його функціонування, що використовуються у морських перевезеннях під час воєнного впливу в Україні із урахуванням
трендів зміни кон'юнктури фрахтового ринку у повоєнний період. Нині при дослідженні холдингів у сфері судноплавства
механізм опціонів морських суден є варіантом реалізації стратегії розвитку, щоб зберегти наявні позиції фрахтувальника
та судновласника. Наразі використовуються такі механізми опціонів для флоту, як суднобудування, купівля суден, лізинг,
а також коротко- та середньостроковий лізинг (тайм-чартери). Розглянуто географічне розподілення міжнародних
морських бірж з фрахтування типів суден. Авторами розглянуто підходи до ризиків на морському транспорті, стратегії
страхування вантажів і суден фрахтувальниками суден. Іншим напрямком, де механізм опціонів може бути розвинений,
є дослідження проблеми планування оптимального часу купівлі або продажу судна, виходячи з очікуваних економічних
умов на глобальному фрахтовому ринку.Today, maritime transport in Ukraine is in a state of permanent turbulence of the surrounding business environment, and
therefore the recovery of the market of complex transport services and sea transportation under the influence of military operations
in Ukraine is prone to significant fluctuations. In the current conditions, when researching international holdings in the field of
shipping, the activities of which are aimed at maximizing the current financial indicators of their operation. Aspects related to
long-term planning of fleet chartering of shipping companies are considered, the state of the charter market and the dynamics of
military influence on economic processes in Ukraine. Thus, the organizational and economic mechanism of marine vessel options
is for shipping companies an option for implementing a development strategy in order to preserve the existing positions of the
charterer and shipowner in the market. Currently, such mechanisms of options for the fleet as shipbuilding, purchase of ships,
leasing (bareboat charter), as well as short- and medium-term leasing (time charter) are used. Thus, there is a need to review
the organizational and economic approaches that regulate ship chartering to improve the system of indicators of the efficiency
of the chartering of sea vessels by shipping companies in the context of the strategic goals of transport safety. The authors of the
study conducted an analysis of the functioning of various forms and types of charter contracts between subjects of the business
environment in maritime transport. The authors considered the organizational and economic mechanism of formation of freight
strategies using options as an example. The geographical distribution of international maritime exchanges for ship chartering is
considered. The research examines the main approaches to risks in maritime transport, cargo and ship insurance strategies by ship
charterers. Another area where the options mechanism can be developed is the study of the problem of planning the optimal time
to buy or sell a ship, based on the expected conditions in the global shipping market

Get PDFАктуальність пропонованої статті вбачаємо в потребі дослідження функціювання
лексем на позначення пір року в художньому мовленні, у необхідності встановле-
ння специфіки їхнього існування у творах українських митців. Мета дослідження
— з’ясувати особливості функціювання назв пір року як репрезентантів
темпорального простору поетичних текстів. Для досягнення мети необхідно
розв’язати такі основні завдання: заналізувати лексику на позначення пір року в
поетичних творах у семан-тико-функційному й стилістичному аспектах; виявити
спільне та розбіжне у вживанні такої лексики в залучених збірках. Об’єктом дослі-
дження обрано лексику на позна-чення пір року, а предметом — їхнє функціювання
в українській поезії шістдесятників та сучасних авторів. Джерельною базою нашого
дослідження послугувало п’ять по-етичних збірок. У роботі використано такі основні
методи дослідження: компонентний аналіз для вивчення семантики слів на по-
значення пір року; контекстуально-інтерпретаційний метод для встановлення
особливостей функціювання лексики на позначення пір року та її ролі у вираженні
теми та ідеї; зіставний метод для порів-няння функційно-стилістичних параметрів
аналізованої лексики у творчості митців.
Функціювання лексики на позначення пір року у збірках Миколи Він-
грановського, Ліни Костенко, Василя Симоненка, Богдана Мельничука, Світлани
Шабат-Савки має спільне та відмінне. Вона реалізує пряме й переносне значен-
ня, є підґрунтям для творення різних тропів. Встановлено, що активно послу-
говуються назвами пір року та похідними від них М. Вінграновський, Л. Костенко
та С. Шабат-Савка. Рідко залучають для втілення теми й ідеї таку темпоральну
лексику В. Симоненко та Б. Мельничук. Перспективи досліджень убачаємо в
подальшому спостереженні за стилістичними засобами, актуальними в українській
поезії.The relevance of the article lays in the need to study the functioning of lexemes
denoting seasons in literary speech and in the need to establish the specifics of their
existence in the works of Ukrainian artists. The purpose of the study is to find out the
peculiarities of the functioning of seasons’ names as representatives of the temporal
space of poetic texts. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following main
tasks: to analyze the vocabulary to denote seasons in poetic works in semantic, functional
and stylistic aspects; to identify common and distinctive features in the use of this
vocabulary in the selected collections. The object of the study is the vocabulary denoting
seasons, and the subject is their functioning in the Ukrainian poetry of the Sixtiers and
contemporary authors. Five poetry collections served as the source material for our
study. The main research methods used in the work are: component analysis to study the
semantics of words denoting seasons; contextual interpretation method to determine the
peculiarities of the functioning of the vocabulary denoting seasons in expressing a theme
and an idea; comparative method to compare the functional and stylistic parameters of
the analyzed vocabulary in artists’ works.
The functioning of vocabulary to denote seasons in the collections of Mykola
Vinhranovskyi, Lina Kostenko, Vasyl Symonenko, Bohdan Melnychuk, and Svitlana
Shabat-Savka has both common and distinctive features. It implements direct and
figurative meanings and is the basis for the creation of various tropes. It has been
established that M. Vinhranovskyi, L. Kostenko, and S. Shabat-Savka actively use
seasons’ names and their derivatives. V. Symonenko and B. Melnychuk rarely use such
temporal vocabulary to realize a theme and an idea. The prospect for further research is

Fixed assets as an element of enterprise accounting policy: methodological and organizational aspects

наголошують на важливості правильної організації обліку цих активів, оскільки вони є суттєвою частиною матеріальних
ресурсів підприємства і впливають на його фінансову стабільність та конкурентоспроможність. Основною метою
статті є аналіз методичних та організаційних аспектів формування облікової політики підприємства щодо основних
засобів. У статті розглянуто ключові положення Національного положення (стандарту) бухгалтерського обліку 7
«Основні засоби», який визначає правила визнання, оцінки та амортизації активів. Автори також досліджують процедуру
інвентаризації основних засобів, підкреслюючи її важливість для забезпечення контролю за наявністю та станом
активів. Відповідне документування й ефективна організація облікового процесу основних засобів сприяють прозорості
фінансової звітності та підвищенню економічної ефективності підприємства. У висновках підкреслюється, що
розроблена та впроваджена на підприємстві облікова політика щодо основних засобів підвищує економічну ефективність
підприємства. Перспективи подальших досліджень полягають в удосконаленні підходів до питань формування облікової
політики підприємства щодо основних засобів із врахуванням змін у сучасному економічному середовищі та використання
нових цифрових технологій для управління активами.Methodological and Organizational Aspects” examines the issues of enterprise accounting policy in relation to fixed
assets. The authors emphasize the importance of proper organization of accounting for these assets, since they are a significant
part of the company's material resources and affect its financial stability and competitiveness. The main purpose of the article is
to analyze the methodological and organizational aspects of forming an accounting policy for fixed assets. The article discusses
the key provisions of the National Accounting Regulation (Standard) 7 “Fixed Assets”, which defines the rules for recognition,
valuation and depreciation of assets. The authors also examine the procedures for inventorying fixed assets, emphasizing its importance for ensuring control over the availability and condition of assets. Appropriate documentation and effective organization
of the accounting process of fixed assets contribute to the transparency of financial statements and increase the economic efficiency
of the enterprise. The conclusions emphasize that the accounting policy developed and implemented at the enterprise in terms of
fixed assets increases the economic efficiency of the enterprise. Prospects for further research are to improve approaches to the
formation of accounting policies for fixed assets, taking into account changes in the current economic environment and the use of
new digital technologies for asset management
