The legal framework for regulating inventory accounting in Ukraine is studied; the economic essence, classification and valuation of production inventories are investigated. The problematic issues of inventory accounting at Ukrainian enterprises are highlighted. An analysis of the efficient use of production inventories at the basic enterprise is carried out.

It is established that the development of LOT began in ancient times, when travelers from all over theworld went to distant lands in search of qualitymedicine. An analysis of the geography of healthtourism in the world was carried out, on the basis ofwhich it is claimed that it is quite voluminous. It wasfound that Odesa region is among the leading regions ofUkraine in terms of recreational potential. The activityof the MONASTIC medical center was evaluated.

Дослідження проводилося на прикладі підприємства ТОВ «Телекарт-прилад». Проведено аналіз динаміки фінансових результатів, розраховані та проаналізовані показники рентабельності, ліквідності та фінансової стійкості даного підприємства.
Досліджені особливості формування витрат підприємства, виявлені тенденції зміни складових операційних витрат, а також розглянута динаміка собівартості реалізованої продукції, адміністративних витрат і витрат на збут.
Розроблено комплекс заходів зі зниження витрат підприємства, у результаті впровадження яких виявлено позитивний ефект, що свідчить про економічну ефективність запропонованих заходівThe paper investigates the actual problem of cost management at the enterprise. The essence and concept of the category of costs are defined, the main classifications and methods of their formation are considered, and the methods and tools of cost management are described.
The study was carried out on the example of the enterprise «Telekart-Prylad» LLC. An analysis of the dynamics of financial results is carried out, indicators of profitability, liquidity and financial stability of this enterprise are calculated and analyzed.
The peculiarities of formation of expenses of the enterprise are studied, tendencies of change of components of operating expenses are revealed, and the dynamics of cost of sales, administrative expenses and sales expenses are considered.
A set of measures to reduce the costs of the enterprise has been developed, as a result of which a positive effect has been revealed, which indicates the economic efficiency of the proposed measures

Проаналізовано економічну сутність помилок у фінансовій звітності, наведено класифікацію за різними ознаками, визначено сутність креативного обліку та шахрайства, наведено характеристику ТОВ «ОТК», визначено методику виправлення помилок у фінансовій звітності, проведено економічний аналіз фінансової звітності ТОВ «ОТК», визначено аудиторські процедури оцінки шахрайства та досліджено фінансову звітність ТОВ «ОТК» на наявність потенційного шахрайства за допомогою моделі Беніша.

Запропоновано: введення деяких загальнодержавних податків у перелік
місцевих податків , розширення переліку місцевих податків, які визначають оплату
конкретних місцевих послуг та відображають політику місцевої влади , введення
податків із цільовим призначенням для фінансування певних місцевих послуг,
підвищення правової культури населення, лібералізація податкової системи та

local tax system, considered the stages of formation and development of the local tax
system, and also identified problems related to the formation of sources of local budget
revenues. An analysis of the financial efficiency of local taxation in Ukraine, in particular
in the city of Odessa, was conducted, on the basis of which the main direction of the reform
was determined, taking into account the main experience of foreign countries.
