No full textУ роботі досліджено організацію логістичних процесів на підприємстві ТОВ «ДИСТРЕКО» з фокусом на складування та транспортування як ключові елементи логістичної системи. Особливу увагу приділено питанням ефективного використання складських площ, зонування складу, класифікації продукції, організації обліку товарів, а також вибору виду транспорту і побудови логістичних маршрутів. У процесі дослідження проаналізовано чинну систему складування і транспортування продукції, виявлено проблеми у функціонуванні складу та запропоновано шляхи їх оптимізації, управління складським господарством. Практичне значення полягає у формуванні рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності логістичної діяльності підприємства за рахунок раціонального складування та оптимального транспортування товарів.
The thesis explores the organization of logistics processes at TOV “Distreko” with a focus on warehousing and transportation as key elements of the logistics system. Special attention is given to the efficient use of warehouse space, warehouse zoning, product classification, inventory management, as well as the choice of transportation methods and the development of logistics routes. The study analyzes the current warehousing and transportation system, identifies existing issues in warehouse operations, and proposes ways to optimize logistics by improving warehouse management. The practical significance lies in providing recommendations to enhance the efficiency of the company’s logistics activities through rational warehousing and optimal transportation of goods

No full textУ статті розглянуто цілі та заходи макро- та мікропруденційних політик, проведено їх порівняння.
Метою статті є оцінка обґрунтованості заходів макро- та мікропруденційних політик, їх своєчасності та наслідків
для забезпечення фінансової стійкості банківської системи України. Визначено значення цих політик для забезпечення
фінансової стійкості як окремих банків, так і банківської системи загалом. Аналіз окремих показників діяльності банків
в Україні дозволив дійти висновку, що банки дотримуються рекомендацій регулятора щодо вжиття заходів макро-
та мікропруденційних політик. Це дозволило банкам проводити зважену політику щодо здійснення їхньої діяльності
та загалом позитивно впливало на їхню фінансову стійкість на тлі дії таких несприятливих чинників, як коронакриза
та повномасштабна війна. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у розмежуванні розуміння сутності макро- та
мікропруденційних політик, їх ролі та місця у забезпеченні сталого та послідовного розвитку банківського сектору. The article is devoted to the study of nature, goals and instruments of microprudential policy. The main differences
between micro- and macroprudential policies are identified. The evolution of the Ukrainian banking sector under the influence
of microprudential policies is studied. The directions of improving interaction between micro- and macroprudential supervision
authorities are identified. The methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, calculation-analytical, graphical methods, coefficient
analysis and systematic approach were used in the conduct of scientific research. The conducted analysis of the banking sector date
confirmed that the measures of macro and microprudential policies were implemented by banks, which had a positive effect on their
f
inancial stability. The originality of the scientific research lies in the aims and measures of macro- and microeconomic policies in
accordance with the phases of the credit cycle, which allows more effective resistance to systemic risk and loss of financial stability.
The value of scientific research lies in the combined with an understanding of macro- and micro-prudential policies as a systemic
set of actions and measures to ensure the financial stability of banks and timely response of the regulator to the growth of systemic
risk.
Prospects for further scientific research should be aimed at developing the design of microprudential policy in accordance with
the bank's business models, which will contribute to ensuring the stability of not only individual banks, but the system as a whole,
adapting the regulator's requirements to the management of the banks' current activities. The main task may be the creation of a
mechanism for the implementation of microprudential policy in the context of compliance with the requirements of macroprudential
policy. It can also be the development of a road map of actions that the bank should take into account when developing its policy
under various conditions of the influence of external factors. Future research will also be devoted to the explored possibilities of
applying artificial intelligence for the timely adoption of macro- and microprudential policy measures

У другому розділі роботи досліджено практику формування доходів бюджетної
системи України за рахунок надходжень від податку на доходи фізичних осіб і
проаналізовано їх роль у формуванні доходів бюджетної системи України.
У третьому розділі розглянуто зарубіжний досвід оподаткування доходів
фізичних осіб як складової формування доходів бюджетів і наведено основні шляхи
вдосконалення стягнення ПДФО як джерела формування доходної бази бюджетів в
України.

управління розвитком сфери охорони здоров'я в Україні з урахуванням міжнародного досвіду. Методика дослідження
базується на системному аналізі інституційної структури публічного управління охороною здоров'я, порівняльному
аналізі міжнародних моделей та оцінюванні результатів вітчизняних реформ галузі. Результати дослідження виявили
структурні дисбаланси у вітчизняній системі охорони здоров'я. Проаналізовано американську ринкову, європейську
солідарну та японську змішану моделі управління галуззю. Ідентифіковано основні етапи трансформації медичної сфери
України та актуальні проблеми її функціонування в умовах воєнного стану. Практична значущість дослідження полягає
у розробці науково обґрунтованих рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення фінансування та модернізації інфраструктури,
розширення повноважень місцевих органів влади, розвитку профілактичної медицини та впровадження електронних
систем управління.
Research purpose is to conduct a comprehensive theoretical and applied study of public governance mechanisms in
healthcare development in Ukraine, considering international experience and national characteristics to substantiate scientific and
practical recommendations for improving managerial approaches in this sector. Research methodology is based on a systematic
analysis of the institutional structure of public healthcare governance, including the horizontal-vertical dimension of interaction
between the three branches of government, comparative study of international models of healthcare systems organization,critical assessment of domestic reform outcomes, and synthesis of adaptive improvement mechanisms. Methods of theoretical
generalization, documentary analysis, and structural-functional modeling were used to develop a holistic understanding of
healthcare system development directions. Research findings revealed structural imbalances in the domestic healthcare system,
including limited access to services due to financial and infrastructural barriers, insufficient quality of medical care, and a
significant share of out-of-pocket payments by patients. The American market model with dominant private financing, European
solidarity systems with mandatory health insurance, and the Japanese mixed model with a four-level institutional architecture were
analyzed. The main stage of the transformation of Ukraine's medical sector has been identified, along with current challenges of
functioning under martial law conditions, which have complicated the implementation of planned reforms. Practical significance
lies in developing scientifically grounded recommendations for improving public healthcare governance, including: creating a
comprehensive financing system with an optimal combination of budget funds, mandatory health insurance, and public-private
partnerships; modernizing infrastructure through promoting healthcare facility autonomy; expanding local authorities' powers
with consideration of regional characteristics; enhancing preventive medicine development by increasing funding for vaccination
programs and educational campaigns; expanding the use of electronic systems to optimize budget expenditures and increase
transparency; and developing objective indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of state healthcare policy

No full textУ тезах розглядається застосування штучного інтелекту в актуарних розрахунках на страховому ринку України, де виокремлено три етапи розвитку: перший (2010–2017) — перехід до моделей GLM та GAM, другий (2018–2022) — впровадження градієнтного бустингу, а третій (з 2023) — використання глибокого навчання. Лише кілька компаній наразі застосовують новітні технології, проте методи, такі як CatBoost і SHAP, демонструють значні переваги в резервах. Необхідно прискорити адаптацію українських страхових компаній до цих технологій, оскільки глобальне відставання становить 3–5 років.
The thesis examines the use of artificial intelligence in actuarial calculations in the Ukrainian insurance market, identifying three development stages: the first stage (2010–2017) involved the transition to GLM and GAM models, the second stage (2018–2022) saw the adoption of gradient boosting, and the third stage (starting in 2023) focuses on deep learning. Currently, only a few companies utilize advanced technologies, but methods like CatBoost and SHAP show significant advantages in reserves. There is an urgent need for Ukrainian insurance companies to adapt to these technologies, as the global lag is 3–5 years

No full textУ роботі досліджуються нормативна база, організаційні та методичні підходи обліку, внутрішнього контролю та економічного аналізу на прикладі діяльності малого підприємства ТОВ «АГРО ТРЕЙД СЕРВІС».
Наведено загальну економічну характеристику підприємства, досліджено особливості обліку господарських операцій. Розглянуто системи внутрішнього контролю, основних фінансово-економічних показників підприємства за 2022–2024 роки, виявлено динаміку змін та встановлено чинники, що впливають на фінансові результати.
Запропоновано оптимізацію структури фінансово-економічного відділу шляхом додання посади внутрішнього аудитора, оновлення облікової політики з врахуванням змін законодавства, шляхи вдосконалення обліку основних засобів за допомогою застосування різних методів нарахування амортизації, оновлення складу інвентаризаційної комісії, графіку проведення інвентаризацій та розширення аналізу діяльності підприємства.
The work investigates the regulatory framework, organizational and methodological principles of accounting, internal control and economic analysis on the example of the activities of a small enterprise AGRO TRADE SERVICE LLC.
The general economic characteristics of the enterprise are presented, the peculiarities of accounting for business transactions are studied, The internal control system, the main financial and economic indicators of the enterprise for 2022-2024 are considered, the dynamics of changes are identified and the factors influencing the financial results are determined.

Global Competition: History, Strategies, and Resources in the Context of Narrative Psychology

У роботі розкрито сутність наративної психології як сучасного напрямку гуманістичної науки, що досліджує людину як автора власної життєвої історії. Проаналізовано ключові поняття, методи та діагностичні можливості підходу. Особливу увагу приділено інтерпретації особистих наративів через рольову структуру, рівень рефлексії, смислову насиченість та цілісність оповіді.
У результаті емпіричного дослідження було проаналізовано 72 наративи учасників із різним віком, національністю, статтю та соціальним статусом. Застосовано три типи методик: класичні психодіагностичні тести (Рахівського, Леонгарда, NEO-FFI), наративні інтерв’ю за класифікаціями МакАдамса, Сінгера, Адлера, а також експериментальну модель автоматизованого аналізу (ШІ-асистент). Виявлено стійкі зв’язки між типом особистісного наративу та психологічними характеристиками, а також підтверджено потенціал наративного підходу як діагностичного й корекційного інструмента у психологічній практиці.
Практичне значення дослідження полягає у можливості використання результатів для індивідуального психологічного консультування, в освітньо-консультативній роботі зі студентською молоддю, у побудові психокорекційних програм на основі переосмислення особистих історій. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані у психотерапевтичній та діагностичній практиці спеціалістів-психологів.
This bachelor's thesis consists of four chapters. The paper explores the theoretical foundations of narrative psychology as a modern humanistic approach that views the individual as the narrator and active author of their life story. Key concepts, diagnostic tools, and practical applications are analyzed. Particular attention is given to the structure of personal narratives, the individual’s role within them, the level of reflexivity, and the coherence and meaning of their life accounts.
The empirical study included 72 participants differing in age, nationality, gender, and socioeconomic status. Three groups of methods were used: classic psychodiagnostic tests (Rakhivskyi, Leonhard, NEO-FFI), narrative analysis frameworks (McAdams, Singer, Adler), and an experimental AI-assisted automated interpretation tool. The results revealed stable correlations between personal narrative types and psychological profiles, supporting the relevance of narrative psychology as both a diagnostic and therapeutic instrument in applied practice.The practical value of the study lies in its applicability to individual counseling, psychological support for youth, and the development of correctional interventions based on narrative restructuring. The findings may be used in psychotherapeutic practice and narrative-based diagnostics

У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи обґрунтовано концептуальні засади
інклюзивності та безбар’єрності, визначено їх змістове навантаження та важливість для готельної
галузі. У другому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи проведено комплексну оцінку сучасного стану
доступності вітчизняних готельних об’єктів. У третьому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи
розроблено напрями удосконалення механізмів формування безбар’єрного простору в готельному
господарстві України.
The object of the study is the process of formation and development of
barrier-free space in the hotel industry of Ukraine. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical
foundations, organizational and economic mechanisms, architectural and planning solutions and inclusive
technologies that ensure the creation of an accessible and comfortable environment in Ukrainian hotels
for all categories of guests.

No full textThe article proposes a methodological toolkit that enables a comprehensive examination of the operational capabilities of a pharmaceutical enterprise and the formulation of its development strategy. The study employs a set of methods that enabled the achievement of the stated objective. The EFAS analysis was used to examine the business landscape of the pharmacy segment. An interrelationship diagram was used to identify the root causes of decreased turnover of medicinal products. ABC analysis enabled the evaluation of medicine sales by trade names in terms of profitability and demand. The article presents an EFAS analysis of the business landscape within the pharmacy segment, which has revealed a range of external challenges exerting a considerable impact on the strategic position of enterprises operating in the pharmaceutical sector. The most critical risks were identified as factors related to the competitive environment and supplier activity, in particular marketing pressure, price volatility, and rigid contractual terms. The study also examines internal operational challenges, specifically the decline in pharmaceutical turnover resulting from the presence of low-demand items within the product assortment. Through the application of ABC analysis, an inventory management model was developed that integrates product prioritisation and enables cost optimisation. A logical framework for assortment management was developed that ensures the rational utilisation of resources. The practical value of the study lies in the justification of a business development strategy based on the integration of external threat analysis and internal capability evaluation.
У статті запропоновано методичний інструментарій, який дозволяє комплексно дослідити операційні можливості підприємства фармацевтичного бізнесу та сформувати його стратегію. У дослідженні використано комплекс методів, які дозволили досягти поставленої мети. Метод рядів динаміки застосовано для аналізу змін обсягів реалізованої продукції в аптеках. EFAS-аналіз використано для дослідження бізнес-ландшафту аптечного сегмента з метою врахування зовнішніх факторів при формуванні стратегії розвитку підприємства фармацевтичного бізнесу. За допомогою діаграми зв’язків виявлено глибинні причини зниження оборотності лікарських засобів. АВС-аналіз дав змогу оцінити реалізацію ліків за торговельними назвами з позицій доходності та затребуваності. Для вирішення проблем з оборотністю розроблено логічну схему, яка формалізує методику управління асортиментом ліків в аптеці. У статті здійснено EFAS-аналіз бізнес-ландшафту аптечного сегмента, який дозволив виявити низку зовнішніх викликів, що справляють значний вплив на стратегічне становище підприємств фармацевтичного бізнесу. Найбільш ризиковими виявилися фактори конкурентного середовища та діяльності постачальників, зокрема маркетинговий тиск, цінова нестабільність і жорсткі контрактні умови. У дослідженні також проаналізовано внутрішні операційні проблеми, зокрема зниження оборотності ліків через наявність малозатребуваних позицій в асортименті. За допомогою ABC-аналізу сформовано модель управління запасами, яка враховує пріоритетність товарів і дозволяє оптимізувати витрати. Побудовано логічну схему управління асортиментом, що забезпечує раціональне використання ресурсів. Практична значимість дослідження полягає в обґрунтуванні стратегії розвитку підприємства на основі поєднання аналізу зовнішніх загроз і внутрішніх можливостей
