Assessment of financial stability of banks: international and national features
Get PDFУ роботі узагальнюються особливості використання методів та інструментів для оцінювання фінансової стійкості банків.
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних та методичних підходів щодо визначення міжнародних та національних особливостей оцінювання фінансової стійкості банків, визначення підходів їх удосконалення.
У роботі розкрито сутнісну характеристику та чинники, що впливають на фінансову стійкість банків; охарактеризовано нормативне та методичне забезпечення оцінювання фінансової стійкості банків з урахуванням міжнародних та національних особливостей; проаналізовано чинники, що впливають на рівень фінансової стійкості банків; надано аналіз індикаторів фінансової стійкості банків України; оцінено рівень фінансової стійкості за їх рейтинговою оцінкою; проведено огляд світового досвіду використання системи оцінки SREP; визначено місце макропруденційної політики у забезпеченні фінансової стійкості банків.
На основі проведеного аналізу автором зроблені висновки, що для підтримки сталого розвитку банківської системи за необхідне є використання методик оцінювання фінансової стійкості банків, які б дозволяли спрогнозувати наявні проблеми для їх нейтралізації та раннього попередження.

The purpose of the qualification work is the substantiation of theoretical and methodological approaches to the determination of international and national features of assessing the financial stability of banks, determination of approaches to their improvement. The work reveals the essential characteristics and factors affecting the financial stability of banks; normative and methodical support for assessing the financial stability of banks is characterized, taking into account international and national characteristics; the factors affecting the level of financial stability of banks were analyzed; an analysis of financial stability indicators of Ukrainian banks is provided; the level of financial stability was assessed according to their rating; a review of the world experience of using the SREP assessment system was conducted; the place of macroprudential policy in ensuring the financial stability of banks is defined. On the basis of the analysis conducted by the author, the conclusions were drawn that in order to support the sustainable development of the banking system, it is necessary to use methods for assessing the financial stability of banks, which would allow predicting existing problems for their neutralization and early warning

Проаналізовано конкурентне середовище на ринку нерухомості у м. Одеса та визначені конкурентні переваги новоствореного підприємства. Запропоновано проєкт створення агентства нерухомості з надання посередницьких послуг. Сформовано стартовий капітал на реалізацію проєкту, розраховані поточні витрати на функціонування бізнесу та спрогнозовано прибуток від реалізації послуг агентства нерухомості. Здійснено економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації проєкту, виявлені можливі ризики реалізації проєкту та запропоновані заходи щодо їх мінімізаціїThe work considers the general concept of starting one's own business in the field of real estate: the business idea of starting one's own business is considered; regulatory and legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine in the field of real estate is investigated; the organizational and legal form and taxation system of the newly created business are substantiated.
The competitive environment on the real estate market in Odesa was analyzed and the competitive advantages of the newly created enterprise were determined. The project of creating a real estate agency providing intermediary services is proposed. The starting capital for the implementation of the project was formed, the current costs for the operation of the business were calculated and the profit from the realization of real estate agency services was predicted. An economic substantiation of the feasibility of project implementation was carried out, possible risks of project implementation were identified and measures to minimize them were proposed

в національному освітньому просторі у зв’язку з реальними перспективами нашої країни стати
членом Євросоюзу актуалізують необхідність дослідження феномену освіти з точки зору
філософсько-антропологічного дискурсу. Гостро постає перед національним освітянським
співтовариством досить актуальна проблема, яка стосується осмислення зазначених проце-
сів в контексті європейських ціннісних пріоритетів та філософської рефлексії освіти в цілому
як процесу саморозвитку особистості, і як світогляду у зв’язку з усвідомленням складності
і особливо не лінійності сучасного світу, що розвивається. Метою статті є філософський
аналіз сучасних проблем вищої освіти як вирішального фактору розвитку суспільства на
етапі його інтеграції в західноєвропейський соціально-економічний, культурологічний,
освітянський простір. Методологічна основа дослідження зумовлена поставленою метою
і завданнями роботи та характеризується застосуванням теоретичних принципів діалектич-
ного поєднання аналізу і синтезу, історичного та логічного підходів, порівняння та аналогії,
а також гіпотетико-дедуктивного, компаративістського, структурно-функціонального та гер-
меневтичного методів. Результати дослідження. Було зроблено висновок, що сучасний етап
розвитку вищої освіти в країні потребує докорінних змін в ставленні до соціогуманітарної
освіти в процесі формування фахівців нової генерації, майбутня життєдіяльність яких буде
безпосередньо пов’язана з входженням в соціокультурний сучасний єврейський життєвий про-
стір. Наголошується, що нинішнє покоління учасників освітнього процесу є не лише свідком,
а й учасником формування нових європейських стандартів освіти, що відповідали би вимогам
часу. Підкреслюється важливість формування компетентностей, що сприяють розвитку сві-
тоглядно-ціннісних якостей фахівця, які б найкращим чином розкривали його індивідуальний
ментальний потенціал як людини сучасного західноєвропейського соціального світу. Акценту-
ється увага на тому, що на сучасному етапі розвитку українського суспільства як країни-кан-
дидата в Євросоюз освітній фактор стає критично важливим. Саме на цій підставі є важли-
вою актуалізація соціогуманітарних проблем, пов’язаних з дослідженням та використанням
потенціалу людини як головного фактору розвитку українського суспільства.The transformation processes that have recently intensified in
the national educational space in connection with the real prospects of our country to become a member
of the European Union, actualize the need to study the phenomenon of education from the point
of view of philosophical and anthropological discourse. The national educational community faces
a rather urgent problem concerning the understanding of these processes in the context of European
value priorities and the philosophical reflection of education in general as a process of personal selfdevelopment,
and as a worldview in connection with the awareness of the complexity and especially
the non-linearity of the developing world. The purpose of the article is a philosophical analysis
of modern problems of higher education as a decisive factor in the development of society at the stage
of its integration into the Western European socio-economic, cultural, and educational space. The
methodological basis of the study is determined by the set goal and objectives of the work and is
characterized by the application of theoretical principles of the dialectical combination of analysis
and synthesis, historical and logical approaches, comparison and analogy, as well as hypotheticaldeductive,
comparative, structural-functional and hermeneutic methods. Research results. It was
concluded that the current stage of development of higher education in our country requires fundamental
changes in relation to socio-humanitarian education in the process of forming specialists of a new
generation, whose future life activities will be directly related to entry into the socio-cultural modern
European living space. It is noted that the current generation of participants in the educational
process is not only a witness, but also a participant in the formation of new European education
standards that meet the requirements of the time. The importance of developing competencies that
contribute to the development of a specialist’s ideological and value qualities, which would best
reveal his individual mental potential as a person in the modern Western European social world, is

Крім того, робота має на меті дослідити ефективність прямого оподаткування у місцевих бюджетах в контексті стимулювання економічної активності, забезпечення бюджетних надходжень та боротьби з тіньовою економікою.
Об'єктом дослідження є сама система оподаткування, її законодавча база, правила та процедури, які використовуються для збору прямих податків у місцевих бюджетах.
Суб'єктом дослідження прямого оподаткування у місцевих бюджетах можуть бути різні органи та установи, які відповідають за збір і адміністрування податків на місцевому рівні. Це можуть бути місцеві податкові служби, фінансові управління місцевих адміністрацій, комітети з питань фінансів та бюджету в органах місцевого самоврядування та інші відповідні органи.
Актуальність теми прямого оподаткування у місцевих бюджетах України полягає у необхідності вдосконалення системи, розгляді проблемних аспектів та впровадженні найкращих практик з метою підвищення ефективності та стабільності податкової системи країни за рахунок розвитку місцевого оподаткування.
Для успішного досягнення поставленої мети було визначено економічну сутність прямих податків та особливості механізму справляння прямого оподаткування, також було розглянуто роль місцевих бюджетів у загальній системі оподаткування та вплив прямих податків на формування місцевих бюджетів. Результатом аналізу стало визначення напрямків удосконалення та реформування прямого оподаткування у місцевих бюджетах.The purpose of this qualification work is a detailed analysis of the system of direct taxation in Ukraine, namely the determination of its features, advantages and disadvantages relative to local budgets. In addition, the work aims to investigate the effectiveness of direct taxation in local budgets in the context of stimulating economic activity, ensuring budget revenues and combating the shadow economy.
The object of the study is the taxation system itself, its legal framework, rules and procedures used to collect direct taxes in local budgets.
The subject of the study of direct taxation in local budgets can be various bodies and institutions that are responsible for the collection and administration of taxes at the local level. These can be local tax services, financial departments of local administrations, finance and budget committees in local self-government bodies and other relevant bodies.
The relevance of the topic of direct taxation in local budgets of Ukraine lies in the need to improve the system, consider problematic aspects and implement best practices in order to increase the efficiency and stability of the country's tax system through the development of local taxation.
To successfully achieve the set goal, the economic essence of direct taxes and the specifics of the direct taxation mechanism were determined, the role of local budgets in the general taxation system and the impact of direct taxes on the formation of local budgets were also considered. The result of the analysis was the determination of directions for improvement and reform of direct taxation in local budget
