митної вартості, її роль у формуванні доходів бюджету та вплив на економіку країни. На
прикладі конкретного підприємства досліджено особливості визначення митної вартості.
Вивчено міжнародний досвід визначення митної вартості та можливості його застосування
в Україні, а також надано рекомендації щодо поетапного вдосконалення системи
визначення митної вартості.
Запропоновано заходи щодо вдосконалення митного законодавства; впровадження
прозорих механізмів визначення митної вартості; чітке регламентування прав і обов'язків
митних органів та суб'єктів господарювання; створення сприятливих умов для ввезення
товарів на територію України; покращення спілкування між митними службами та
учасниками зовнішньої торгівлі; боротьба щодо зменшення ввезення неякісних товарів на
територію України. впровадження новітніх технологій для автоматизації робочих процесів
та покращення митних послуг; узгодження технічних стандартів зі стандартами Євросоюзу
та встановлення відповідних норм; відкриття ринків державних замовлень для більшого
конкурентного середовища; зменшення податкових бар'єрів для полегшення обміну
товарами та послугами.The article analyzes the essence, considers the evolution and legal regulation of customs
value, its role in the formation of budget revenues and the impact on the country's economy. On
the example of a particular enterprise, the features of determining the customs value are studied.
The international experience of determining the customs value and the possibility of its application
in Ukraine has been studied, as well as recommendations for the phased improvement of the
system for determining the customs value have been provided.
Measures for: improvement of customs legislation; introduction of transparent mechanisms
for determining customs value; clear regulation of the rights and obligations of customs authorities
and business entities; creation of favorable conditions for the import of goods into the territory of
Ukraine; improving communication between customs services and participants in foreign trade;
the struggle to reduce the import of low-quality goods into the territory of Ukraine. introduction
of new technologies to automate work processes and improve customs services; harmonization of
technical standards with EU standards and establishment of relevant standards; opening up

Оцінено рівень задоволеності попиту населення товарами власного виробництва. Досліджено еластичність попиту на споживчі товари. З’ясовано загальну тенденцію розвитку споживчого ринку, змодельовано рівень середньодушового товарообороту у майбутніх періодах. Проведено регіональний аналіз та визначено диференціацію регіонів України за рівнем роздрібного товарообороту на душу населення. Виконано кореляційно-регресійний аналіз впливу чинників на рівень середньодушового товарообороту на душу населення в Україні.

The qualification work examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of statistical research of the consumer goods market.
The methodology of statistical analysis of indicators of the state and development of the market is given. A statistical study of the state of the consumer market in Ukraine for 2015-2023 was conducted. The level of satisfaction of the population's demand for products of its own production was assessed. The elasticity of demand for consumer goods has been studied. The general trend of the development of the consumer market has been clarified, the level of average per capita turnover in future periods has been simulated. A regional analysis was conducted and the differentiation of Ukraine's regions by the level of retail turnover per capita was determined. A correlation-regression analysis of the influence of factors on the level of average per capita turnover in Ukraine was performed.

збільшення розриву між власними доходами Пенсійного фонду України та реальними обсягами необхідних коштів, які
кожного року протягом тривалого періоду часу покриваються за рахунок надходжень із державного бюджету. Мета
дослідження полягає у розкритті системних причин недостатності власних доходів Пенсійного фонду, які створюють
реальні підстави для подальшого пошуку альтернатив державному пенсійному забезпеченню та розвитку ринку
недержавного пенсійного страхування. Проаналізовано рівень навантаження на Державний бюджет України з боку ПФУ
шляхом оцінки обсягів фінансування пенсійних програм із Державного бюджету України та їх частки у складі дефіциту
Державного бюджету України. Відстежено зміни коефіцієнта заміщення у пенсійній системі України, коефіцієнта
фінансової підтримки людей пенсійного віку, а також середнього розміру пенсій за віком та розподіл пенсіонерів за
видами та розмірами призначених пенсій з позицій оцінки достатності рівня пенсійного забезпечення в Україні. Доведено
необхідність подальшого розвитку системи недержавного пенсійного страхування як основної альтернативи солідарній
системі пенсійного забезпечення в Україні.The inadequacy of the Pension Fund of Ukraine's own income, which for a long period of time is compensated by state
budget funds, not only contributes to the increase in the state budget deficit, but also creates the prerequisites for the further search
for alternatives to state pension provision and the development of the non-state pension insurance system, which in turn requires
a higher level of income of Ukrainian citizens, as well as an increase in their level of financial literacy. This article examines
the primary trends within Ukraine's solidarity pension system, highlighting the widening disparity between the Pension Fund of
Ukraine's own income and the actual required funds, which are annually covered over an extended period through state budget
allocations. The study aims to uncover the systemic causes of the Pension Fund's income insufficiency, prompting a search for
alternatives to state pension provision and the expansion of the non-state pension insurance market. Analysis of the burden on
Ukraine's State Budget by the Pension Fund involved assessing pension program funding from the State Budget and its contribution
to the budget deficit. It reveals a consistent annual increase in State Budget allocations to compensate for the Pension Fund's
income shortfall. Additionally, the study tracks changes in the replacement rate within Ukraine's pension system, the financial
support rate for retirees, and the average pension amounts by age, along with the distribution of pensioners based on pension types
and amounts to assess the adequacy of pension provision in Ukraine. Notably, the study disproves the notion that increased State
Budget funding for the Pension Fund results from excessive financial provision for pensioners. The assessment of the financial
support coefficient for retirees, derived from the ratio of employed population to pensioners, offers insights into the state's demo financial burden. Utilizing this coefficient provides a more realistic understanding, considering both the employed population and
those reaching retirement age who aren't classified as elderly. Furthermore, the article argues for the Pension System's reliance on
additional funding, particularly from the State Budget's revenue section, and advocates for the continued development of the non state pension insurance system as the primary alternative to the current solidarity pension system in Ukraine
