Досліджено діяльність Світового банку і МВФ в умовах кризи, викликаної наслідками COVID-19. Проаналізовані поточні проблеми, які накопичились в системі глобальних фінансових організацій та визначено, що діяльність цих інституцій перестала відповідати меті надавати фінансову підтримку, необхідну країнам, що розвиваються, для того щоб повноцінно реалізува-ти потенціал у зростанні та розвитку. Зроблено висновок, що вирішення проблем глобальної системи міжна-родних фінансових організацій носить ситуаційний характер, хоча ініційовано пропозиції формування нових інституцій, альянсів, розробки нових механізмів та інструментів діяльності.The purpose of the article is to study the role of global financial institutions in the context of a financially vulnerable economy and to determine the prospects for the transformation of their activities. The activities of the World Bank and the IMF during the crisis caused by the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic are analyzed, it is determined that the World Bank mobilized resources to support developing countries, and the IMF provided rapid one-time assistance and debt relief to the poorest and most vulnerable countries. The problems that have accumulated in the global system of financial institutions since the beginning of the formation of the current global financial system, which emerged as a result of the agreement on the Bretton Woods agreements, are analyzed. It is noted that in the modern global financial system, the financial gap is deepening and the risks of worsening economic security are deepening. It is determined that the solution to the problems of international financial organizations is situational in nature. The main initiatives for the development of a new global financial pact, formed at the 2023 Paris Summit, initiated in response to the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine, which led to a significant reduction in the fiscal and budgetary capabilities of many countries, are summarized. It is concluded that the threats to the transformation of the system of global financial institutions remain the negative manifestations of the dominance of developed countries over developing countries and the significant gap between their levels of economic development; the dependence of the least developed countries on assistance from developed countries and international organizations. It is determined that crises are becoming increasingly complex and are characterized by manifestations of global shocks, therefore, financial policy instruments and mechanisms for global coordination of financial institutions must be adapted to these challenges; requires expanding financing in cases of unforeseen circumstances, including through sovereign loans and a more automatic issuance of SDRs in times of crisis

No full textThe level of currency exchange security is an important indicator of the effective func-tioning of the currency exchange market. An imbalance in the domestic currency ex-change market intensifies financial instability and makes it impossible to maintain an adequate level of currency security. The purpose of the research is to estimate the level of currency security of Ukraine in the conditions of currency market imbalance to deter-mine the main reasons for its inadequate level and to make proposals for improving the methodology of calculation of the integral index of currency security.The article offers the author's interpretation of theessence of the concept of "currency security". The integral index of currency security during 2008 -2022 was calculated in accordance with the "Methodical recommendations for calculating the level of economic security of Ukraine" and recommendations weresuggested for improving this method-ology in order to improve the situation on the currency market.It was proved that certain indicators make an impact on the level of currency security of Ukraine: movement of capital, negative trade balance, sufficient level of international reserves, dollarization of the economy, and high level of public debt. Ways to ensure an adequate level of currency security were proposed. Macroeconomic indicators that can act as indicators of currency security are considered and the correlation between them and the level of currency security was investigated. The expediency of introducing an additional indicator for the integral assessment of currency security is substantiated: the ratio of state and state-guaranteed debt to GDP. Itallows to calculate the level of currency security more reliably. It is well-founded that the proposed indicator has a close stochastic connection with the exchange rate, therefore, if it is used with existing indicators of currency security calculation, it allows to detect negative trends of decreas-ing of the level of currency security.Рівень безпеки валютного обміну є важливим показником ефективного функціонування валютного ринку. Дисбаланс на внутрішньому валютному ринку посилює фінансову нестабільність та унеможливлює підтримку належного рівня валютної безпеки. Метою дослідження є оцінка рівня валютної безпеки України в умовах дисбалансу валютного ринку для визначення основних причин її недостатнього рівня та розробка пропозицій щодо удосконалення методології розрахунку інтегрального індексу валютної безпеки. У статті пропонується авторське тлумачення сутності поняття «валютна безпека». Інтегральний індекс валютної безпеки протягом 2008-2022 років розраховувався відповідно до «Методичних рекомендацій щодо розрахунку рівня економічної безпеки України» та запропоновано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення цієї методології з метою покращення ситуації на валютному ринку. Доведено, що на рівень валютної безпеки України впливають певні показники: рух капіталу, негативне сальдо торговельного балансу, достатній рівень міжнародних резервів, доларизація економіки та високий рівень державного боргу. Запропоновано шляхи забезпечення належного рівня валютної безпеки. Розглянуто макроекономічні показники, які можуть виступати індикаторами валютної безпеки, та досліджено кореляцію між ними та рівнем валютної безпеки. Обґрунтовано доцільність введення додаткового показника для інтегральної оцінки валютної безпеки: співвідношення державного та гарантованого державою боргу до ВВП. Це дозволяє більш надійно розрахувати рівень валютної безпеки. Обґрунтовано, що запропонований показник має тісний стохастичний зв'язок з обмінним курсом, тому, якщо його використовувати з існуючими показниками розрахунку валютної безпеки, він дозволяє виявити негативні тенденції зниження рівня валютної безпеки

Особливу увагу приділено ролі соціальних мереж у поширенні дезінформації та наслідкам таких атак для маркетингових стратегій. Висвітле-но значення інтеграції кібербезпеки у маркетингову діяльність через впровадження технологій захисту, шиф-рування даних, багатофакторної аутентифікації та кризового управління. Зроблено висновок, що кіберзагрози вимагають нових підходів до управління ризиками та побудови стійких комунікаційних систем, які дозволяють бізнесу зберігати конкурентоспроможність і адаптуватися до швидкої еволюції цифрового середовища.The article is devoted to the analysis of the impact of cyber threats on digital marketing in the modern business environment. The key aspects of digital blackmail, including ransomware attacks, data leaks and information manipulation, which are becoming a challenge for ensuring the reputation of brands, are considered. Particular attention is paid to the role of social networks in the spread of disinformation and the consequences of such attacks for marketing strategies. The importance of integrating cybersecurity into marketing activities through the implementation of protection technologies, data encryption, multi-factor authentication and crisis management is highlighted. It is concluded that cyber threats require new approaches to risk management and building resilient communication systems that allow businesses to remain competitive and adapt to the rapid evolution of the digital environment

Багато старшокласників відчувають страх перед невідомим, оскільки їм не завжди ясно, чим вони насправді цікавляться і до чого мають здібності, а боязнь зробити неправильний вибір ставлять перед молоддю нові виклики і можуть стати джерелом стресу. Додамо до цього економічні фактори, конкуренцію за обмежені місця у деяких навчальних закладах, що робить цей процес ще більш складним.
Зміст статті викликаний необхідністю глибше зрозуміти, які індивідуально-психологічні особливості, такі як ціннісні орієнтири, мотивація, здібності впливають на рішення старшокласників зробити свій професійний вибір.
У статті проводиться аналіз наукової літератури, що охоплює психологічні аспекти професійної орієнтації. Одним із ключових елементів роботи є емпіричне дослідження по опитуванню старшокласників, результати якого показали суттєвий зв’язок між індивідуальними особливостями учнів і їхнім вибором професійного шляху. Це підтверджує, що учні, які мають чітке усвідомлення своїх інтересів і здібностей, успішно знаходять свій професійний напрям.
Таким чином, дослідження підкреслює значущість врахування індивідуально-психологічних аспектів у формуванні професійної спрямованості молоді. The relevance of the topic concerning the necessity to consider the individual psychological characteristics of high school students in choosing their professional activities is determined by the transformation and dynamic changes in the modern labor market, which lead new generations to uncertainty in their future career choices. Many high school students experience fear of the unknown, as they are often unclear about their true interests and abilities. The fear of making the wrong choice presents new challenges for youth and can become a significant source of stress. Adding to this are economic factors and competition for limited spots in certain educational institutions, making this process even more complex.
The content of this article is driven by the need to understand more deeply which individual psychological characteristics, such as value orientations, motivation, and abilities, influence high school students' decisions to make their professional choices. The article analyzes scientific literature that covers the psychological aspects of career orientation. One of the key elements of the study is an empirical survey of high school students, the results of which show a significant connection between individual characteristics of students and their choice of career path. This confirms that students who have a clear understanding of their interests and abilities successfully find their professional direction.
Thus, the study emphasizes the importance of considering individual psychological aspects in shaping the professional orientation of youth. The results may be useful for educators and parents who seek to support high school students during this important period of life, fostering their professional development
