теорії, концепції та думки економістів щодо ключових розділів бізнес-плану. Виділені основні
етапи розробки бізнес-плану, наведена характеристика інвестиційного проекту, а також основні
методи оцінки його ефективності.
Розроблено бізнес-план створення компанії, виконано аналіз фінансових показників
інвестиційного проекту, виявлено основні ризики при відкритті нового підприємства, зроблено
оцінку його ефективності та обґрунтовано доцільність втілення його у життя.
Запропоновано рекомендації щодо маркетингової діяльності компанії для подальшого
зростання, зниження і контролю ризиків та основні способи розвитку інвестиційного проекту.The bachelor's thesis consists of three sections. The object of research is the process of
developing a business plan for a company's investment project.
The thesis examines the theoretical aspects of developing a business plan for a company's
investment project, considers its essence and role in the modern economy, summarises scientific
theories, concepts and opinions of economists on the key sections of the business plan. The main
stages of developing a business plan are highlighted, the characteristics of the investment project are
given, as well as the main methods of evaluating its effectiveness.
The article develops a business plan for creation of a company, analyses financial indicators of
an investment project, identifies main risks when starting a new enterprise, assesses its efficiency and
justifies expediency of its implementation.
Recommendations on marketing activities of the company for further growth, reduction and
control of risks and the main ways of development of the investment project are proposed

Запропоновано логічну модель процесу управління коригувальними діями у системі енергоменеджменту. Запропонована
модель надає можливість постійно підвищувати енергоефективність за рахунок усунення відхилень. Модель формалізує
дії персоналу у системі енергетичного менеджменту.The purpose of the article is to substantiate the elements of control technology in the energy management system.
To achieve this purpose, a number of general methods of scientific research were used: analysis and synthesis, abstract and
logical, formalisation. The important role of energy management in solving energy saving issues has been proved. The main
task of any technology is defined in the formation of the structure of the management process and methods of performing its
individual operations. The main tools of formalization of control technology are defined. The importance of the corrective actions
management subsystem in the energy management system is proven. A description of the sources of information on inconsistencies
in the energy management system is provided. A list of documents for recording deviations in the energy management system has
been created: acts, reports on process parameters, monitoring or audit reports, minutes of meetings, registration log. The list
of operations of the corrective action management process is substantiated. A logical model of the process of control corrective
actions in the energy management system is proposed. The proposed model provides an opportunity to constantly improve energy
efficiency by eliminating deviations. The model formalizes the actions of personnel in the energy management system. The practical
significance of the proposed logical scheme for managing corrective actions is that this model provides an opportunity to: carry
out a detailed analysis of the causes of deviations; make a balanced management decision regarding the formation of corrective
measures; implement corrective measures in accordance with internal standards; evaluate the effectiveness of corrective measures
to prevent the recurrence of deviations

Актуальність дослідження обумовлюється величезним впливом інформаційних потоків на діяльність підприємств та відсутністю загальновизнаного методу управління інформаційними потоками бізнес-процесів на підприємствах.
Розкрито економічну сутність бізнес-процесів, досліджено їх вплив на інформаційні потоки, висловлено думку про те, що для подальшого дослідження управління інформаційними потоками бізнес-процесів на підприємствах потрібно визначити основні бізнес-процеси та їх інформаційні потоки. Саме тому на прикладі підприємств оптової торгівлі було розкрито основні бізнес-процеси цих підприємств, а саме планування товароруху, ресурсний процес, складський процес, процес обліку та управління підприємством, процес збуту продукції, виконання функцій сервісної логістики та надано характеристику інформаційним потокам, що визначає внутрішній інформаційний контур та зовнішній інформаційний контур, що дозволяє в подальшому удосконалити науково-методичні та практичні підходи до управління інформаційними потоками на підприємствах.The dissertation study is devoted to the solution of one of the most important and urgent problems of management - the management of information flows of business processes at the enterprise.
The thesis examines the theoretical, methodical, fundamental and practical aspects of managing information flows of business processes at the enterprise. The relevance of the research is determined by the enormous influence of information flows on the activities of enterprises and the absence of a generally recognized method of managing information flows of business processes at enterprises.
The economic essence of business processes has been revealed, their influence on information flows has been investigated, and the opinion has been expressed that for further research into the management of information flows of business processes at the enterprise, it is necessary to determine the main business processes and their information flows. That is why, on the example of wholesale trade enterprises, the main business processes at the enterprise were determined, namely, planning of goods movement, resource process, warehouse process, accounting and enterprise management process, product sales process, performance of service logistics functions and be given characteristics of information flows that determine internal information circuit and external information circuit, which allows further improvement of scientific-methodical and practical approaches to the management of information flows at enterprises
