Проаналізовано конкурентне середовище у сфері послуг з ремонту автомобілів в м. Одеса та визначені внутрішні конкурентні переваги створюваного бізнесу. Запропоновано проєкт створення станції технічного обслуговування автомобілів.
Сформовано стартовий капітал на реалізацію проєкту, розраховані поточні витрати та спрогнозовано прибуток від реалізації послуг з ремонту автомобілів.
Здійснено економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації проєкту, охарактеризовані можливі ризики реалізації проєкту та шляхи їх мінімізації.The paper examines the theoretical principles of starting one's own business in the field of car repair services: the business idea of starting one's own business is considered; the regulatory and legal regulation of business activity in Ukraine in the field of car repair services is investigated; the organizational and legal form and taxation system of the newly created business are substantiated.

У роботі визначаються теоретичні засади управління фінансовою стійкістю комерційного банку. Проведений аналіз результатів діяльності банку та визначена позиція банку на ринку фінансових послуг. Досліджені джерела формування фінансових ресурсів та напрямки їх використання, а також аналіз фінансової стійкості АТ «Райффайзен Банк» на основі нормативних показників.
В третьому розділі пропонуються шляхи підвищення фінансової стійкості АТ «Райффайзен Банк».The bachelor's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the research is the financial stability management processes of the commercial bank JSC Raiffeisen Bank. The subject of the study is the theoretical and practical foundations of ensuring the financial stability of commercial banks.
The paper defines the theoretical principles of managing the financial stability of a commercial bank. The analysis of the results of the bank's activity was carried out and the position of the bank in the market of financial services was determined.
