartime yield curve inversion underscores an environment of acute short-term risk and market expectations of eventual stabilization. This offers insights for policymakers and investors in emerging markets facing extreme shocks. Різке зростання дохідності внутрішніх облігацій
України після повномасштабного вторгнення РФ у 2022 р. загострило питання чинників ціноутворення та ефективності трансмісійного механізму монетарної політики в умовах воєнного стану. У статті досліджено детермінанти дохідності до погашення (YTM) гривневих суверенних та незначної частки корпоративних облігацій на основі великої панелі ≈160,000 щоденних спостережень за 278 випусками, що охоплює період з січня 2022 р. – до травня 2025 р. Використано дві панельні регресійні моделі. Перша згрупована панель без фіксованих ефектів облігацій, що дозволяє оцінити сукупний вплив макроекономічних змінних. Друга — модель із фіксованими ефектами та ортогоналізованими пояснювальними змінними (ключова ставка НБУ, офіційний курс UAH/USD, кредитний рейтинг Fitch), що знижує мультиколінеарність та ідентифікує внутрішньо-емітентні варіації. Отримано статистично достовірні еластичності: підвищення ключової ставки на 1 в.п. збільшує YTM на ≈ 0,24 од., тоді як девальвація гривні на 1% та зростання інфляції на 1 в.п. додають відповідно ≈ 0,38 та 0,06 од. до дохідності. Зниження кредитного рейтингу на один щабель асоціюється з приростом YTM на ≈ 20 б.п. Після контролю за фіксованими ефектами емітентів виявлено інверсію кривої дохідності: облігації з терміном ≤ 1 рік котируються з премією до паперів з погашенням > 5 років, що свідчить про переважання короткострокових ризиків ліквідності й політичної невизначеності. Результати узгоджуються з теорією портфельного балансу та попередніми дослідженнями ринків, що розвиваються, підтверджуючи, що монетарна політика зберігає вплив на ринкові ставки навіть під екстремальним шоком. Наукова новизна полягає у кількісному вимірі трансмісії політики в умовах воєнної економіки та у використанні ортогоналізації для коректної ідентифікації ролі валютного та інфляційного каналів. Практичне значення полягає у рекомендаціях для регулятора щодо підтримання жорсткого монетарного курсу, стабілізації валютного ринку та збереження кредитоспроможності для стримування премії за ризик. ефективності професійної діяльності педагогів та обґрунтуванню психолого
педагогічних засад її підвищення.
У першому розділі «Теоретико-методологічний аналіз проблеми
стресостійкості як фактора ефективності професійної діяльності педагогів»
здійснено комплексний теоретичний аналіз стресостійкості як інтегративної
особистісної характеристики, що забезпечує здатність педагога ефективно
функціонувати в умовах тривалого психоемоційного напруження. Показано, що
педагогічна діяльність належить до високостресових, а професійний стрес
зумовлюється поєднанням об’єктивних (відповідальність, конфлікти, часові
обмеження, рольова невизначеність) та суб’єктивних (індивідуальні особливості,
тип реагування на фрустрацію, ресурсність особистості) чинників. Розкрито роль
стресостійкості, копінг-поведінки та конструктивних/деструктивних стратегій
подолання стресу в професійному функціонуванні педагогів. У другому розділі
«Емпіричне дослідження стресостійкості як чинника ефективності професійної
діяльності педагога» представлено результати емпіричного вивчення
особливостей стресостійкості, психічного вигорання, психологічного стресу та
соціально-психологічної адаптації педагогів з урахуванням статевих
відмінностей та спрямованості особистості. Встановлено, що педагоги-чоловіки
більш орієнтовані на діяльність, мають вищі показники поведінкової регуляції,
моральної нормативності та адаптивного потенціалу. Жінки демонструють
вищий суб’єктивний рівень стресу, а також більш виражені прояви особистісного віддалення як механізму психологічного самозахисту. Виявлено статистично
значущі відмінності у виразності компонентів професійного вигорання: у
чоловіків – вищий рівень психоемоційного виснаження та інтегрального індексу
вигорання, у жінок – емоційне дистанціювання та ризики зниження ефективності
професійної комунікації. У третьому розділі «Психолого-педагогічні засади
підвищення стресостійкості педагогів» обґрунтовано й реалізовано
психопрофілактичну програму, спрямовану на підвищення стресостійкості,
зниження психоемоційного напруження та профілактику вигорання. Програма
включає тренінгові, психоосвітні та корекційно-розвивальні заходи, орієнтовані
на розвиток емоційної саморегуляції, рефлексивності, конструктивних копінг
стратегій, а також на зміцнення ресурсного потенціалу педагогів. Сформульовано
практичні рекомендації для психологічної служби закладів освіти щодо
підтримки педагогів у професійних стресових умовах. У висновках узагальнено
результати теоретичного й емпіричного аналізу, підтверджено значущість
стресостійкості як ключового фактора професійного здоров’я педагога та
обґрунтовано доцільність комплексних програм психопрофілактики й підтримки.
Робота має практичне значення для фахівців психологічної служби,
адміністрацій закладів освіти та педагогів, оскільки надає підґрунтя для розробки
програм профілактики вигорання та підвищення стресостійкості.
The master's thesis is devoted to the study of stress resistance as a factor in the
effectiveness of teachers' professional activities and the justification of psychological
and pedagogical principles for its improvement.
The first chapter, “Theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem of
stress resistance as a factor in the effectiveness of teachers' professional activity,”
provides a comprehensive theoretical analysis of stress resistance as an integrative
personal characteristic that enables teachers to function effectively under conditions of
prolonged psycho-emotional stress. It is shown that teaching is a highly stressful
profession, and professional stress is caused by a combination of objective
(responsibility, conflicts, time constraints, role uncertainty) and subjective (individual
characteristics, type of response to frustration, personal resources) factors. The role of
stress resistance, coping behavior, and constructive/destructive strategies for
overcoming stress in the professional functioning of teachers is revealed. The second
chapter, “Empirical Study of Stress Resistance as a Factor in the Effectiveness of
Teachers' Professional Activity,” presents the results of an empirical study of the
characteristics of stress resistance, mental burnout, psychological stress, and socio
psychological adaptation of teachers, taking into account gender differences and
personality orientation. It has been established that male teachers are more activity
oriented and have higher indicators of behavioral regulation, moral normativity, and
adaptive potential. Women demonstrate a higher subjective level of stress, as well as
more pronounced manifestations of personal detachment as a mechanism of
psychological self-defense. Statistically significant differences were found in the
severity of professional burnout components: men have higher levels of psycho
emotional exhaustion and an integral burnout index, while women have emotional
distancing and risks of reduced professional communication effectiveness. The third section, “Psychological and pedagogical foundations for improving teachers' stress
resistance,” substantiates and implements a psychoprophylactic program aimed at
improving stress resistance, reducing psycho-emotional tension, and preventing
burnout. The program includes training, psychoeducational, and corrective
developmental activities focused on developing emotional self-regulation, reflexivity,
constructive coping strategies, and strengthening the resource potential of teachers.
Practical recommendations have been formulated for the psychological services of
educational institutions to support teachers in stressful professional conditions. The
conclusions summarize the results of theoretical and empirical analysis, confirm the
importance of stress resistance as a key factor in the professional health of teachers, and
justify the feasibility of comprehensive psychoprophylaxis and support programs. The
work is of practical importance for psychological service specialists, educational
institution administrations, and teachers, as it provides a basis for the development of
burnout prevention and stress resistance enhancement programs

diagrams as tools for effective scheduling and resource allocation. The research is based on a systems approach, comparative
analysis methods, synthesis of practical experience, and examination of interdependencies between scheduling and critical project
success factors. Empirical data and case studies are used to validate proposed solutions. The study identifies major challenges
related to inefficient project management within traditional organizational structures, such as a lack of alignment between strategic
goals and project execution. It proposes practical recommendations for improving resource distribution mechanisms, enhancing

lexibility in scheduling, and ensuring stronger integration of project management with corporate strategy. The use of network
diagrams allows for the identification of critical operations and optimization of project timelines through resource leveling and
activity splitting techniques. This research highlights underexplored aspects of project management—specifically, the dynamic
interplay between limited-resource scheduling and critical path flexibility. The novelty lies in the proposed framework that combines
adaptive planning techniques with strategic alignment and real-time risk management. It also addresses organizational challenges
related to authority distribution and cross-functional coordination in matrix structures. The findings are valuable for enterprises
aiming to increase project efficiency in environments with constrained resources and high demand for timely and cost-effective
results. The proposed approaches and tools, including network-based planning and resource optimization, can be applied across
various industries to improve the success rate of both internal and external projects. Future research should focus on developing
advanced decision-support systems that leverage real-time data analytics.
В сучасних умовах підвищеної конкуренції та швидких змін на ринку ефективне планування і реалізація проектів
набувають особливого значення для забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємств. Метою дослідження є всебічний аналіз
ефективних підходів до планування та управління проектами з особливим акцентом на застосування сіткових графіків
як інструменту оптимізації строків виконання, витрат і використання ресурсів. Методика дослідження базується на
системному підході, що дозволяє врахувати взаємозв’язки між різними складовими процесу управління проектом. Вико
ристано методи порівняльного аналізу для визначення переваг і недоліків різних способів календарного планування, а та
кож здійснено узагальнення практичного досвіду провідних підприємств. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу взаємозв’язку
між календарним плануванням і критичними чинниками успішності проекту, що допомогло виявити основні проблеми і
ризики, притаманні традиційним організаційним структурам управління. Результати дослідження дозволили визначи
ти ключові проблеми, зокрема недостатню гнучкість планування, неефективний розподіл обмежених ресурсів, а також
слабку інтеграцію проектів зі стратегічними цілями підприємств. На основі цих висновків запропоновано конкретні
рекомендації щодо вдосконалення механізмів розподілу ресурсів, підвищення адаптивності календарного планування та
кращої узгодженості управління проектами з загальною стратегією розвитку організацій. Практична значимість до
слідження полягає у можливості застосування його результатів для підвищення ефективності управління проектами
в різних галузях економіки, особливо в умовах обмеженості ресурсів та підвищених вимог до якості, строків і вартості
виконання проектів. Запропоновані підходи сприятимуть оптимізації процесів планування і реалізації, що в кінцевому
підсумку підвищить конкурентоспроможність підприємств, для подальшого вдосконалення адаптивного планування про

Запропоновано маркетинговий план, що включає впровадження CRMсистеми, персоналізовану рекламу, омнікальні підходи та просування

Молодь, як найбільш вразлива вікова група, особливо чутливо реагує на зовнішні стресори, зокрема, інформаційне перевантаження, академічний тиск, зміни в міжособистісних взаєминах та вплив воєнних подій, що особливо актуально для українського контексту. За прогнозами Міністерства охорони здоров’я України, понад 15 мільйонів громадян потребуватимуть психологічної підтримки, з них понад 4 мільйони – спеціалізованої терапії, що підкреслює масштаб психічних наслідків війни для нації. Отже, актуальність дослідження зумовлена зростанням психоемоційного навантаження на молодь унаслідок соціальної нестабільності, інформаційного перевантаження та воєнних викликів. У роботі проаналізовано наукові підходи до розуміння тривожно-депресивних розладів, виявлено їхні психологічні та фізіологічні механізми, особливості прояву у юнацькому віці. Емпіричне дослідження проводилось із використанням стандартизованих психодіагностичних методик на вибірці з 60 осіб віком 14–17 років. Отримані результати дозволили окреслити типові симптомокомплекси тривоги та депресії у молоді, виявити їх взаємозв’язок із емоційною нестабільністю, соціальною дезадаптацією та зниженням самооцінки. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо профілактики та психологічної допомоги юнацтву з проявами ТДР. Матеріали роботи можуть бути використані у психологічній практиці, освітніх закладах та соціальних службах для покращення психічного здоров’я молодого покоління.
