Features of social intelligence in representatives of socionomic and technical professions

інтелекту представників соціономічних і технічних професій. Визначено термін “соціальний інтелект”. Описано ряд визначень соціального інтелекту згідно таких дослідників, як Е. Торндайк, Г. Гарднером, Н. Кантор і Д. Кільстромом, а також Р. Штернбергером. Описано структуру соціального інтелекту та охарактеризовано особливості структури розвитку соціальних навичок. Ключовою особливістю соціального інтелекту виступає когнітивний характер та спрямованість на міжособистісні стосунки. Також розглянуто специфіку особливостей професій соціономічного та технічного типу. Завдяки вдало підібраному психодіагностичному комплексу, використанню математично статистичних методів та кореляційного аналізу було доведено, що специфіка соціономічних професій спирається на широке застосування соціально емоційного компоненту особистості, вказуючи на емпатичність, толерантність до інших, комунікативність, а специфіка технічних професій спирається на широке застосування регулятивно-комунікативного компоненту, що характеризується широким застосуванням аналітичного мислення, емоційної стійкості та застосуванням самоконтролю, що вказує на необхідність підтримки емоційнокогнітивного балансу розвитку професіоналів соціономічного та технічного типу професій. На основі виконаного дослідження було розроблено ряд рекомендацій щодо розвитку соціального інтелекту з метою збільшення адаптивності, емоційної гнучкості, резильєнтності та формування становлення цілісної системи професійної стійкості представників соціономічного та технічного типу професій.
The paper examines the theoretical and methodological features of social
intelligence among representatives of socionomic and technical professions. The term “social intelligence” is defined, and a range of conceptualizations by researchers such as E. Thorndike, H. Gardner, N. Cantor and J. Kihlstrom, as well as R. Sternberg, is described. The structure of social intelligence is outlined, and the specific characteristics of the development of social skills are analyzed. A key feature of social intelligence is its cognitive nature and its focus on interpersonal relations. The study also considers the specificity of socionomic and technical professional domains. Due to the appropriately selected set of psychodiagnostic methods, the use of mathematical statistical techniques, and correlation analysis, it was demonstrated that socionomic professions rely heavily on the socio-emotional components of personality-such as empathy, tolerance toward others, and communicativeness-whereas technical professions rely predominantly on the regulatory-communicative component, characterized by analytical thinking, emotional stability, and self-control. This indicates the necessity of maintaining an emotional-cognitive balance in the professional development of specialists in both socionomic and technical fields. Based on the conducted research, a set of recommendations was developed to enhance social intelligence with the aim of increasing adaptability, emotional flexibility, resilience, and the formation of an integrated system of professional stability for representatives of socionomic and technical professions

в екстремальних ситуаціях, зокрема такі аспекти, як стрес, екстремальні
ситуації, психологічне напруження, посттравматичний стресовий розлад.
Дослідження фокусується на оцінці рівня психологічних особливостей
поведінки особистості в екстремальних ситуаціях. Визначено теоретико
методологічні підходи до дослідження психологічних особливостей
поведінки в екстремальних ситуаціях та їх вплив на особистість. Також
проведено діагностику поточного стану психологічних особливостей
особистості у екстремальних ситуаціях. Дослідження проводилось за
допомогою таких методик як «Рівень соціальної фрустрації», опитувальник вигорання Маслач, методика діагностики рівня професійного вигорання Бойко, а також новий опитувальник толерантності до невизначеності, вивчаються зміни у психологічному стані таких категорій професій як рятувальник, військовослужбовці та лікарі. Результати дослідження демонструють такі чинники, які впливають на психологічні особливості поведінки особистості в екстремальних ситуаціях, такі як переживання психотравмуючих обставин, неадекватне емоційне реагування, деперсоналізація, психосоматичні порушення. В екстремальних ситуаціях зростає психологічне навантаження, що спричиняє звуження уваги, зниження критичного мислення, порушення координації рухів та зміни емоційних реакцій.
The thesis examines the psychological features of individual behavior in
extreme situations, focusing on aspects such as stress, extreme conditions,
psychological tension, and post-traumatic stress disorder. The research emphasizes the assessment of the level and structure of psychological characteristics of behavior under extreme circumstances. Theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of psychological features of behavior in extreme situations and their influence on personality are defined. In addition, a diagnostic assessment of the current state of individual psychological features in extreme situations was conducted. The study employed several diagnostic methods, including the Level of Social Frustration Scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory, Boyko’s Method for Assessing Professional Burnout, as well as a newly developed Tolerance for Uncertainty Questionnaire. The research analyzed changes in the psychological state of professionals such as rescuers, military personnel, and physicians. The results demonstrate the main factors influencing psychological characteristics of individual behavior in extreme situations, including the experience of psychotraumatic events, inadequate emotional responses, depersonalization, and psychosomatic disorders. It was found that extreme conditions lead to increased psychological load, resulting in narrowed attention, decreased critical thinking, impaired motor coordination, and altered emotional reactions

В межах дослідження теоретичних засад формування стратегії управління інвестиційним портфелем було висвітлено етапи еволюції та проведено аналіз сутності поняття інвестиційного портфелю як цілеспрямовано сформованої сукупності активів, що управляються для досягнення специфічних фінансових цілей.
Розмежовано специфіку портфелів індивідуальних інвесторів, для яких
пріоритетними є особисті цілі та індивідуальна толерантність до ризику, та інституційних інвесторів, зокрема інститутів спільного інвестування в Україні, діяльність яких визначається фідуціарними обов'язками та регуляторними нормами, що дозволило обґрунтувати необхідність застосування диференційованих підходів до формування їхніх інвестиційних стратегій управління портфелями.The dissertation deepens the theoretical and methodological foundations and

Проведений емпіричний аналіз спрямований на виявлення конкретних кореляцій між домінуючим стилем керівництва та рівнем згуртованості, задоволеності й довіри в колективі бібліотеки. Запропонована програма, яка спрямована на зниження проявів директивності, посилення горизонтальної комунікації та підвищення згуртованості колективу бібліотеки.
The paper examines the influence of the leader on the psychological climate of the collective. The methods used - the V. Zakharov questionnaire, NEO-PI-R McCraeCosta, the questionnaire "General situation in the collective", the Seashore test and the questionnaire "Psychological climate in the collective" - provided a comprehensive assessment of managerial, personal and socio-psychological parameters. The empirical analysis was aimed at identifying specific correlations between the dominant leadership style and the level of cohesion, satisfaction and trust in the library collective. A program is proposed, which is aimed at reducing manifestations of directiveness, strengthening horizontal communication and increasing the cohesion of the library collective
