Проаналізовано конкурентне середовище у сфері виробництва хлібобулочних
виробів та визначені внутрішні конкурентні переваги новостворюваного бізнесу.
Сформовано стартовий капітал на реалізацію проєкту, розраховані поточні
витрати та прогнозовано прибуток від реалізації хлібобулочних виробів в пекарні.
Здійснено економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації проєкту,
охарактеризовані можливі ризики реалізації проєкту та шляхи їх мінімізації.The paper examines the theoretical aspects of starting own business in Ukraine in the
field of bakery products production: the business idea of creating own business in the bakery
products market is considered; the conditions for organizing and conducting entrepreneurial
activity in Ukraine are investigated.
The competitive environment in the field of bakery products production is analyzed
and the internal competitive advantages of the newly created business are determined.
The starting capital for the project is formed, current expenses are calculated and the
profit from the sale of bakery products in the bakery is forecasted.
An economic justification of the feasibility of the project implementation is carried
out, possible risks of the project implementation and ways to minimize them are
characterized

Get PDFУ роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти започаткування підприємницької діяльності в Україні у сфері готельного бізнесу: розглянуто бізнес-ідею започаткування власної справи; досліджується нормативно-правову базу ведення готельної діяльності.
Проведено аналіз ринку готельних послуг в Одесі, виявлено конкурентні переваги обраної концепції. Cформовано структуру початкових інвестицій, здійснено розрахунок поточних витрат та прогнозовано очікуваний прибуток. Обґрунтовано економічну доцільність відкриття хостелу для жінок, а також проаналізовано потенційні ризики та запропоновано ефективні заходи з їх зниження.
Проведено оцінку економічної ефективності проєкту. Проаналізовано можливі ризики та запропоновані заходи щодо їх мінімізації.The thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of starting entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine in the field of hotel business. The main stages of creating a women’s hostel are defined, including the selection of a business idea, justification of the organizational-legal form and tax system, as well as the study of the legal framework for operating in the hospitality sector.
An analysis of the hotel services market in Odesa has been conducted, and competitive advantages of the chosen concept have been identified. The structure of initial investments has been developed, current expenses calculated, and projected profit estimated. The economic feasibility of opening a women’s hostel has been substantiated, and potential risks have been analyzed with effective mitigation measures proposed.
The profitability of the project has been evaluated, cash flows and key indicators of economic efficiency have been calculated, including NPV, IRR, ARR, PI, and payback period. A conclusion has been made about the feasibility of implementing the project, taking into account the growing demand for safe and affordable accommodation services for women

Get PDFThe article examines the essence of strategic management of the public sphere in Ukraine. Ukraine, being on the path of
integration into the European Union, faces numerous challenges that require new approaches to strategic management.
The purpose of the article is to summarize the features of the development of strategic management of the public sphere in Ukraine
in order to identify opportunities and threats and formulate promising directions for reforming strategic management of the public
sphere in Ukraine in conditions of military aggression.
Methods. To achieve the purpose, methods of analysis, induction, comparison, and classification were used. Results. The evolution
of strategic management of the public sphere in Ukraine has gone through several stages, each of which is characterized by certain
achievements and challenges. The successful implementation of reforms in the field of decentralization and digitalization has
created new opportunities for strategic management. Military aggression has significantly influenced the development of strategic
management in Ukraine, forcing the state to adapt its approaches to crisis conditions. The development of strategic management
should be aimed at the restoration of the country, strengthening national security, sustainable development of regions and the
integration of Ukraine into the EU and NATO. It was found that the prospects for the development of strategic management of the
public sector in Ukraine depend on the following key factors: the formation of a single strategy for the development of the state; the
introduction of modern tools for monitoring and evaluating results; improving the skills of management personnel; the integration
of digital technologies into management processes.У статті розглянуто сутність стратегічного управління публічною сферою в Україні. Метою статті
виступає узагальнення особливостей розвитку стратегічного управління публічної сфери в Україні з метою виявлення
можливостей та загроз, формулювання перспективних напрямків його реформування. Еволюція стратегічного
управління публічної сфери України пройшла кілька етапів, кожен з яких характеризується досягненнями та викликами.
